We arrived early (about 7am early) but the staff member found an available room for us. The room was nice, well serviced and modern. Everyone was very friendly. We asked for a little later check out at the end, due to our flight time, and the staff arranged for an extra 3 hours at no charge. Thank you, and will be back!

On arrival i was welcomed , advised that my room had been given an upgrade and was given a brief run down on the hotel and it's facilities. The room was clean, bright and comfortable. ALL the staff were polite and always asked were we happy and was there anything that they could do to make out time more comfortable.

As a long term Accor member we are used to high standards but I just was so impressed with the whole experience. Staff were interested & caring, rocky road at the front desk, our room delightful & food was excellent. The staff are well trained & it just seemed like a family atmosphere. We had our anniversary & the effort to make our room look amazing was soooo wonderful. Balloons, chocolates, champagne! Thank to the staff involved, it was so touching.

staff were friendly, no one could answer how I got a email saying was staying on the 28 November when my stay was the 8 December even got a email asking how my stay was when haven't stayed yet, there was mold in the bathroom no extractor fan room out of date , even had the shower in the bath which I couldn't adjust the height as 6ft 2 plus didn't expect to see a cooker and sink in the bedroom

The views of the river are great, the hotel is an easy walking distance from the city centre and Elizabeth Quay, All the staff were really helpful and friendly. The young lady on the breakfast reception brightened up all our days!!

Lovely stay at hotel again wonderful staff a joy to go to breakfast with the beautiful smiling Annie to greet you. Just on small thing in bathrooms tissues and toilet rolls need to be checked we did not have a spare toilet roll and our friends room they ran out and had to call reception.

I usually stay at the mecure but this time the novotel was cheaper so I changed and my stay was just average. The staff were all amazing but the aircon didn't work so it was hard to sleep cause it was hot. The pillows were very big and hard to sleep on and the room was just very average. I expected it to nicer as it was great last time I was there.

Overall pretty good, although some of the rooms are now getting a bit tired and could do with refurbishment. Service was good and check in was very efficient. Breakfast was ok, but I think the quality has dropped a little here too over the last year or so.
