Dear Samuel, Thank you for sending through your feedback and please accept my apologies for the water issues you experienced. The disruption to the water supply was caused by a breakdown that was completely out of our control, though this does not make it any easier for guests such as yourself that were negatively effected by it. The process of repairing the problem became very complex. There was some confusion early on due to mixed messages coming through regarding the progress of the repair work, and unfortunately the staff (including me) could only comment on the information we had at the time.
