Am extremely dissatisfied with this hotel First of all the check in I was in the hotel at the check in time 14:00 Pm after a long flight and I had to wait for more than an hour and half to check in not cause of a crowded reception or anything just cause of Unprofessional employee for no reason they make me wait just cause they still learning how to use the reception system so it was very mean thing to let someone who have no experience on the hotel system to take over with no supervison and after the check in I stay there for a week and most of the employees they have never hear of customer service or any service they act mean to the hotel guest and they keep fighting with each other in a loud voice infront of the guests which is Unprofessional and when I wanted to check out of the hotel also they make me wait for no reason more than an hour on the other hand they keep change the room rate so you always have to pay more for an example when I check in I ask for the amount that I need to pay for my hole reservation and I pay it all but when I wanted to check out they change the amount cause they said that the room rate was more and they didn't notes it anyway it was a really bad experience for me and I think they don't even deserve the 5 star hotel for me I was supposed to stay there for 15 days but I stay only one week and I change the hotel I didn't recommend it for anyone and i hope they change the way they talk to the guest and they diffnetly need a customer service courses

hotel was disappointing service v bad & slow (you have to ask for same thing more than once) swimming pool not available for guests for a one day out of three (our stay) food was v bad no options & when something is finished eg. cheese , cake, fteer, ...etc there is no refill unless you ask more than once & ask more than one person ,no supervision during meals (no people to help or serve)the lobby is ok but otherwise the rating should be 2 stars not 4.

Since 1998 to 2014 , your hotel was my Fav and prefered hotel in the area of pyramids even if our visit in cairo far from the location of the hotel but since 2016 the service became down and is being moved from bad to worse. The above as overall rating but does not mean every thing is bad every time , I can say it depedns who is the person in charge for service ; I'm often staying in the hotel every week ; one to three nights every week since Jan 2017 Last week I wait two hours untill the room service brought up to my room one bottle of water. The food hygine at open buffet area has no steady level of care ; sometimes is good and mostly are very poor espicailly the breakfast service ; to be honest this week i noticed the Passages; carpets and corridors are clean compared with last week which was very dirty and smilly

I was asked to pay again upon checking in despite my confirmation email telling me there was nothing to pay at the hotel. The staff were insistent I paid again so I will be checking my bank account when I get home to see if I have been charged twice. They knew nothing about the late check out I had already paid for (which I believe should be free anyway for Accor Silver members is I would like this refunded). No porters available to take my bags upon check out despite no other guests visible. Requested upper floor room and given ground floor with poor view- paid for Privilege room with pyramid view. Staying there again in a few days - hope for better experience.

It was bad.the reception wasn't helpful at all and the food wasn't neat and delicious. The gym was very small and isn't fully equipped.the only good thing was the jacuzzi and sauna.the rooms are very tight .also,the security wasn't good and i wasn't feeling safe .the hotel is overpriced and overrated

Was My Anniversary and i was called the reservations many times before my arrival to organize everything in the room but actually i arrived and i found that there is nothing been organised or prepared, Also when i tried to request anything from room service their response was terrible

« Very run down property where most of the staff had no idea what the word customer service meant! »

Horrible! The room was a mess the electrical sockets were falling out of the wall and their weren't enough to charge a few items. I was told to buy a converter which I did ... upon further complaining staff came up with a power cord with more outlets... when the room was cleaned they did not even wipe up where the coffee was made and throw Old sugar wrappers away. They left all 3 dirty glasses and didn't replace with clean ones.. SERVICE WAS GLACIALLY SLOW AT BEST! The breakfast was the most pathetic Ibve seen in 35 Years... THE CHEAPEST COLD CUTS BOLOGNA CHEAP PROCESSED CHEESE CHEAP WHITE BREAD REALLY REALLY PATHETIC!!! WHAT SHOCKED ME THE MOST WAS A PROPERTY THAT IS A STONES THROW IN FRONT OF THE MOST IMPORTANT AND LAST EXISTING WONDER OF THE ANCIENT WORLD.... I MEAN REALLY... AND WITHOUT DOUBT THE NUMBER 1 TOURIST ATTRACTION IN THE WORLD..IT WAS A DELAPIDATED DUMP!!! AND THERE IS NO OTHER WAY TO DESCRIBE IT... IT SHOULD BE DEMOLISHED AND BUILD A BEAUTIFUL NEW 5 STAR HOTEL IN ITS PLACE THAT BEFITS THE PYRAMIDS IT LOOKS OVER!!! I MEAN COME ON WAKE UP AND SMELL THE COFFEE!!!

The location is so good but I was so disappointed with the service. The desk was busy and only one receptionist was struggling with many people in one time. She was polite and tried her best to manage tree guests in the same time. She even mentioned that she can't see that Iam a member in her system. Something was wrong with her system I think Mohamed Ali was so good at the Egyptian restaurant he smiles always and was the one who made made my stay. I enjoyed the breakfast and the falafel was so delecious but first I was lost as there was no body to welcome us and find a table for us. No doorman at the door and we had to take our luggage alone the parking till the lobby.security needs to be more friendly. We had to ask where is the elevators where is the pool where is the buffet breakfast area upon check in as the lady at the Desk was working under pression and no body to help here even thought there were tree trainee staff beside her. We had to wait 90 minutes to receive sleepers as there no ones placed in the room. We enjoyed the pool and we went to the room to shower we had also to wait 20 Minutes water was down and telephone was not working so we can call the reception. The hotel is amazing staff needs to be trained more. I am just sharing my experience as Me and partner both work also in the same industry in UAE and felt jealous for such brand and such amazing country like Egypt. I love acore chaine and I'll always choose it.

« Over all good, guest should be informed before check in about all features in the room especially if room is connected!! »

It was great stay with you. I like the front office team they were great and helpful especially Mr. Mahmoud night Manger, and Mr Mohamed Yassin. Housekeeping attendant was helpful (His name is Ramadan. All in all, me and my wife enjoyed this stay with you. We liked the territory and if we come back again close to Pyramids area, you will be in our top choices. Incident: We ordered menu for room service around 10:30 am but I didn't receive it until I called them again around 12:00 noon. - I will recommend the hotel for my friends. « Staff stole my shirt »

Oldish, beautiful, well located. Tour hotel has a high potencial, being ruined by your Management. Smelly, old, lack of propper maintenance. Staff entered the room and stole the shirt we left when went for breakfast before check out, when we realized that we left it behind, went back, the room was locked, TV was on wich means someone was inside, after we spoke to reception, went back to the room, TV was off, shirt was gone. It has been over a week, and no repply from hotel to us, no cameras being checked. Very bad....
