We were excited to finally visit Paris. While the hotel was neat and tiny and staff were excellent, the 1 bedroom was extremely small. I was also on business and the wifi was the worst I have ever seen. I dearly hope the wifi is improved going forward.

The hotel was lovely, but the rooms were extremely small. I was really disappointed with the wifi. I could not even send 1 email due to the wifi speed. The gym was very minimalistic but the hotel was classy.

The location is excellent. The staff is professional. The rooms were a bit small but ok for one person.

Seldom do I write a review (on anything), yet my recent experience at this hotel has prompted me to do so. In a nutshell, this was the single most dissatisfying and unpleasant experience that I have ever had with an Accor-group hotel. Where to start... 1. Reception on arrival - bored, and made me feel like I was something of a burden to have to deal with, as opposed to a customer who was paying 200€ to stay for one night; 2. WiFi - Would not work in the room I was in, and after mentioning this to the Reception team I was told that it could only be fixed in the morning, but that I was welcome to sit at the bar and use the WiFi there (how gracious); 3. The Bar - As a Silver member of Accor, I was presented with a coupon for a welcome drink that I happily used. What they don't tell you though, is that if you ask for a spiced tomato juice, is that you have to actually prepare the entire thing yourself. As well as this, not once was I asked if I would like to buy another drink during the 1.5 hours that I was at the bar, and all other patrons were given what appeared to be complimentary bar snacks - except me..? 4. Check out - I could not have envisaged that checking out of a hotel could be such an upsetting experience. I presented my key, and received a simple 'Merci' and that was it. I wasn't expecting a formal salute as I left, but something a bit more customer-focused would have been appreciated, especially as I was the only one leaving at that time. The only benefit that I gained from my one night staying at this hotel was that it was very convenient to get to the train station in the morning. Would I stay here again - you couldn't pay me to stay here again.

Really liked this hotel. Great location, and modern room and bathroom. Enjoyed having a Juliet Balcony to get some fresh air.

Having stayed at quite a few hotels from within the Accor group over the years, maybe my expectations were unreasonably high for this one. Overall, I was just really disappointed with the entire experience, and felt that it was an unfair reflection on the Accor group in general, given that I have had nothing but positive experiences in the past.

Very nice service minded personnel at reception and breakfast, respecting/remembering my wishes for a courtside room. A lovely room (307) - nicely decorated and functional, despite the confined space. Feels like a boutique hotel!

Dear Mr. Frank du Chapelet, thank you very much for a most wonderful stay at your fine hotel. If anything, just two comments, I had order a taxi from your hotel to a restaurant last Friday, paid for the trip to the restaurant 35 Euro after a strong objection DURING the trip to the taxi driver, I would have probably ended up with 50 Euro if the taxi driver would have not switched off the meter. On the return trip, from the restaurant back to the hotel I pad, inclusive of 4 Euro supplement charge only 14 Euro, that was rip off, I mentioned it to your receptionist, haven't received any feedback. The second comment is related to your housekeeping, they are to possessive of the narrow hallways, the guest has to step aside when passing, they won't make any effort to let you pass first. Twice our room maid removed our key card from the holder, once, while waiting for the cleaning in the lobby, of which the room maid was aware off, I asked her for the return of the card, which she first denied but then returned, but I wasn't our card, as it didn't work on our door lock, that made me feel uncomfortable. Even though I stayed in a Privilege room, it was quite small, weirdly laid out and it was on the 2nd floor facing Gare St Lazare which meant it was extremely noisy during the night. Not sound proofed. On the other hand, very clean, extremely good location and very good breakfast. The fitness room was only open between 7am until 9pm which meant I couldn’t exercise because of my busy schedule. During business trips I exercise usually at 5-6 am or after 10pm. So the fitness room was useless to me.
