This was our fourth stay at Novotel Bali Benoa. Every time it gets better. I know that the hotel has started to feel dated but My wife & I love it!!!. In my opinion, The only thing that needed to be improved was the food but this time the new menu made a huge difference. The quality of the food in general improved tremendously. The best asset of this hotel - THEIR PEOPLE; every single employee makes you feel welcome. Everyone is very friendly and helpful. PLEASE KEEP LOOKING AFTER THEM. I have just come back from Bali and I have already started to plan my next visit to Novotel Bali Benoa. My only request; please please please change the bed mattresses. It is actually a bit difficult to sleep. Thanks Novotel Bali Benoa

There are a few things that can be improved on the food side but the excellent customer service and the warm people takes all that away this is the second time we stay and we feel like we want to come back right away, you have a bunch of people like no other we love Novotel in Bali Benoa.

We were a family of 4 that stayed 3 nights at the garden suite across the road. What we found challenging was crossing the busy road for breakfast in the main lobby Every morning. Not easy with 2 little kids and the rain. However the security guard assisted us very well. A couple of times we requested extra towels/blankets but we had to remind staff more than once as they had forgotten. The staff were very friendly and attentive - from our driver for the airport pickups, to checkin/out staff as well as the breakfast team. Overall, satisfied with our stay

Pro 1/ The Pre-arrival email is a very nice touch from the hotel, all of my request have been fulfilled when I step inside to my room. 2/ All the staffs at the guest services and counter are all friendly and knowledge, which make the guest very welcoming to stay at the hotel. 3/ The services at In Balances Spa is very good value, the staff pay extra attention to ensure the customer have a right room temperature and correct pressure for the massage. Con 1/ The internal Communication, I'd purchased My Restaurant voucher at the same time while my booking. The value is great and the 2 main restaurants provide very tasty food. The only downside I have experienced was between the restaurant selection and meals to offer. Its a bit up and down. As the voucher have stated buffet dinner, lunch and Coco restaurant set menu. Before I decided to use my restaurant voucher, I'd checked and confirmed by the guest services staffs which I could use the voucher to dine for the dinner buffet on Saturday night. However, when I arrived at the Uluwata restaurant, staff (the lady) told me that I'm not eligible to use the voucher and advised me to go to Coco restaurant. To be frank, I did point out I have a confirmation from the reception staff but she double checked with the restaurant in charge and advised me to head to the Coco restaurant instead. At this stage, I'm still not sure, who is right or wrong? But this incident already shown me, the staffs do not have the same correct product knowledge which lead to the guest have some ambiguous experience. Unfortunately on Saturday night, 4 of the dishes I would like to order are all sold out or unavailable ( I didn't order any dishes from the excluded items). What a let down and this mistake lead to I couldn't watch the dance show while having dinner at Uluwata restaurant. 2/ The building structure issues, having a dinner at Coco restaurant and check out afterward have witness some of the building structure imperfection. While having dinning at Coco Restaurant on Saturday night, the sky suddenly pouring like cats and dogs. the people who dinning on the Bar and closer to the edge of roof have to switch to the table closer to the kitchen area. There are no roof or undercover link together between the Bar, the dinning area and the toilet. So all the guests will get wet if they want go to the toilet or head to the Bar to pay for the bill because the cashier is located at the Bar. I could see the staffs who try to place an order, get the bills and bring the drinks to the customer are being pour by the rain. When I head to the reception to check out of my stay after dinner, the rain haven't stopped, the friendly gave me an umbrella and escort me to the reception. However, the rain was heavy and the pathway was flooded, even I have an umbrella my lower part of body, the shoes and my backpack were wet. Moreover, when I try to onboard of my car to the airport, the rain haven't stopped yet and there is no roof or any undercover between the reception to the loading area. That one or two metres gap would possible create hazard when its wet walking up and down the stairs. It would be quite slippery. On the fair side, the staffs and the security guard have made the utmost effort to hold the umbrella guiding the customer to the vehicle. But it didn't work out, my upper part of the body and head were wet. I believe by putting a roof or undercover in between the areas would resolve the issues and possible provide a hassle free experience to the customer whatever the weather condition. As a guest, I could ensure to you, nobody would like to get wet by walking from the loading area to the reception area. I definitely will revisit your good hotel in the near future and I hope there are some improvement to enhance the guest experiences too.

Peaceful Fun - great staff Always a pleasure returning to the Novotel Benoa. We usually try a different hotel throughout Bali for between 2 and 3 nights before we come to the Novotel Benoa to give our kids a different experience. To date nothing we have stayed in has come close to the Novotel Benoa.

My wife and I stayed at the one bedroom private villa for our honeymoon. The welcome and check in process was good, cultural and we were provided all the required information. The villa was beautiful and well set up to have a romantic stay. We were provided with snacks, fruits between meals. The breakfast was delicious and a good spread across western and local food. It was a good experience and we are very happy to have picked the location.
