It is a nice hotel which is centrally located in the city, where all modes of transports can be easily accessible. In addition, you can shop and eat within a short distance of walk.

« Our Stay Feb 2019 »

Unfortunately there was a water issue during our stay. We had booked for 3 days and the water problem was at the start of day 2. Staff should of been more honest about the situation and not make statements that obviously cannot be achieved, ( the water will be back on shortly). The outcome was we were relocated to the Mecure into a suite, but not before several complaints were made. We thank the Mecure for the comfortable suite and the service was outstanding, which was greatly appreciated.

The hotel is very 9ld, and unfortunately it doesn't give a good impression from the lobby all the way to the rooms. We run out of water for two mornings, the lifts broke twice, and there were no stairs to use. The staff was very friendly and helped us to cope with all those troubles.

The room is not big but it was quiet and comfortable. We had a noise issue early on the morning we checked out and the response from the staff there was not great - but the response afterwards from management was very good and we are satisfied with the outcome.

I have stayed here before and have always been satisfied. This trip the staff were lovely as usual however only one out three lifts were working which made for at times lengthy wait periods to go down or up. On the third day, to my dismay, there was no water to have a shower which made me feel uncomfortable for the rest of the day as I had to go to a full day training course then wait at the airport for my flight and didn’t get home until 20:30 hours that evening. I know this wasn’t the fault of the staff but management should have been on to the fault earlier!p

Staff were great. I had trouble with my credit card - it wouldn't work. Staff were very patient. It finally worked and I thank them for their patience. The close proximity to shops, train and bus services is mainly why I stay at Ibis.

« Few minor issues. »

Have stayed previously and enjoyed the hotel (especially the buffet breakfast) which is one of the main reasons we keep coming back, However on this occasion we were issued with room 108 which was not a bad room but had limited views and a constant droning noise all night. We discovered the following day that below our room was a vent outside for maybe the aircon or something but this spoilt our stay. We were also a little disappointing in the breakfast as there were no Mushrooms and the sausages were not as before (which were nice) hopefully our next stay will be a better experience.

Whilst not 5 star its a clean Hotel in great position. Service is excellent and value is good. Restaurant attached is excellent for dinner and breakfast. There is a contemporary bar with a relaxed atmosphere attached. The rooms whilst small are good for short stays.

We enjoyed staying with Ibis Perth we have stayed here previously and enjoy the central location and easy access to other landmarks e.g Kings Park and riverfront etc. We enjoyed the in house restaurant and found staff at the Ibis friendly, and helpful.

« A night at thr Fringe Festival Feb 2019 »

The Ibis as an Accor member is always our preferred place to stay when we come to the city for a show. We always pick the King room. Compact rooms but spotless and neatly laid out. The service is always friendly and efficient. Stayed in Town Friday night. Ate dinner and breakfast at the Hotel this time. Food not posh but well cooked and great value. Always a wine special. This time it was Madfish and $5 Champers at the bar. Great time thanks Accor and Ibis. Lovely service ..special mention to Gemma in the evening service area, top effort.

« Fringe Festival Night on the Town »

Whenever we stay at the Ibis Perth we are always very pleased with the service. And we were not disspointed his time either. As an Accor member I booked my free night and upgraded to room 808 a King Room. The rooms are smallish but the layout is well done so there is plenty of space for the two of us. Our little window view was really pretty with all the carnival lights near Yagan square. Room spotless as always. Ate in the Restaurant which was great value for both Dinner and Breakfast. Scored some free drinks thankyou very much. Location of this Hotel is always handy for shows and shops and public transport. Its just a nice clean and friendly hotel to stay at. Thankyou guys I would like to put in an extra thankyou to Gemma at the restaurant. She was rather busy but spot on and made us feel very welcome even tho at one stage she was the only team member on the service area.

« Another enjoyable stay »

We had a great weekend in Perth visiting events of the Fringe Festival, going to the movies and then the cricket. Staying at the Ibis made it all easy to get to and with the Rubix Bar on the premises we were able to enjoy our dinner and drinks either prior or after our shows. With the opening of the nearby Raine Square, shopping was convenient.
