Alright, but a bit too pricy for the level of comfort one gets. No-gos: The soap in the shower was empty and the sink didn't drain (clogged or not properly installed). That's why the room didn't fell properly prepared for the guest

The room we were offered was not easy to get to as we needed to open three doors (two of them using the room key) to get to it - not easy when you have a baby being carried in a stroller or in your arms. The staff were quite friendly overall except for a gentleman who was manning the reception on the first night we were there (22nd July). We had checked in quite late and after a while found that the toilet bowl wasn't cleaned properly and asked him to help. He wasn't pleased as it was late and all the staff had left and tried to suggest that it was us who had made the mess! This was a bit of a shock.

Staff were very pleasant and welcoming. The room was not large but adequate and scrupulously clean. Not the most comfortable bed but then hotel beds do vary. Breakfast was varied and typically continental.

Breakfast was excellent! I have never stayed in a room that was so small!. You need change the mattress. It is every soft, slopes in the middle to the side of bed that can be accessed. Suggest you at lease flip and rotate the mattress. Staff was very accommodating. You advertise parking. That is not the case. You only have 4-6 slots and must reserved in advance. I had to park in a parking lot on Saint Cloud.

The staff was wonderful and really went out of their way to help. Did not partake in breakfast so I cannot comment on that. The beds were comfortable and the rooms were very tidy and clean. As far as air conditioning, it really did not seem to work. I do not like it very cold but it was even hard to get it a little cool. This was before the big heat wave too so I cannot imagine it worked any better when it really got hot.

not my first time at this hotel - wont be my last the staff were great and when my suitcase failed, they helped me by purchasing some tie straps for me very friendly facilities could use an upgrade - when i arrived the air con wasn't working and the shower drain was blocked first attempt to fix both were not successful - 2nd attempt on drain had it solved i don't think the French understand what air con is, so it wasn't the staff's fault at all The unit eventually performed adequately

overall very pleasant personnel. however, faced some issues with: - not available iron and iron desk on reception in the morning (before breakfast); - access card was not working when received, - needed to go down and change; - tiny room (my 1st week out of 2 was in very tiny room); was pleased by "excuses note" left on my table align with juice and cookies regarding inconveniences due to the iron absence

Stayed for 3 nights on leisure. Check was seamless as was parking. The breakfast buffet was more than ample with plenty of choice and sets you up for the day. Clean spacious room with 3 great nights sleep. What more can one ask for.

Always book car park in advance - only 10'ish places. Room a little small but OK. Some noise from other guests - doors closing , flushed loos etc.. Definitely a bit expensive but close to the Palace - that is your choice. Lots of local restaurants.

Failed to remove cigarette stubs despite request.

On entering our no smoking room there was a smell of cigarette smoke. When I opened the window I found several cigarette stubs on the external window ledge. I reported these to the receptionist who apologised and informed me this would be addressed. Returning to the room in the evening the cigarette stubs were still there. The following day, after the room had been serviced, the cigarette debris was still there and remained so until we checked out. I informed the receptionist once more on leaving the hotel and again received an apology. I have a photograph of the cigarette stubbs if required.
