« The good hotel with poor communications. »

Booked three nights having read the reviews, most of which proved to be accurate. Paid upfront. Wrote and requested 2, high and quiet rooms indicating time of arrival. This request was confirmed by the hotel receptionist and logged into the hotel PC.When we arrived we were given the two noisiest rooms in the hotel, next to a very busy main road on the first floor above the kitchens. The next morning the hotel manager and the front office manager apologised and acceded to our request for the last 2 nights. The hotel is quite a way out of the Centre but the metro is cheap and about 10 mins walk away. Uber do a good deal for 4 people to the Centre. Rooms clean and food OK. Worst boiled egg cooker in the world ever!!!!

For all Stade de France events, this hotel could not be better located. It also lies on the public transport system and is hence a good location anyway. Staff friendly in this typical IBIS - standard hotel

Rooms typical IBIS standard and all clean and in good order. The hotel is at an excellent location for Stade de France events. The staff were very helpful and friendly. Can recommend the hotel.

Had a good stay. Easy to locate and park a bus. We were a group. Guest names written on the key cards made it super easy and quick to distribute the keys. Excellent service. Would be nice to have a kettle for tea/coffee in the room.

The staff were very helpful and went out of their way for us. We stayed in January and the person looking after the hotel was rude and unhelpful so this time it was great. The bed is too close to the wall.

The room was lovely (although the heating was stuck on hot - see below) and the check in was good. Unfortunately the man behind the bar was incredibly rude. My friend asked for a table, speaking in French and the barman's response was to speak in English as he might be able to understand her then. Thankfully my friend is fluent in French as she run's her own bar and restaurant in mid-France, however a comment like that could have damaged confidence in trying to speak the language. I would not have been as confident, and even hearing his response, put me off ordering myself in case my French was not 'perfect'. When we sat in the restaurant, we ordered drinks but waited an hour at the table before even being served for food. After ordering, our drinks didn't arrive, the food was cold and parts of the meal didn't come out. We asked twice but were ignored. We didn't receive an apology at all, we were told it was because it was busy and we should have gone through to tell them - they made it feel like it was our fault. They offered to 'heat up' my meal so I could eat it (an hour after it was served) and after some disagreement, finally agreed to taking my meal off the bill. The drinks we ordered when we first sat down (2 hours before!) couldn't be given to us as they had then sold out of beer. Although two of our friends never received their entire meal, they were still charged for it and still no apology - or even a discount offered! Our heating was broken and despite been turned on the lowest setting, it was incredibly hot in the room. This meant that the window needed to be opened. We were then kept awake from 4am due to a broken down car and subsequent car horns going off for the next few hours! I appreciate that the car horns are not the responsibility of the hotel, however having adequate and a working heating supply is. Our room was 320 and so this will need looking at and repairing for future guests. Our breakfast in the morning was the nicest part of our stay. The range in the buffet was lovely and very fresh. I appreciate that it was a match day and all tables were full in the restaurant at night, however there is no excuse for the rudeness we received. We have stayed at this hotel before, which is why we chose it again and recommended it to our friends. We often stay at Ibis hotels, both in the UK and Europe, however after this experience I am left feeling thoroughly let down. I would be grateful if someone could get back to us about this with some explanation and apology regarding our incredibly poor experience.

Convenient for stade de France , easy access for Paris cog airport on rer, also metro located nearby. Staff friendly and polite, breakfasts immense. One downside there are no locks on bathroom door which means it does n’t close fully.

I got up in the middle of the night to use the loo only to find it was blocked and when flushed overflowed on to the bathroom floor.I went down to reception at 8.00 am and the receptionist did give us a key to the room next door so we could use that bathroom and shower in there . She did give a 15% discount when we checked out but also seemed to suggest that we should have only used the toilet and not the shower as the shower in our room was "fine". I had to point out that there was a smell and the floor had flooded and the whole room would have been un-hygenic.
