Upset to find out the rooftop spas are being renovated on arrival. Warm welcome. Staff were lovely. Bed was super comfortable. Rooms are aged and dated. Iron was burnt and water cap broken. Service of rooms was great.

Like the tea section setup for the breakfast! Also the egg station! They even have gluten free section and separate toaster, that’s very thoughtful! Barista is no additional charge! offered room upgrade and late check out. Very good experience!

We travelled 4000 kms to Perth for a surprise birthday dinner, and we were not disappointed with our allocated room ( 905-suite upgrade), with magnificent views of the Swan river. From check-in as an Accor member to check-out, we were really well looked after, and “thank you for your loyalty” was said with sincerity at every interaction. Well done to the staff for demonstrating your skills and training and providing excellent customer service. The staff at breakfast services Sunday to Tuesday were attentive and friendly, (Saturday they seemed to be understaffed) and even found an individual birthday cake and candle for my brother’s 60th. We hope to come back and would stay here again without hesitation.

Staff very professional and helpful. Breakfast buffet was decent. Hotel room very tired. Taps missing hot and cold water stickers (room 908). Toilet didn’t properly seal after flushing so constantly dripped water. Acoustics of the place was bad with the room being quite noisy hearing bathrooms (showers and toilets) of surrounding hotel rooms. Will I stay here again - no How does it compare to other novotels - on par with being run down and old.

We checked in for only one night to go to a ball. The staff were friendly and very helpful. The room was great. Perfect location for those wanting to see the river and a short walk to Elizabeth Quay.

it seemed the service levels and attention to Accor members had dropped. My room was a mini kitchenette style which made it difficult for me to work from (it was a business trip and I do calls from my room). no desk or exec space to put laptop/papers.. seemed old and in need of a refresh.

Overall good. Subtle room for improvement by ensuring correct spelling of guest name on room access card sleeve and complimentary drink voucher. I pointed out to James upon check-in the error in the spelling of my name and he apologised and advised me it would create no issue with the wifi connection. This I had not considered but he may have been better to have corrected my name spelling and issue a new room key sleeve as every day I was there, I then had to see the misspelling of my name.....something I and most people will be particular about. The lady at breakfast entry was bubbly and efficient each morning as were the other waiters and waitresses and cooks. All friendly and efficient. Upon check-out there were 3 of us waiting (myself at the privilege designated area) and only 1 person serving. Eventually another lady came out from behind but made no apology for keeping us waiting. Room was basic but fine and housekeeping and cleanliness was fine.

We found Team members like Diva, Sue, Julian on the main reception desk together with the team at breakfast in the mornings second to none. Was okay at the start. Staff really friendly. But then found small things that added up to me feeling let down. Carpets dirty when we stepped out of the elevator. Room was bit dowdy. Toilet roll holder loose so when you went to grab paper, the holder slipped and the toilet roll came off and landed on the wet tiled floor. No replacement toilet roll. Booked for family of 4, and only 3 towels in room. Had to call for extra towels. Just would have been nice if this was already supplied. Keys didnt work so three times had to go downstairs to get fixed. Spas not working. It may be because I work in travel and have certain expectations, but sadly I will most likely not stay here again, and I wouldn't recommend the hotel to friends or friends.

Hotel room needs updating - bathroom has no ventilation and lots of visible mould on the roof. Hospitality customer service was good at breakfast but not as welcoming at the restuarant for evening meal.
