« Not a privilege experience! »

Not at all satisfied. No lounge, bar or restaurant. Privilege room very small, with only one uncomfortable chair and no table. TV not working properly. Cardboard cups! Why can't you provide proper cups in the room? We have stayed in better budget hotels. Very dissatisfied!!!

« Have a lovley time, would definitely recommend the hotel »

The room was lovley and the stuff welcoming and helpful. The only downside was lack of inroom safes.

« So so »

Impossible to make a stop in front of the hotel and taking the cases out of the car ( no space available or staff to help) Assistant at Reception desk for the check-in: ok Staff assistance of poor quality Very good breakfast but difficult to find a space with a clean table.

« Comfortable and quiet location with easy access to the Palace and grounds as well as restaurants. »

The only thing that could be improved is the breakfast coffee. I am not a fan of nespresso. I like real beans at breakfast time. Friendly and efficient staff throughout..

Great stay for an overnight stop in the city. The hotel put us in two of the quietest rooms as requested. Comfy bed. Clean and modern. Bottle of water in the room a nice touch.

« Just amazing »

I would like to thank the personnel of the hotel for the service they provided. Each morning the breakfast  was tastefull. Each day our room was cleaned. We had some navigation issues with how to get to Paris or to Outlet Village during our vacations. The staff of the hotel was very pleasant to help us with solving our issues. In a word - highly recommended place.

Excellent stay. The staff were very polite friendly and helpful. We would stay again and may well do so next year. The location near the Chateau was good as was access to public transport. Good restaurants in the area as well.

« Pleasant apart from rude night shift employee on the night of Friday 13th »

Overall pleasant experience. All the hotel staff were professional apart from one very rude night shift employee on Friday 13th night. He was unbelievably aggressive and insulting. Please remove him as he ruined what could have been a beautiful experience in the hotel. I was sadly very disappointed.

Customer service was wonderful, hotel is situated in a best location where you can walk any direction especially Versaille palace. Near train stations to travel to Paris. Defiantly picking Mercure on my return trip!

« Mid week business Overnight stop »

A pleasant welcome from a lady who struggled to speak French and did not offer the reserved parking space I had requested, even though it was in fact being held in my name, preventing other clients from using it. Apparently there is no bar at the hotel, or facilities for supplying an alcoholic beverage, so the "boisson de bienvenue" was a bottle of fruit juice from under the counter at reception. Not much use to a type 2 diabetic like me. The room as clean and tidy, if small. Very small for the price. A nice bathroom and outlook. Annoying that there were stairs in the corridor to lug your suitcase up. Only a very few rooms are at the same level as the lift. The hotel ha a great location. A fairly quiet street (after rush hour) within easy walking distance of Versailles. You will want to go out as there are no facilities at the hotel (how does it have it's star rating?

Good location and refurbished rooms. Placed however in disabled room, not well serviced. Breakfast was good. Had housekeeping walk into room at 8am on day of checkout without even knocking!
