Este hotel possui péssima avaliação 6 no booking.com e 3.5 no Trip Advisor. Acompanho as palavras dos demais clientes. Tivemos problemas desde o primeiro dia e os funcionários possuem absoluta má vontade. O hotel não possui manutenção e é sujo. O wi-fi não funcionava no quarto. O café da manhã é mediano. Tínhamos um quarto privilege que incluía refrigerantes e a gerência se recusava a dá-los. Não se hospede aqui, procure outro hotel como o Meridien Pyramides. This hotel has a poor rating 6 on booking.com and 3.5 on Trip Advisor. I follow the words of the other clients. We had problems from the first day and the staff have absolute unwillingness. The hotel don´t have maintenance free and is dirty. The wi-fi did not work in the room. Breakfast is poor. We had a privilege room which included soft drinks (we paid for it) and the management refused to give them. Do not stay here, look for another hotel like the Meridien Pyramides.

The hotel is close to pyramids, the reception staff are helpful, easy checkin, the room with nice view of garden, and very clean, we had our breakfast in the Italian restaurant food and service is excellent, we have our coffee in roof top cafe with the best view of pyramids, all the staff are friendly and helpful specially Mazen fro roof top cafe and Rehab lobby lounge. we will back very soon.

No Wi-Fi in such a big hotel. No fresh food for breakfast. No cleanliness. Called 5 times to get a dental kid, as everyone busy in the reception. And they will always say 5mins sir I will send it. But it didn t come till I call 5 times. For WiFi I spoke to manager also , they will always say that we will send our engineer to restart the router. And that router never gets started. So I was forced to come to lobby everyday to use wifi. Very loud music in reception area, never seen in any accor hotels. As a platinum member I know how their hotels are across the globe. This is my first dissatisfied comment in my 4 years of working with accor. Really they need to look into it for this hotel.

« Worst hotel/ customer service ever!!! »

I don't normally write reviews but this place by far has been the worst hotel I have ever stayed out. Terrible place. reception Staff, breakfast staff and pool cafe staff all are very rude and unhelpful. Place is unhygienic-for example staff fiddle around with food at the breakfast buffet with their hands, chef at the pool cafe smoking behind the cafe and with same hands preparing bread. No porter service on check inn and check out had to struggle with 3 bags all by my self. In the room the reading lamps in the rooms weren't working, the bathroom had mould, the patio door to the garden in our room didn't lock, there are several defects in the room. I read on-line this is supposed to be 5 star. But honestly it doesn't come close. If it wasn't for the exterior appeal, this would be 2-3 star standard. Do not come here!

3 Night B&B stay, rooms were not clean, table tops not wiped, dust and debris on the carpet in the corners. Electric sockets off the wall with bare wires. Breakfast was buffet with little choice and poor service.

« Standard not what was expected of a 5 star hotel. »

The hotel is in need of refurbishment and generally can not be properly cleansed because facilities are worn. The standard of cleanliness in the rooms,bathrooms and dining area was poor. Switches and wall sockets were loose some with exposed live conductors giving rise to serious health and safety issues. Food quality was poor and the choice limited. Staff seemed to be demoralised which reflected in poor customer service. Not many smiles anywhere from staff. We went to the hotel nextdoor ( Meridien ) to eat their superb buffet dinner served by welcoming staff.

« amazing !!! »

First thing was the sight of the pyramids from the room window....stunning !!! Rooms were big enough , good bed . Breakfast was great except for the coffee maker always broken . Had to take instant coffee . Very negatif was the dirty carpet !!!!

« It was a disappointing experience and I would not return here next time. »

1. Reservation was made over the phone with Accor Hotels and payment made - confirmation emails sent clearly stated that that it was an advance payment and that no payment would need to be made at the hotel. I explained this to two of the male check in staff who were just rude and abrupt. It was not a very good start to our stay. There was no apology or explanation. 2. We had two connecting rooms - calls were made to reception about a lack of tissues, toilet paper and towels, based on four adults. This was ignored and nothing was brought up to the room. 3. We required an iron at some point during our stay and requested one from Reception - despite several calls it took over an hour to get one - at the point we were ready to leave - the iron was faulty anyway. The next day I called reception requesting the iron again - explained that I needed to check out and could not wait over an hour for it. It never came. After 90mins as we were getting ready to check out two staff arrived to assess our faulty iron! 4. Staff in general in the restaurant did not know much and alot of plates and glasses were dirty. I can appreciate that English may not be a first language for many of the staff, but there was no attempt to find someone who spoke English and any queries were brushed aside and ignored. 5. The rooms were not very clean, with even the carpets feeling dirty and sticky. The fridge was disgusting, extremely dirty and unusable. 6. The complementary toiletries left in the bathroom had not been renewed for us. They had been used by the previous occupants and were dirty, sticky and covered in hairs! 7. One of the rooms had a bad smell. Again something that was not dealt with. 8. The Wifi was unusable most of the time. reception said an "Internet Engineer" would come to look at the problem - that never happened either. Overall our stay at the hotel was very disappointing and did not meet our expectations. It is not somewhere I will return to or recommend.

« Tired hotel that does not reflect the Mercure brand »

I paid for early check-in from 7am, on arrival my room was not ready I had to wait until 9.45am. The room furnishings were tired and damaged. Cleaning was poor; while visible surfaces had been cleaned the carpet behind the chairs and bed was very dirty. The buffet breakfast was unattractively displayed. There was good security. Staff were helpful and friendly. Checkout was quick and efficient.
