I arrived tired after my flight had been cancelled by avianca and the staff gave me a nice welcome. Nice staff helped me to get a jangad tour and with my check in. Restaurant could have more vegetarian options.

Great surprise! The hotel is very old! It was made a poor renovation! It realy does not fit into IBIS standars at all!

Air Conditioner

Although I had asked twice to the reception to keep the Air Conditioner turned on because I had insulins for Diabetes treatment, everyday the cleaning group turned off the air conditioner. Also we found dirty sheets and pillows during our first night.

The price has risen beyond the reasonable limit. The room rate has increased more than 50% since I last stayed at the hotel. I understand that this is the summer season, however, as I travel to work, the cost / benefit of the Ibis has not proved justifiable. On a next trip during this period, I should change my options.

Good place but there isn't parking

The hotel is in a good place but it doesn't have a parking. And then I had difficulty to find a place to parking my car. It was far from the hotel and I had to walk a lot.

I think that for those that stay at the hotel for more than 3 days, the items of the breakfast are too repetitive . I coud be a good idea to vary it. The room was very clean, the personal very polite and it is a pity that the snacks offered are so basic.
