Extremely welcoming and hear warming staff you have at Kununurra Ibis. Especially Adriano took excellent care of us. He provided us extra blankets, and replied in any inquiries very fast and professionally. I highly recommend to stay at Ibis!

Staff were friendly. Actual room, including bathroom and air con filters were filthy. Maybe consider turning air cons on for the arrival of guests.

Staff were friendly and helpful. Was upgraded since this is quiet time of year. Room was OK and was clean. Plumbing certainly needs attention. When I tried to flush the toilet, there was no water in cistern. Tap was off but realised why. The tap runs constantly. Tap in handbasin very hard to turn off since washer needed replacing. No restaurant at this time of year and limited breakfast, though understandable since this is low season.

My flight into Kununurra was delayed, by the time I arrived at the hotel (after 8) gates was locked, had to phone reception to have someone open the gate. Restaurant closed. (Seasonal). The rooms are very tired. Curtain hooks hanging off the rail across top. Taps in bathroom hand basin leak and they need to be turned off very tight to stop them dripping. Continental breakfast was fairly basic.

We will be re-opening our restaurant around mid March 2018. I have stayed at Ibis hotel for business, as an individual and with my partner, during all this time O found the staff to be friendly and courteous. The rooms were comfortable and well setup. great until I had to pay the bill! I was quoted $119 a night instead for two nights I was charged @$280! I don't know why or where the extra amount was charged!!!
