The Ibis Perth is the worst ACCOR hotel we have ever stayed in. The place needs a complete overhaul. I asked , as an ACCOR PLUS member why our room was so bad and the bed the worst I have ever tried to sleep on. I was to.d it was because I checked in later than other people! Can you believe this!! ACCOR PLUS MEMBERS should automatically be assigned the BEST rooms- otherwise, why be loyal to the brand??

Our All loyalty program is now linked to QANTAS CLUB, you earn frequent flyer points alongside All points and visversa. It makes sense to join if you are a regular guest at our hotel and other Accor hotels, and now as a member you can get 5% discount off the best available rate on-line. It also gives you additional benefits at the ibis Perth, such as 10% of Room Service, free bottled water from reception, discounts/complimentary extras in the bar, free early checkin (if rooms available) and free access to local gym. The double bed was stuffed, sagging on one side. The water to the sink tasted horrible. Food was pretty good and staff were helpful.
