« Overall very good place to stay for Perth visit . »

Our room on 9th floor was very satisfactory for 5 night stay . Check in as Accor members was quick & efficient . All staff were efficient as well . Meals at restaurant were enjoyable although evening menu was rather limited . The location of the Ibis is excellent for access to the City & various transport options .

« Neat clean comfortable. »

Neat clean comfort. +bed was comfortable. +room was mostly quiet. + room was clean. -bed rolled away from the wall and i lost my pillows. I am a restless and light sleeper, having to retrieve my pillows was a bit annoying. - shower doesn't appear to seal correctly and leaks all over the floor. The fact that it is so small that the shower head sprays straight at or out the door doesnt help matters.

« What a Fabulous Hotel. »

This was such a comfortable hotel and the staff were excellent, so helpful. The beds were very comfortable and the rooms well serviced and clean. The domestic staff were extra helpful too. The room service was also great as we had a few meals delivered to our rooms. I had trouble getting my new tablet to log onto the wifi, but it was quickly fixed by helpful staff. The breakfast choices were amazing. The staff were always happy and pleasant. I would highly recommend this hotel.

The hotel is in a good locations, staff are friendly but i found the room small the fridge was so noisy so i turned it off at night, you could also hear people in the room above using the toilet and shower

The room was clean and tidy, the staff were pleasant and attentive, however, the noise in the room in general was an issue to the point where I could hear my neighbours shower and their conversations. The water pressure in the shower could also be better.

Great hotel with good access to train station. Suggested to friends from Busselton to stay at your hotel next Sat as they are coming to Perth to go to the theatre. They got the $1.00 breakfast. I booked direct with your hotel hence no $1.00 breakfasts. I prefer to book direct so I can speak to one of your staff. It is a pity by doing that we didn't get the "special". I have been an Accor member for several years.
