Great location. Very nice room (Privilege) which was quite small but this was not a problem as it had a super balcony with table and chairs, overlooking St Lazare (the room had excellent sound proofing!). The breakfast was very good, with lots of choice. All the staff were very professional and helpful. Recommend booking a Privilege room.

Welcoming and pleasant staff, attentive to requests. Hotel conveniently located in a vibrant area close to the Opera, Galeries Lafayette, and other major stores. The Roissybus stop is in front of the Opera, operating direct trips to and from CDG Airport. The hotel is newly refurbished and the room was comfortable for a nights' stay. Breakfast is always a pleasant experience at Mercure hotels

It was really a great experience staying at Mercure Paris Opera Garnier. The staff were so friendly, professional, and very helpful. The room was big, enough to fit our four big luggages with plenty of room to reorganize/repack our suitcases. The room service was very nice. They keep our refrigerator fully stocked, so we don't need to worry about hydration. The location is very good. Only 5 min walk to station, 10 min walk to Galerie Lafayette, few more mins to Eiffle.

Location was ideal, restaurant, shops close by. Rooms nice and tidy and very quiet. Bar only opened at 4-00pm daily and then if you wanted a drink you had to chase down the barman. Breakfast ok, bacon and sausage not the best they seemed to be microwaved or something. Other than that happy with the hotel, staff very helpful and courteous.

Very quiet and nicely decorated room in the hearth of Paris, close to Opera Garnier. The room is tinier than other Mercure's hotel, but this is due to the excellent location, where you can walk into Paris very easily.

If I could rate a 0, I would. The room is too small, manager too inflexible and rude. We received different information from different reception staff. Housekeeping did a very poor job as the bath tub was still soapy even after it was ‘cleaned’. Overall very bad experience and will not stay in any Accor chain group of hotels ever.
