Small hiccup with my room air-con, but the staff were great with providing a quick response in putting me into another room. Beds were a bit low for my liking but were still very comfortable.

I also note you scored the breakfast a 1, we have been advised by your company to provide you with a boxed breakfast each morning, however as a gesture we have opened the restaurant early to also include hot coffee, hot pancakes, toast, fresh fruits and also cereal to accommodate you in the morning. « Rooms are in desperate need of an upgrade »

The rooms are terrible. Mould, bed was worn out, odours and external light was impossible to turn off. Also, the parking gate pass system was not easy to use - need to walk a distance out of the car to swipe card.

« Great long weekend stay »

Our stay was great. Upgraded for being an Accor member and tthe air con wasn't working properly in our room we were upgraded again. The facilities were great, as is the location and the security.

« Not to bad »

Front of house staff were welcoming and organised which was nice. Eating dinner in the pub is ok, however the pub needs to be staffed accordingly as there were quite a few people trying to order at once and it seemed to take a while, some of us had to be up and ready by 4am for a chopper so werent to keen on waiting too long for food. The room was ok- shower didn't look to clean.

« No complaints at all for the price »

Clean room. Well presented helpful staff. Great breakfast. I travel for work and am tied to a "book cheapest available" policy. I've seen much worse. I would happily book with you guys again. Only tip.....put bottled water in the fridge for guests on arrival please :)

I have previously stayed at this venue and at the time received an upgrade to one of the newer rooms which I could not fault. Although offered the same upgrade this time there were 3 of us so instead was upgraded to a family room. Unfortunately this was in the older section of the hotel and the room was pretty shabby and not that clean. It would not take a lot of effort or expense to upgrade these rooms to a far better standard - for example ensuring that curtains were correctly fitted and not half hung - missing hooks etc, ensuring that the rooms were properly cleaned including behind doors and minor upgrades such as a shower door rather than an old grubby curtain - small things that would make a grate difference. On the positive side the service was good, staff were friendly and helpful and the meals at Captain Murphys were enjoyable. Although unfortunately I did not receive the Accor discount when charging meals back to the room.

I was only at the hotel for a short duration. The food was great and the room was well presented. As I am a Air con tech. I wish to advise you that the A/C in my room needs the fan scroll cleaned as the unit was making air flow noises. I checked the filters and the indoor coil. They were clean. but from experience the fan scrolls get dirty after several years. Also the drain was blocked and dripping water. The front door to the room was also not locking at night. I checked it as I gently closed the door but could not get it to latch closed. The next morning as I departed the room I checked the door and it latched closed okay ! Maybe different temperatures cause the latch not to close correctly. I am letting you know as I do not want further customers complaining to you ! In general it was another great stay with your hotel group. I look forward to returning again.
