Everything was presented well and our room aes quiet and when we entered it we were appreciative tha the heating system was on as it was a cold stormy day.

Awesome welcome by the assistant manager Jessica. She was very accommodating and informative. Beautiful foyer. Had to park on the road as no parking available. The room has a stunning view, everything I needed was there, awesome shower but the best part was the bed and pillows. Would have to be the most comfortable bed ever. Would love to know where they got them. Breakfast was superb. Staff on at night to welcome us and early staff were brilliant. I would definitely recommend this hotel and will definitely visit again.

Our 2 night stay in Rotorua was part of a 3 week trip in the North Island. Checkin was good and our bags had been delivered to our room from our stay at the Ibis. Great room overlooking the lake, breakfast was good and the evening buffet meal was excellent. Free use of the thermal pools was a bonus after a days walking.

Staff were friendly but room service wasn’t completed , we never had enough towels or cups for guests staying. We especially chose the motel for the pool facilities wich were terrible - little pools were too hot and the main pool and spa were too cold. Wasn’t impressed with the extra $150 deposit taken off bank account at the beginning.

Room was comfortable but very disappointed that the sauna wasn't working, my wife was looking foward to the pool and sauna. Also shower in the room wasn't that great, water was spraying everywhere but on you. Buffet dinner wasn't that great with very limited selection. overall not a great experience.

The staff was very accommodating and helpful. The buffet breakfast was varied but messy. The presentation, refill and clean up should be checked more frequently. Our stay for this particular weekend was the highest I have paid for a stay in an Accor hotel hence I was expecting a certain level of quality of accommodation. I was very disappointed with the bathroom. It was very dated and the shower and towel rack fixtures were so run down and tarnished. The bed was sunken and the pillows were not comfortable. We didn't get a good night's sleep. I suggest that the bathroom should be upgraded and the bed for our room changed.

Pleasant stay, lovely hotel and breakfast. The free M&M's from the rewards desk was a lovely treat for the end of the stay. The only complaint would be the bathroom was a bit dated and could have done with a renovation. Pillows were flat and not very comfortable.

Rotorua was part of our 3 week stay in the North Island. Check in was good and our luggage had been transferred from the Ibis. Great room overlooking the lake and the use of the thermal pools was a bonus after a long day of driving and walking. Very good value for the buffet meals in the restaurant. Staff very friendly and a nice touch to rotate the staff between the 2 hotels

We were able to check in as early as 8 in the morning. A big plus as we were travelling with an 8-month old who could really use a nice comfy bed. Big sister was also able to use the pool early. Place is really close to restaurants and the Energy events center is walking distance.
