The hotel and breakfast were very good. I was just very disappointed when I asked numerous members of staff if they could change the TV channel in the (pretty much) empty bar on Wednesday evening so my wife and I could watch the football whilst we had a few drinks. I was given a number of different excuses why this simple request couldn't be accommodated. These included "we don't have Sky" (sky news was playing on the TV at the time), "we don't have a remote control" and "we're not allowed to change the channel". My wife and I left and ordered our cocktails in a bar down the road, who WERE able to operate a TV! The hotel lost out on our custom and we were left extremely disappointed, all because no one could change a TV channel!

We stayed for a week Bed was very comfortable Breakfast is a bit pricey but there are other cafe option close buy Great location. In 5 minutes you are on the Thames looking at Big Ben Buses out the front straight into the city or tube

The hotel location was just right and the room size is acceptable for me and my wife together with our teenage daughter and the hotel staff was helpful. Although if I may suggest that the hotel room need some upgrade as it look to be a bit outdated.
