The hotel was ok. Not as good as other Mercure's I have stayed. The room was ok, although not quite as clean as I would expect. Breakfast was limited compared to the Sofitel and other mercures.

Location was nice. Staff was also nice. Breakfast was good, especially the salad of fruits. The nightstand (table de nuit) wasn't clean (I don't want to know where the grease came from). I woke up several times in the night as the doors slammed shut very loud.

(room 110) > in the first day I found my sleeping Tshirt thrown over the bed (after that I kept it in my luggage) > I found water bottle only first time when I came in; wasn't suppose to be one every day? > in 20… I remember you could find sleepers in the room, they are not anymore.

Well organized and friendly staff. But this time I've got a room (115) with a really challenging slope in the room floor. If you enter the room and you are not prepared for this hidden step, there is high potential that you'll just falling down. A simple information sign could improve this.

Hi!. This hotel is good if you need just to sleep, as for bussiness requirement. But, my expectation was another. As an example, there's no dinner, even if you arrive late, nothing. Regarding the breakfast, the quality is as much medium. So, if you need just sleep, is good. If you need something else (meal), take another option.

Room too small, not enough space even for working on the desk. Tiny spaces. No restaurant at the hotel. Breakfast limited. Not very friendly receptionists on check-in desk. On the other hand, the hotel is clean, relaxing atmosphere, that´s fine. Maybe just for one night with no big aspirations.

It was good, could be a lot better by having the cleaners clean the rooms after 3pm as I work night shifts and I know a lot of other people that also work night shifts. The cleaners could be a little quite. I didn't receive big towels at all and the one time the cleaned my room the sheets was the same and I used those sheets for 4 nights.

Disappointing room, small for price charged. Room refreshments coffee and tea are supplied with cardboard cups, again not what you would expect with cost of room! We stayed for 4 nights but wished we had not taken advantage of a no cancellation rate!
