Staff were knowledgeable and helpful. I was impressed that I could leave my car there the following day. Rooms were as expected. Disappointed to receive a bill for a room that was already paid for.

Helpfull and freindly staff some confusion over booking with breakfast but not a major issue. Parking rediculously expensive and we didnt have the option of public transport for this trip. Room was small but clean will stay there again.

« Convenient, Comfortable and Accommodating! »

My partner and I had a very good experience during our short stay. The Ibis is very conveniently located near the Sydney Lyric Theatre! Unfortunately, we had forgotten to print out tickets to our show but we just popped down stairs and used the computer kiosk and printer which was so handy! We were very grateful for that service. The bed was very comfortable and the view was amazing! The only fault would be that our shower leaked quite a lot but as we were only staying for one night, it didn’t bother us too much.

« Rooms were comfy but walls were so thin i had interrupted sleep »

The room was comfy and was great for me to continue working. It was near where I needed to be. But, you need a little more variety in the dinner menu. Additionally, the walls are really thin, you can hear people talking in the other rooms. Also you could hear people in the corridors talking and the doors slammed. I was woken up the first night by people screaming in the corridor at 2, then the doors slamming. If you can invest in denser doors or doors that close softer

The room was small, the decor had seen better days- bed was ok but very squeaky,pillows were fluffy but not very comfy, the bedside table was damaged. The light fittings were damaged. The paint was pealing in the bathroom. The place was clean but shabby. The room didn’t match the photos. I wouldn’t want to stay there again

Customer Service - whether is the F & B and Reception counter. Everyone is friendly and polite. If the room can do some better renovation, it would be wonderful. I can break cupboard and shelf in my room. Some bad odor in the toilet.

Lovely and easy. Enjoyed breakfast. Very nice. A few suggestions for improvement 1. Overwhelming scent in the reception area - sure it was supposed to be nice but there was too much of it 2.I was in room 120 (yes, I accept it was a cheap room) and was surprised that there was no beside table or shelf. The lack of horizontal surface made it difficult to have a cup of coffee & nowhere to place book or phone within reach of the bed. 3. Room 120 - water damage/corrosion in bottom right (nearest door jamb) on external shower screen. Looked very unsightly.
