Overall satisfactory, however there were NUMEROUS dirty old earplugs ontop of the kitchenette facilities, with another found under the suitcase rack.

The room was excellent we had picked it special to view Aust Day Fireworks. Breakfast service on the Sunday in Dining room was appalling. No food no juice no pastries and when a bit of food came out No plates. And so many people descending on the little bit of food coming out.Not nearly enough staff.They were visibly stressed and trying their best. Heard there was 1 chef working and near on 400 breakfast diners. Surely management new it was a long weekend and the hotel was obviously full. Very poor in that area on this occasion. Our room service was also sent back twice before a third attempt got it right. It was a special dietary request due to an extreme allergy to onions. We have had a number of stays here in the past with no issues that's why we return, we felt very let down on this visit. I hope there was a debriefing with staff after the weekend so it doesnt happen again.

« Staff were Excelent - shame about the room! »

Was very pleased to arrive and be greeted by your staff and have the room ready for me even though it was 11:30 am! Throughout the staff all staff were friendly and attentive really good service! However I had booked a Spa room which was very large and airy however the view was somewhat spoilt by the grubby fingermarks all over all the interior of the windows. Also was directly under the gym....so I was able to hear persons on the treadmill running or dropping weight directly above my bed! I appreciate that this room possibly has the best view in the entire hotel however to place it bellow the gym seems an odd choice! Finally the Gym itself and spa area ( I used the former) was rather tatty an in need of a refresh.

As a Silver Le Accor Member, I pre checked in online and upon arrival was met by professional staff who had everything in order and a room available. I was very grateful that I was afforded an upgrade. Throughout my stay, which included breakfast I was treated as a VIP and the service from staff which included the front desk, restaurant and housekeeping was second to none. Despite the room fit out being somewhat outdated I had a very pleasant stay. The AC worked well and the room was very comfortable. The staff were helpful both at checkin and at breakfast. The breakfast caters well for most tastes.

My stay was excellent. My status as a Platinum Le Club Accor member was recognised upon check-in, and throughout my stay. I was upgraded to an "apartment", which is more than a suite, as it has a small kitchen, complete with stove top. At breakfast, I was thanked for my loyalty to Accor, which served to reinforce to me how very much Accor really does recognise and appreciate my business.
