« AFTER A FEW HOURS THREE (3) STAY CANCELLED DUE TO STORM DAMAGE »

Excellent welcome on 14/10/2018. Excellent upgrade. Special mention for the barman Vlademar SILVA : very knowledgeable on wines and has a very welcoming manner. Stay cut short late night 14/10/2018 due to storm damage, but, excellent assistance to everybody in the hotel to transfer to the IBIS FIGUEIRA DA FOZ.

Overall good stay. Waiting staff could have been more attentive in restaurant as they were busy looking after groups in main dining area. Bed mattress was very unconfortable and should be replaced immediately.

We were on a trip through Portugal and one of our stop for two nights was Mercure Figueira da Foz. The hotel and a neighbourhood was amaizing. Very nice room with a ocean view. Fantastic breakfast and nice drinks on a bar. It was short but very nice stay.

« Amazing the beds are realy confortabele but the hotel is pricey »

The room is realy nice but dosent have slipers our room was a room with a balcony and the ocean in front of us the road is realy loud but when you close the window as the windows are super good quality when they are closed you can not here any noise the breakfast was realy good but the hotel was pretty amd welcoming but pricey

Good experience staying at the hotel. Location is easy to find and close to the beach. Rooms appear a little dated. Good breakfast. The bar was also very good with a good selection of drinks.

While all started pretty well with our arrival, check-in, couple of hours spent on the beach and in restraunt, it was all ruined then during the night, when my wife was woken up by fleas biting her from head to toes. She asked me to change the room asap. I've managed to change the room, thanks to the lady at reception desk, we've relocated promptly, but were not able to sleep, as the skin was itching from bites and we were switching the light on every few minutes to check for fleas. We left in the morning totally exhausted. The rooms we've stayed were 325 (with fleas, seaflont) and 114.

This property needs refurbishment .The bedrooms are 20 years plus old.The staff are very professional and at all times helpful.Food and beverages is good but lunch menu needs to improve .The hotel is value for money and well located on sea front with lots of amenities nearby.
