Although old this is still the best hotel 500 kms around Udon Thani. We enjoyed 2019 New Years Eve with a fantastic buffet and came back in February for a relaxing week end. We decided to do this more often to get away from the heath season in the coming months. We hold Accor gold status booking a Junior Suite and always get upgraded to an Executive Suite, fabulous.

Isaans best hotel! Why? A high- class building, toip notch rooms, a good indoor parking, top service from all the smiling staff. In one word: Excellent! A small improvement area; I asked two employees to recommend a steak house outside the hotel. Both of them replied that they only recommended restaurants in the hotel. But it is easy to correct!

Nice and clean hotel with an amazing lobby. I enjoyed the room and the pool area. Sun at the pool nearly all day. The only negativ thing is the noisy music from a club and live music bar outside the hotel. I used my earplugs so it wasnt a big problem for me. I will for sure stay at Pullman next time again.

« Nice looking hotel , getting a bit old and needs some maintenance »

We stayed for 1 night but also purchased a breakfast while we were passing another day. We are frequent travellers through Khon Kaen and wanted to try the hotel. Felt like staff were all new and could answer any questions. Breakfast was very basic for a buffet and coffee was very ordinary for Thailand. However the welcome gift for platinum members was very nice.

Decided to visit town from the outskirts and the Pullman is ideal for my family's needs. Great bar downstairs in the Underground complex. Good bakery with great cakes. Rooms large and very comfortable, bathrooms also large with walk in shower. Bed so comfortable with 4 large soft pillows.Loved it.

I stay here every time I come to Khon Kaen. It is the nicest hotel in town. Room is spacious and bed comfy. Good tv selection, fast wifi. Two issues, some nights it is quite noisy with surrounding night clubs. They need to replace the WC’s. They use lots of water and don’t ecen work for the intended purpose. Yet they post signs about conserving water???

Very comfortable room with all you need and great views across the city. Centrally located building close to Central Plaza beautiful interiors especially the entrance lobby frimley staff amazing place. A swimming pool is to the south of the building and the building acts as a sun trap so be careful the swimming pool itself is a little bit disappointing in that it does not match up with the quality of the interior needs a little bit of an update but pleasant all the same

Check in was a nightmare. We were attending a wedding reception at the hotel and decided to stay two nights. Was informed we could check in early and when we arrived to check in we were told we could not check in by a female receptionist. We went back and spoke to a male receptionist he checked us in straight away. When we got to the room, we discovered one of the bedside light was not working, the shower was leaking everwhere. Bedtime, bed was extremely hard, pillows uncomfortable, light switch control console does not work. Because of the uncomfortable bed and pillows we did not have a good night sleep over the two nights that we were at the hotel. The room we were in was room number 720. Positives: gym was great with good selections of machines and free weights, good selections at breakfast and the food served at the wedding reception was delicious.
