« Excellent customer service, made our stay fantastic!! »

From the moment we arrived we felt welcomed! Everyone was smiling, happy and attentive (the only thing you don’t want during holidays is to be near unhappy people). Our room as clean and spacious, cleaners would tidy it up with care every day. Whole hotel, even though is already old and needing some “love” (by that I mean you can notice it’s old and could be renovated) was clean and comfy. Easy access everywhere using a pram. Would suggest easier access on the garden path to the tropical room as the sand and/or the paves are not pram friendly (add a few more paves so the pave to be closer to each other would fix it). We mentioned on check in it was our 5 years anniversary that day and we received an amazing surprise of a slice of cake and the bed all made with towels and flowers in shape of hearts... that was soooo nice!!! All staff knew our baby’s name.. she made friends with a few of them and we loved to feel cared and special. Eka and Winda were the best ever! Not only for the love towards our daughter, but for always being helpful, happy, smiling, gentle... cannot say enough of them! We are missing them now that we are back home! The food at the buffet was delicious, both during breakfast and dinner... and the dinner shows... ah fantastic!!! So entertaining!!! The bar food menu also fantastic! The burger was great, but that prawn and lobster salad was the best!!! Look, my overall experience was amazing and definitely will be returning to Bali and Novotel Benoa!!! Ps: only thing I did not like was that when I tried to upgrade our package (bought trough Jetstar travel) to the tropical room, via email we were told twice it was full and we had to upgrade to a more expensive one (that we did not want) but arriving there we could (thank you so much to the staff making our check in, forgot to ask her name, she was great!!! And we saw many tropical rooms were not being used.. so we felt pushed by the ones managing email to go to a more expensive room... and felt not nice. But that was the only complaint :)

« What can I say in one sentence, apart from the fact that it was our first stay at this Hotel, and it won't be our last, everything was wonderful and more so your amazing staff. »

We stayed in the basic room (deluxe) and we had no problem at all, beautiful rooms, excellent check in and check out service, friendly staff that were always helpful. Amazing breakfast buffet and dining experiences, thoroughly enjoyed the evening shows and a wonderful location. We are hoping to visit again soon, and entice our friends to also experience Novotel Benoa Beach.

« Close to watersports, right on the beach »

First time stayed at this hotel normally stay at Novotel Nusa Dua. The hotel and staff service was great, location a bit too far but has a beach and you can watch watersports. Had a family room and that suited our needs just perfect. The breakfast was plentiful but not as much variety as Novotel Nusa Dua. Had dinner and drinks at hotel and both were plentiful. Staff reslly go out of their way to please you. Did order early breakfast with reception on day of checkout but when we got to the restaurant at 5:30am nothing there waiting for us, very very disappointed that a 5 star hotel can't get their act together. If I knew this was going to happen would have ordered breakfast boxes. I wouldn't stay here again just too far to travel everywhere.

The stay in the hotel was great. Not sure whether Novetel can have any influence with the outside community - streets need cleaning up and restaurants need to improve dramatically

The bed was too tough I didn't able to sleep well I tried to sleep but i had hard time trying to find the best way to sleep Because the bed was too tough The pillow wasn't good too The shower could not set Its too hot We turned around The temp stayed the same Hot.... :( We didn't complain cos we only stayer for a night Breakfast was great! Housekeeping staff was nice! GRO was nice! Front office staffs, restaurant staff and housekeeping staffs were friendly We stayed in 434 room

« A relaxing holiday in a beautiful location »

The room was lovely, private and bed comfortable. The staff were lovely. The location is beautiful and we really liked sitting at the beach bar. The restaurant by the beach needs upgrading. My husband and I both felt the food was disappointing. Every time we had bread (other than at breakfast) it was stale. When we ordered food or drinks it took a VERY long time to prepare the food. My husband wasn't impressed with any of the cocktails. The air conditioner in our room didn't work very well & one morning the fire alarm went off at about 6am for no reason. We had no teaspoons or milk to make tea/ coffee. The coffee machines for breakfast were TERRIBLE... we walked to Starbucks everyday to get a coffee.
