Room was average. Shower smelled like a urinal. Very out-dated hotel. Cleaning staff need a checklist as room was already made up and about 20 minutes after I checked in they tried to come in again and didn't realise it had been done. Very dodgy to me.

Staff were welcoming and ease of check in was a breeze. Previous feedback had been taken on board from prior stays, and my room was perfectly chilled to a comfortable temperature on arrival. Rooms were well presented and bathrooms clean and tidy. Dining at the Irish restaurant was pleasant, although there were a few items on the menu unavailable. This was no issue, as it is understandable due to recent weather events in the area and busy Christmas/New year periods.

Nice and quiet during our stay. Great food from Murphy’s Irish Bar. Rooms were ok, bed was comfy. Very small fridge and the floors were a bit dusty. Nice, friendly staff. Hotel gardens and pool areas are lovely.
