Pretty good overall. It was a shame about having to pay for parking. I would have like there to have been a bar inside rather than going next door for a drink. Walls are pretty thin so you could hear what was going on around the place.

« Rooms are clean, restaurant is awesome and the bar is great. »

From check in to check out you couldn't ask for better service. All staff members were extremely polite and could respond to any inquiry with ease. The rooms were very well kept and fresh towels are always a big welcome after a late check in. The breakfast was so tempting and it was impossible to choose from all the different range of food items; which made it hard to keep to the diet!

Enjoyable midweek break, the hotel was in a great location in the center of the city. We were able to walk to bars and restaurants nearby. The room was clean, modern and well appointed. The only down side ( nothing to do with the hotel) was the construction work below that began at 6.30am.

Quite good although I'm having problems being reimbursed for money being taken from my account without my authorisation. Also, the deposit takes far too long to be returned to my account.

I stayed at the Ibis for two nights over the Easter weekend. The receptionist was very friendly and welcoming. I usually stay at the Ibis when Im attending an event in Perth and every time I stay the staff are very welcoming. The rooms are a bit odd shaped but if I’m going out, it’s the bed that matters - and the beds are very comfy, aircon is freezing which I like and the curtains are great for blocking out sunlight if you need to sleep in. The room rate is great too! If you have a car you’ll need to park at a nearby public car park, but the Ibis collaborate with Wilson car park around the corner for $20 a night. Driving to the car park behind the Ibis is a bit squishy if you have a big car, otherwise all in all, I’ll stay there again. Location is why I stay, right in the CBD.

Everything was great. The car park was a challenge, but overall the customer service from Reception to Restaurant was amazing. Special mention to Katie at Front desk, Kaya during dinner and young lady at breakfast during our stay, made us feel important and valued.

Stayed 2 nights, first night spent 20 minutes trying to call room service to no answer at all even tried front desk and no answer went down in the end to see front desk to be told it would be easier to see the restaurant directly, went to the restaurant to be told I can order but unsure when they would deliver as she was busy and needed to collect the cheques from the remaining customers first. Absolutely will not return and will be leaving feedback to the company I work for (RioTinto) as per our preferred vendor review. Have never received such sub par service from a hotel anywhere very disappointed as previous stays have been enjoyable but this experience has put me off I would rather stay at a hotel that offers service I can organise my own meals at home not at a hotel !
