Air conditioning wasn’t working well and the room did smell as if someone had smoked in it but the hotel is great, friendly staff and feels a safe place to stay as a single woman

The hotel was in a good location and easy to get around from. There were lots of places to eat near by. The room as nice, clean and well presented. The staff were friendly and helpfully on arrival and check out. I would definitely come again if in Paris.

everything was ok as usaual. except , the service at the bar. there are new staff members attending the bar, and the service has decreased. after sitting 10 min, i still did not manage to order a drink. after 15 min, i frankly left and went to anohter location to wait for my colleque.

« Very nice, up to date, hotel in a prime location »

Staff was really friendly and checking was smooth. Room was brand new and had a nice bath room.Breakfast was above France standards. The only real issue was the not working air conditioning which made the room temperature 25 degrees which is far too warm to sleep comfortably.

This is a new stay in our favorite Hotel in Paris. Everything was very good as usually is.The staff people is very kind and helpful in everything you may need to make your stay enjoyable. We spent five days and all was as god as expected. We will hopefully return to this Hotel for our next planned trips to Paris.

« Always a good stay with Mercure »

Lovely hotel, very good location. Reception staff very polite and helpful. We had a Privledge room but on 6th floor white had no lift access but it was fine, very quiet, ideal for a good rest. Our room was rather small, I’d say compact but clean with all amenities that suited us fine. Overall, I’d book again with Mercure as I like the brand and service but most of all, I know what to expect. We were very impressed with our stay in Lille with Mercure hence booking it for Paris. I forgot to say, breakfast was good and catered for all tastes.

« Room disappointing »

Overall the stay was fine, we had no issues as such - staff pleasant, hotel in a great location but we booked a suite to have a little luxury and more space and frankly it was incredibly disappointing. Yes there were robes and slippers and a nespresso machine but no proper seating area as you would expect in a suite. There was lots of dips in the floor that were rather unsettling and whilst the room had clearly been decorated recently and was pleasant enough, it was not laid out like a suite but just a slightly larger room with little useable space.

i stayed at mercure opera garnier for 2 nights from 3rd of Jan to 5th. actually it was the second time to use this hotel. i had a good memory at first visit so i chose here for my holiday needless to thinking. all of your staff was very friendly and never hesitated to help me. the greatest part of your hotel is their nice service. i felt welcomed whenever i visited this hotel thanks to them. moreover, we forgot to ask our room to be cleaned but they didnt show me any hesitation to clean my roon when i asked them to late. you should appreciate their efforts to serve the customers. i will stay here if i visit paris again.

All staff are very nice. If slippers are provided in advance, then it will be perfect. We asked for the slippers and it was provided immediately. Staff were very helpful and efficient.
