« A mediocre experience at best »

Despite the hotel information book making a claim of sound proof rooms, each night's sleep was disrupted by either snoring, sounds of an alarm and general noise from the rooms next to mine. The staff was pleasant although one would be lucky if they they went out of their way to be of assistance beyond the front desk.

The room is too small. The shower is extremely small. Maximum caution is needed when bathing otherwise you will sustain serious injuries because of steel soap and towel holders in the shower. There is no value for money. It is difficult to justify the hotel charges.

Was originally in a room next to Lift & asked to be moved. Was told it was a smaller room but more of a closet. No minibar, no room service, no assistance with bags, no assistance to get a cab. Very poor.
