« Nice room and good service »

The room was nice (although the bathroom was a bit tight) and the staff were friendly. Breakfast was OK. My only complaint is that for some I was charged $164 for the room. I was quoted $159 when I booked and this was shown on the reservation confirmation that was emailed to me.

« Its a nice hotel. But the thin wall means you can hear everything in the corridor and next doir »

Very comfortable room, but was not impressed with the thin walls and could hear conversations from next door and outside. I work long hours and need my rest, but when you can hear people closing their doors before the alarm goes off can be frustrating

Check in was quick and easy, Room was nice very good facilities. Breakfast was an awful offering, not work the effort or money of attending. Bar and restaurant staff were very nice despite the food.

« service was exceptional but the room wasn't up to standard »

The personal service by each staff member was fantastic and made the week very enjoyable the room however was very disappointing in such that the water pressure in shower was terrible and at no point did i need to turn the cold tap on in the shower as the water wasnt hot enough. also no Movie channels were working and only 2 fox sports channels worked, so overall if it wasnt for the staff this Hotel stay would of been the worse

Everything was a pleasure, - staff very helpful. Quality and verity of great food was wonderful. Amply parking. Staff happily arranged for a shirt that I left in the wardrobe to be mailed back interstate to me - without of issues at all - more than happy to assist.

« Accommodation was fine. Customer service at front desk, male Of indian descent I think, was poor - I gave my Accor card for the $375 booking and no points have yet been credited, my accor card no is 30…0189, name on card is Ryan Knuckley. »

Good aside from front desk experience. Could Accor pts please be sorted. Front desk person was inattentive and short.

The room was clean, staff were friendly. Bathroom floor was a bit grubby. Please put a note with the water bottles in the room about whether they are complimentary or need to be paid for. Would be nice to have a chair on the balcony to watch the world go by.
