Room, cleanliness, facilities all good. Decent gym. Staff friendly. Breakfast OK. Easy checkout. Annoying queue to check-in though. Taxi a bit of a hassle too.

It is incredible that the gym only opens at 7am, which means it can't be used by people who are staying on business and have to go to the office before 9am.

« A lovley hotel with nice staff »

The hotel was great with a gym which was good for me the bed nice and hard, but really did not like the pillows, I prefer feathers so I found it difficult to sleep, I had one meal in the hotel lasagne it was excellent, breakfast was ok. I think the hotel should have English tea for example Yorkshire tea or Tetley's I actually heard another English lady complain too about the tea. English Breakfast tea is not the tea English people drink so take note from someone who travels the world and no one gets it right!!!! here's your chance Novatel.

« Well located hotel but rooms are looking tired »

Check in was efficient and room tidy. Bathroom needs repair work to shower wall bracket, shower screen and to tiling around bath. No minibar but complimentary still water is helpful. Room service was efficient and reception staff helpful with enquiry about local tram and directions.

PRO: - very good food and selection of wines - friendly staff - I actually asked for an umbrella, a pen, shaving cream and received help with everything - good variate breakfast - good location if you have business around kirchberg. Not a solution for visiting the old city CON: - The heating system is terrible. It s noisy and soaks up the air. If you turn it off you freeze. - Rooms are separated with a closed door which makes you hear everything from the room next door - Reading lamp doesn t provide sufficient light - Bad coffee for breakfast

« Nice, silent and affordable »

I liked the option to indicate my room not to be cleaned daily. Only thing that was not comfortable was the selection of pillows.

« As usual »

As usual, my stay in Novotel was great! It really reaches my expectations. However, I have to say that the Wi-Fi signal is always very weak in the bedroom, which makes it difficult to rely on it for work!

« Comfortable night but slightly slow service in the restauratn »

Welll located hotel, comfortable night but the service in the restaurant was slow. We waited for our dinner for a good hour. The carpet in my room was a bit worn out and could do with replacing.
