We had a great welcome and very much appreciated our 3-bed rooms which were so clean with everything looking brand new. One room as quite a bit larger than th other room so it was a bit disappointing to have little space in the second room. The public areas were also very clean. It was good to have secure and reasonably priced luggage lockers to use on our departure day.

Nice and accommodating staff to welcome one to the hotel and also good, secure luggage storage as arrived early and was leaving in evening of day of departure. the secure storage helped tremendously and did not mind paying surcharge for it. close to many amenities and metro lines. actually walked many places from the hotel due to its location. Would like to see glass glasses used in the rooms instead of plastic ones wrapped in plastic! Sustainability

The hotel is in a great location and the staff on reception were friendly but as it was our first stay we were disappointed with the room we were allocated, room 118. It was clean and tidy however very noisy right opposite the lift and on the first floor next to the main road. I hardly slept for 3 nights! I think you should ask new guests what kind of room they prefer on a first stay with you if we were staying longer I would have asked to move to a quiter room! As we booked directly with you as well I’d have expected a quiter room. In addition to this one of the breakfast staff was very rude the small lady from the kitchen. I only asked for a spoon as they’d ran out and she gave me a filthy look and grunted at me to wait 2 minutes! The breakfast selection was however very good.

I visited Paris in order to watch the France v Scotland rugby match at Stade de France. The hotel is ideally located for Gare du Nord and the RER connection to the stadium, and for the Eurostar. The hotel provides nice breakfasts, which it starts serving early, the receptionists are friendly and helpful and my room was quiet.

Clean, comfortable, good location for Gare Du Nord, but I was surprised that there were no coffee making facilities in the room or anywhere in the hotel. Having stayed at a number of Ibis hotels and always had one of these facilities available in them, I was disappointed with this after a long day travelling.

Very average - staff were not very friendly or welcoming (apart from the breakfast host), hotel corridors were messy with laundry when we arrived and room was dingy. I wasn't expecting luxury for the price - the booking was based more on convenience - so on this basis it just about met but didnt exceed my expectations.
