The room was filthy the hand basin and plug in particular the room was dusty. No bottled water I had to request from the Irish bar as reception was closed breakfast starts to late as I checked out at 6.30 reception was open but not the kitchen it seems.

As the restaurant was closed due to being off season, they made up for the fabulous breakfast. There was everything catered for in a clean and professional manner. I must say that the pancake conveyer belt was fantastic. Well done guys.

« The Mercure was well located, the staff were friendly, but it was let down by the rooms being very tired and in need of refurbishment. »

The staff member on our arrival was very friendly and helpful. We found our room very easily by the directions she gave. The room was a bit dated, particularly the bathroom where the paint was peeling off the tiles in the shower and also on the back of the bathroom door. The air conditioning was on which was very good considering it was quite warm and humid. The breakfast the following morning was very lovely with a very good selection.
