I stayed at the hotel for an event. We had a few issues at the event but overall it went well. In my room there was an issue with the toilet in that it was continuously running water after you flushed it which was frustrating.

We came to Perth for medical reasons. Our stay was lovely and we caught up with our adult children for drinks and a meal at 5Senses(?). The service and food was perfect. On checking in we were advised that we had been upgraded, which was nice as well. Our room was beautifully clean and tidy and comfortable - and nice hot water in the shower!!! Will stay again.

We enjoyed 4 nights in the Novotel Langley Perth and were pleasantly surprised with the Hotel and its wonderful staff. The location is handy to the CBD if you wish to walk or close to a bus stop if not.The Sen5is restaurant in the hotel had a superb menu at a good price and the staff were very helpful.Our room was spacious and well appointed with a great view over the Swan river. The bed was large and comfortable.We will stay here on future trips to Perth.

The staff were extremely helpful and pleasant, particularly Coco at Reception and Jason in the Restaurant. We were upgraded to an apartment on the 4th Floor, 404 which was very comfortable. Very clean and roomy. We left the hotel for one night to go travelling and returned to an apartment on the 6th floor (604) which was identical to our previous apartment on the 4th Floor, but in need of a repair in quite a few areas. Bath tub, clothes line, soap dish in shower and an update of the cutlery in the draw. Plus the tv remote control did not work in the lounge area. Thankfully the bedroom remote worked in both areas. The Sen5es Restaurant was excellent. We ate there 5 evenings. Chef's presentation and taste most enjoyable.

It was excellent to receive an upgrade to a suite. It was very spacious. Walk in robe excellent. There is a need for some more powerpoints in the room particularly given this day and age of people having phones, laptops etc all requiring charging. The air conditioning was controlled centrally so we had no control over the temperature of the room. We ended up asking for another heating device which was supplied and did warm the room. The numbers on the dial at the air conditioning controls were worn off and unable to be read (not that this was of any use) Information regarding how the air cond works in the hotel should be provided in the room. Staff were very friendly and helpful throughout the hotel. Alice and Franceso were standouts!

Staff were fantastic and could not be more helpful. The Novotel Langley is a fantastic hotel and accommodation experience, though the building is starting to show it's age. Room in general is fresh Bathroom looks tired. Mold in shower (grout and ceiling), and plenty of silicon sealant around the spa to fill the gaps. Big cobwebs and dust hanging from air conditioning grate. Breakfast is great. View from rooftop spa is second to none.

The staff in all areas of the hotel were very friendly and helpful and service was good. Breakfast area could be improved in layout and chef did not seem to know how to cook omelettes.
