Everything was great. The car park was a challenge, but overall the customer service from Reception to Restaurant was amazing. Special mention to Katie at Front desk, Kaya during dinner and young lady at breakfast during our stay, made us feel important and valued.

Stayed 2 nights, first night spent 20 minutes trying to call room service to no answer at all even tried front desk and no answer went down in the end to see front desk to be told it would be easier to see the restaurant directly, went to the restaurant to be told I can order but unsure when they would deliver as she was busy and needed to collect the cheques from the remaining customers first. Absolutely will not return and will be leaving feedback to the company I work for (RioTinto) as per our preferred vendor review. Have never received such sub par service from a hotel anywhere very disappointed as previous stays have been enjoyable but this experience has put me off I would rather stay at a hotel that offers service I can organise my own meals at home not at a hotel !

Just a overnight stay at the Ibis it has been a while since we last stayed and as always the staff are great the food not too bad either and the location of the Hotel is Gold star.

« Disappointing »

Not our usual business trip experience. Room was size of a broom cupboard - double bed is too small for a couple. Air condition was so old and loud - kept us awake all night and we got up early and left after having no sleep to drive home.

« Better than expected- that's always a great experience isn't it? »

I was a bit meh about staying at an IBIS- but it was a quick trip in a busy week...then I entered and wow- right from the start the smile from reception was awesome. I found the young woman friendly and helpful. the room very tidy, comfy and while its no-frills- it was safe, clean, comfy, quirky and cool, AWESOME. Great central location- Ill be back.

« A bit of a let down »

It was my 2nd Anniversary so we thought we would get a hotel room for the night. Well let me start with the positives first.... Your check-in process was very smooth and quick, super friendly staff too and the late 1pm check-out is a great idea... Unfortunately we could not wait to check out. This is were the positives stop. Our room had a very Damp smell. Out view was the side of a building. We went out bought some Vodka.... Had to use a mug as the glasses in the bathroom were very dirty 1 even still having lipstick on the rim of the glass... Come morning the curtains do not not keep out the light... Went for breakfast.... The bacon burnt to a crisp... The sausage dry as ever.... Only thing that was nice was the Juice. Check-out was quick....

The hotel is fine and well priced. I wouldn’t call it luxurious but it was perfect for our needs. The beds were comfortable and the staff attentive and friendly.

Excellent, great breakfast, daily news paper available for guest, front reception very helpful. One thing i was disappointed was when leaving on Sunday morning at 3am 1st April 2018 to go to the airport, i had one of your receptionist tell me that the booking you made, is not feeling well & he wont be able to take you the airport, i had to make my own arrangements to get to the airport.

My membership number wasn’t on the booking which was the fault of my travel desk. However there wasn’t much effort after that to be made to feel welcome. That and check out wasn’t friendly either. Just took my keys, processed my account and that’s it. Other Accor hotels actually make you feel welcome.

Breakfast was good in terms of quality and choice of food. Bar restaurant for dinner had good quick service. Room was comfortable but the walls are so thin that I was woken several times at night when people in the next room had phone calls or message alerts on their mobile phones.

« Great stay except AC »

It was such a plesant stay especially receptionists were so friendly and delivered great service. I've been to Perth 2years ago and stayed at a different hotel, but your receptionists helped me when I was in trouble. You should be proud of your staff. Their good service did not change. One thing I could not stand was the room was too cold to stay only in sleep wear and did not have individual AC. Besides that, ALL GREAT‼︎
