Everything is same as everytime I come here. Especially, thank you for changing the band in the underground restaurant that last time I complained. So my father enjoy it twice per week.

- the room key needs to be re-programmed every 24-48h, very frustrating experience - the shower delivers only hot water , very inconvenient - the internet slows down considerably to negatively impact working conditions - the internet needs to re-programmed with the ID and PW every 24-48 h although it is supposed to be valid for 7 days - the water drainage in the cinks is extremely slow - TV, channel selection: I miss CNN and miss more sports channels - when we explain this to the Accor staff, the responses seem to be like: 'Oh, you again' - we come since many years and stay each time for 2-4 weeks. some recognition and appreciation would be welcomed - I pre-booked and pre-paid from 8-14-2017 till the 19th of September - regrettably we have to leave already on the 14th of September 2017. is there a chance that I can get an exceptional refund for the 5 days I have to leave earlier? considering above circumstances and our loyalty over so many years.

Mixed feedback: Requested to pay 1'000 Baht per day as deposit for the minibar. This was quite a surprise and a first for me. During my stay i was waken up two times before 09:00 from the room service for cleaning. Even when i forgot to switch the "Do not Disturb" on quite early. When the DNT button was switched on i found an invitation to contact the reception to confirm that i do want room service. Surprising for a Junior Sweet.... We arrived with our own car and was informed by the car boy that instead of showing the entrance ticket each time to the reception we could get a permanent ticket for our stay. No question about this when checking in. During check out the main interest seemed to be the minibar (a big topic for this hotel obviously) but no question about my satisfaction.

It is the policy of this hotel to obtain a credit card authorization deposit or cash deposit when a guest arrives(this is a common practice at all Accor hotels and also most of International hotels these days). This is not done as any question of your honesty or integrity, but rather as required procedure to protect the hotel from potential losses. We appreciate your kind understanding on this. « The hotel is clean, close to shopping mall, bathroom was spacious and great.I didn't think this was a great value for the money. »

I thought the overall experience was average, I was not to impressed with the breakfast. I liked the room, the bed and the bathroom. I didn't not like that I had to come back to front desk to get my parking ticket stamped, this happened on the second day but the first day we had a pass and it was ok.

I booked 2 rooms in October 2016 , arriving in August 2017 ( 10 months notice). I arrived at the hotel only to find that our requests for the 2 rooms to be close to each other was not fulfilled. I was on the 10th floor with my son and my wife was on the 19th floor with my daughter. We arrived at 3:30pm , one of my beds in my room was not made up, the maid promptly came and rectified this , but still not what I expected from previous experiences of staying at the Pullman. I have stayed at the Pullman now for years and years ( since it was still a Sofitel hotel ) and sadly I have seen a deterioration in my overall experience. The staff are still helpful,curteous and polite but one or two things are starting to slip as mentioned above.

« Service not good as the past »

In the past, there will be a free shuttle bus service from airport to hotel, never charges to customer who is hotel' s guest. But now there is 120 baht charges per transaction not like new hotel Avani which provide free service. The light in room not so bright and only 1 card for free drink at lounge, in the past will get 2 card if stay 2 nights.

In general, it's both good and bad. The breakfast experience on both days was not good. The staffs were not friendly at all and did not recognize me like they did in the past. On the day of check-out, only one elevator could be served and there was no porter to help me at all.

The room is spacious. The breakfast spread is good and a lot of variety. Welcome drink can consider to include option for a can of beer would be good. Some of the floors can consider to put some fragrance oil burner

It was very nice, I love room service and all that but I lost my flip flops then asked if anyone sees it but none of them have seen it, I know it was just a little thing, just a pair of cheap flip flops but Im so sorry if you cared enough you would do something about it, at least you should know there was a robber staying in your hotel and for safely reasons you should have a look if something like that happen again. Everything is perfect as usual. However, my boss (Jeremy Osterstock) had a strange experience in his room. He found a small gecko near the wash tub in his room and he kept on using his room until the morning. Please help investigate on why the gecko get into his room. If I were in the room with gecko, I'll immediately move out.
