Average hotel, but very nice staff. Hotel seems a little dated. Breakfast overpriced. If I wasn't a member I don't think that I would stay here. There are other reasonably priced hotels offering value for money.

As always we were very grateful to get your free upgrade. We did not spend much time in our room as we were spending time at a weekend conference in the Crown. Your price was cheaper than the cheapest of the 3 crown hotels even after they offered a discount!

Customer Service was great at check in and out. Bathrooms require a bit of TLC - anytime I see a clothes line over a bathtub, I know these bathrooms have seen a lot of things! Bed was comfortable and room was clean. Seeing we were only there for 1 night - came in at 10.30 and left by 7.30 it was perfect for my business needs.

Our stay was nice as we were there to see family. We checked in for 3 adults but on arrival they had booked us in for only 2, but they did find another room ( even though it wasn't now close to my other family). The bought us a treat ( but only for 2 and said we would have to share with the 3rd person.) The buffet was nice, but not very warm. The beds were comfortable.

I have been a guest before, in October 2018 and this is my second stay. I must say that I'm extremely satisfied with my stay. The staffs are very very nice and friendly. In my most recent stay (August 3rd to 5th 2019), I had accidentally left a t-shirt of mine in the room cupboard. I walked in to the hotel and spoke to Ms.Divya (front desk) who put me at ease by letting me know that the item was found but unfortunately they couldn't track it at that very moment :) She offered to have it mailed to me but as I was staying in Pan Pacific (right across), I said that I will check in with her tomorrow. She then told me that she will not be working the night shift but she will leave word with her front desk colleagues. The next night, I was attended to by Mr.Lance who helped track the item and returned it to me. Novotel Perth Langley will always be my first choice when in Perth. Kudos to you Novotel Perth Langley!!

Upset to find out the rooftop spas are being renovated on arrival. Warm welcome. Staff were lovely. Bed was super comfortable. Rooms are aged and dated. Iron was burnt and water cap broken. Service of rooms was great.

Like the tea section setup for the breakfast! Also the egg station! They even have gluten free section and separate toaster, that’s very thoughtful! Barista is no additional charge! offered room upgrade and late check out. Very good experience!

We travelled 4000 kms to Perth for a surprise birthday dinner, and we were not disappointed with our allocated room ( 905-suite upgrade), with magnificent views of the Swan river. From check-in as an Accor member to check-out, we were really well looked after, and “thank you for your loyalty” was said with sincerity at every interaction. Well done to the staff for demonstrating your skills and training and providing excellent customer service. The staff at breakfast services Sunday to Tuesday were attentive and friendly, (Saturday they seemed to be understaffed) and even found an individual birthday cake and candle for my brother’s 60th. We hope to come back and would stay here again without hesitation.

Staff very professional and helpful. Breakfast buffet was decent. Hotel room very tired. Taps missing hot and cold water stickers (room 908). Toilet didn’t properly seal after flushing so constantly dripped water. Acoustics of the place was bad with the room being quite noisy hearing bathrooms (showers and toilets) of surrounding hotel rooms. Will I stay here again - no How does it compare to other novotels - on par with being run down and old.
