Two very pleasant nights spent in a comfortable room. A little tired in decor but totally adequate. Staff were very helpful and pleasant and the buffet breakfasts a generous spread. The bed was very comfortable and only missing amenity was a hairdrier.

The hotel is looking very tired.

As an Accor Live Limitless member, I found the hotel to be very sub-standard. I don't know how the star ratings are calculated, but I don't see how this can be a 4+ star hotel. The bathroom was showing distinct signs of wear; water damage to the bottom of the door; staining around the plug outlet in the bath. Milk was not replenished during our three-night stay. What was in the mini bar was pathetic. Insufficient tea bags, only two English breakfast tea sachets on any given day. The cooked breakfast was disgusting; the food in the bain-maries was only luke-warm, as was the tea and coffee. We only had breakfast one morning and decided that we would not return for another or for an evening meal. We won't be back unless the hotel has a major upgrade. Most certainly not value for money at $255.60 per night! The staff that we had contact with were lovely but, overall, my wife and I were very disappointed.
