Initially the property gives a “ very tired” exterior but rooms are very serviceability. Well located for my purpose in Kununurra. Chris has a fine team- he is a busy man wearing many hats. Special mention to Willy & Kaye for their friendship & taking the time to show me a fantastic sunset.

Great staff but the place seriously needs renovation. Rooms were large, clean and the locked carpark at night is always a nice touch. Again Accor membership or not I only stay here and in Broome as they have great staff and the bottle of Sandalford Wine upon check in

Our only disappointment was that there was only breakfast available. We had expected the restaurant to also provide dinner, which would have been much easier as we had no vehicle while staying at 'Ibis Styles'. There was a roadhouse with food across the street but that was not so good, and there was a hotel further down the street which provided food but as i had a walking problem at the time, that was more difficult for us.

The staff were friendly and helpful. The toilet looked horrible with the "stains" which require cleaning. Not having access to a restaurant for meals was definitely not ideal. Will have to stay somewhere else (that provides those facilities) next time.

happy with cleaniness of room. Problems though - fridge was noisy. had to turn off to get some sleep. dirty towels weren't changed each day. kununurra requires 2 showers a day and the dirty towles werent changed with new ones for a 3 night stay that was annoying. Alot of noice outside at night - screaming people.

The staff were Polite and pleasant. The bed was comfortable and the room spacious, however, the room requires maintenance to rectify paint peeling from the ceiling, a hole in the wall and a temperamental door lock. This was communicated to staff on our departure.

Comfortable overnight stay, rooms tidy and maintained well, just disappointed that for a second year in a row the Ivanhoe restaurant was closed. Had to go elsewhere for main meals, not what i prefer to do after a days work.

Receptionist was amazingly helpful and lovely. Rooms are clean and tidy. Shame there is no restaurant to have dinner. If I had been travelling alone without a hire car I wouldn't feel comfortable walking the streets at night to find somewhere to eat. Wouldn't stay here again for that reason, but if there was dinner available here would stay again.

Unfortunately I had a room where there were vehicles parked outside my room, the first vehicles started departing at 4 am and then there was a steady stream of vehicles leaving for the next two hours keeping me awake. These appeared to be 'work' vehicles with beeping reversing noises. The tap in the bathroom consistently dripped and was unable to be turned off. The room needs a complete overhaul and updating.
