The hotel rooms, lobby, bar, and restaurant were all very clean, staff were friendly and attentive, the breakfast buffet was well maintained and appetizing, and the location for sightseeing was great. Overall, I would recommend Novatel Waterloo to any of my friends. The only improvement suggestion I have it to locate and remove the source of the intense incense smell in the lobby. At times, it was overpowering to some members of our group. Other than that, the stay was great and we would gladly stay with you again.

I was pleased with the location, the bed and the breakfast. I has the feeling that the room was not properly cleaned: the floor could have been better vacuumed, there was dust etc on the surfaces and the bed sheets were also dusty.

The room was clean and comfortable however, the evening meal was not great. The gym's rowing machine and cycle training machine were also faulty and in need of maintenance.

Very nice, clean hotell with good rooms and perfectly ok breakfast. Good beds but some pillows were hard as a bag of cement. Nice food at the bar but the staff there seemed to be a little bit unexperienced with sometimes long waiting times and forgotten orders. But overall a very nice hotell in a supernice area.

Nice as expected. It was good that you offered me the access to the gym temporally after checking out, before my trip back to my country. But was a bit disappointed when my laundry bag hasn't been picked up twice.

I have been staying at the Novotel Lambeth Road for 7 years - the location suits me both for work commitments in the day and venturing out in an evening - being just a short bus ride (No3 bus) into the Trafalgar Square/theatre area. The staff are always welcoming, helpful and friendly. I get upset if I have to book another hotel if they are too busy - if I do my next port of call is the Novotel Blackfriars. And the loyalty scheme is one of the best around.

Woderful hotel, wonderful stuff and above all- Diana at the breakfast room who gave me a special service to my request every morning always with a big smile. The excutive room which we took for 3 adults was specious , clean and modern. The only difficulty was that the nearest tube station-lambeth north, is far from the hotel but there are several buses nesr by. Overall- a very good experience.

It was delightful to stay in a very modern hotel with a central location close to the Thames and the Underground

A business room was booked. It had no laptop desk, no chair. A bottle of water ordered when delivered had the neck of the bottle broken and glass in the bottle. The telephone was damaged. Both were reported 1st night and also detailed on a memo for room service. Neither was resolved or even commented on too me

Room was only prepared for 2 persons and not 4 The people in the bar were inexperienced and kept forgetting the order and it took 30-45 minutes for a simple order of 4 drinks and some chips.

Perfect location. Easy walk to the London Eye and Big Ben. From there you’re close to everything. Good clean rooms, welcoming and friendly people in the reception. Only setback for NOVOTEL Waterloo was the staff in the bar. Sorry to say that they were not comfortable in handling a full audience - maybe not even half full. We ordered and Paid 1 beer and 3 drinks at 10.38 pm. Received it 11.23 pm... after walking all day in London, this wasn’t a good final to what had so far been a great day.

Room 209 (I think it was) had no mirror in the main bedroom area for drying hair - which was rather inconvenient.
