« Comfy Nights sleep »

Great two nights sleep in comfy beds We were close to all attractions. We also pre-paid for the breakfast buffet and it was great .The coffee was also great I would stay at Ibis Darling Harbour again My daughter was working at smash convention in ICC so very close by. Staff are very friendly and very helpful, always with a smile on their faces.

For a budget hotel it was pretty good, letting me check in early around 12:30pm this was very handy. Thank you! Prior to checking in reception was terrible to get a hold of. I tried phoning twice, however did not get through. This was very annoying as my questions were around parking. After my stay I was charged an additional $30.39. I emailed the manager on the initial survey request that went out, however have not heard back from him. Breakfast was good, there was a large variety. Bacon would have been better crispy.

We were not there long enough to thoroughly enjoy the stay as we did a whale watching cruise at 8AM. The proximity to Darling Harbour was excellent. Would like to stay again and enjoy the late check out. Thoroughly enjoyed the bottle of Shiraz wine that I chose at the bar which was included in the room price.

« Room was shabby, in need of updating, and the shower was the second smallest I've ever seen. »

Dissatisfied with greeting at reception desk. My wife and I were directed by one (male) operator (who was doing nothing) to the other end of the desk (where the female operator was on the phone). When I looked back, the first operator was then serving a single woman who had turned up after us. Obviously, he preferred to serve a young, single woman rather than us.

We were surprised when we found out we had sigle beds. I had the one next to the wall so kept waking up hitting the wall. However we enjoyed our stay. We liked how clean everything was.

My stay was to short! My room was extremely comfortable with a great view. The common areas, dining room and bar area were clean and inviting. The staff was competent and accommodating. I loved the fresh cut flowers in the lobby.

Foyer is nice but everything else felt old and outdated. the hallways needed a clean or repaint. and the rooms looked like they needed to be updated from 10 years ago. the locations was perfect though and some amazing views.

Rooms were tidy and clean well laid out and very comfortable. They had everything you needed for a relaxing stay. Location of motel is a huge plus. Very close to many great things in Sydney. Staff were excellent. Extremely helpful and informative. Nothing was too much trouble.
