I'm use to ibis franchise which is why I use it fir my city breaks and always know what to expect. Sadly this is by far the worse ibis I have stayed at, the room which was number 715 is the smallest room I have ever stayed in in all the Accor franchises I have used, even the budget ibis was bigger!. The room was barely clean with hair on the bed, the bathroom was small and had a dead fly or something in a spiderweb above the sink, the shower didn't have a screen but had some dirty over used curtain which I have never seen in any ibis bathroom's all over European locations, again hair left here also. I'm not sure if this is a French thing or not but there's no kettle or coffee and tea making facilities in the room whereas there is in most other countries with ibis hotel's. The price for late checkout is also something I was not happy with, it is 50% of the last nights fee which seems far to much compared to other ibis I have stayed at,then when I tried to pay for this I was told that I can't! This is the worst ibis experience I have had, dirty room and bathroom , average customer service, overpriced rooms that are tiny and cold, lifts, elevators that seem like they could stop anytime. The positives are you can leave your luggage in payed lockers if like me you can't get the late check out, the WiFi is far superior than any Accor franchise I have used in many European countries normally there free WiFi barely gives you 1 to 2 mbs but this ibis was around 40 to 70mbs which is great when your streaming movies or TV from back home at the end of the day while relaxing. I do nkt recommend this hotel at all but would, recommend the ibis styles 2 mi utes down the road as I stayed there a few years back and its better.

Being a regular customer of Ibis hotels, you know very well that our teams are there 24/24 to intervene. Or did you prefer to keep your dissatisfaction for yourself in order to feed your comment after your stay? I hope, despite everything, to have the pleasure to welcome you again soon and, if that happens, that you will not hesitate to express yourself directly at the reception in case of small inconveniences in room. Hotel is in a great location. The room was a good size, nicely decorated and clean. Good selection at breakfast. All staff very friendly and happy to help. Would definitely recommend to anyone staying in Paris for a few days. One thing to improve upon would be having a safe in the room to ensure valuables are safe when out during the day.

Buffet breakfast was brilliant. Room was basic without tea/coffee facilities or mini fridge but okay for a short stay. Bed was comfy but pillows were very flat and uncomfortable to sleep on.

The reception staff are very effeciant very helpful and friendly.They go out of their way to help with any issues.The breakfast room staff also very helpful.I would NEVER stay at any other hotel in Paris.I have stayed at many hotels in my 55 years of visiting Paris and Ibis Chateau Landon is the friendliest and most helpful.Other Ibis hotels in Paris are good but not as friendly and hrlpful as Thomad and the staff here.

unfriendly uninterested staff at the reception. No welcome drink. Expensive for an Ibis hotel. On top of this you have to pay to leave your luggage for a few hours! Next time they should clean the hair from the bathroom door.

The barman, Touati, made us really at home. That is what you call customer service. Room/bed great. Only complaint is the meal we had wasn’t great. I would not recommend it.

« Good hotel but not so good experience due to a staff member. »

Was a good hotel and a good stay, good location, closer to station and restaurants, friendly staff. Room and the features were good, though due to the connecting doors from one room to the another, there was disturbance from the other rooms which could be heard into my room due to the presence of the connecting doors. The rooms air-conditioning needs maintainance. The only most disappointing issue Was... Being bothered by one of the reception staff's behaviour, I was staying there with 2 more of my friends, and one of the reception male staff who was fair complexion, partly blad, wears spectacles, kept bothering one of my female friend, he kept forcibly flirting with her even when she was not interested and was avoiding him, and told him no for all his offers, he got her mobile number and details from the customer form at the reception and kept calling her personal cell phone, later when she didn't answer he kept calling her room phone. Even when my friend was not interested in him and she also denied all his offers to hang out together, even then he kept forcibly approaching and bothering her, telling her he could get her discounts on the hotel if she agrees to go out with him... Later my other female friend also complained to me that the same staff member kept constantly staring at her when she was sitting in the lobby and kept changing his side of the desk when she changed her seat, making her feel uncomfortable. Due to this behaviour my friend had to checkout and move to some other hotel the very next morning as she felt scared/uncomfortable and bothered by that particular reception staffs behaviour. Very disrespectful, Not at all a professional behaviour by a hotel reception staff towards a customer, very disappointing as my friends stayed at the hotel to meet me as my guest, and not to bothered, disrespected or troubled by a reception staff with a pervert intention... If this is the behaviour of the reception staff with the female customers, then I would never recommend any of my friends or family members to stay at this hotel, for their own safety. Don't know how did the hotel even hire such a staff member who has pervert intentions towards the customers of the hotel he works for.

No fridge in the room and it's very difficult to warm my foods. No enough amenities in the room. Please try to put the fridge in the room.

Stayed in a room for 4 which was a bonus as not all hotels do this and the room had 2 showers and 2 TVs! Breakfast was ok- mainly french/ continental but not much of a hot food selection other than boiled eggs. Location is very good and staff were very polite. Rooms are clean and modern. A mini fridge would have been a bonus. We had to throw away a lot of food due to lack of fridge.
