« It was convenient to the ICC . »

Location was good, the staff very friendly and helpful the hotel was very, very, tired. My room, whilst small, was adequate, a little overpriced when you compare with the Sofitel. The main corridors were dingy, my room had several structural defects which added to the tired, well worn appearance. There was a pipe noise from the left hand corner cupboard ( room 221) , to be honest it sounded like someone intermittently taking a piss upstairs, although even someone with bad prostatism would be pushed to have that sort of frequency. Due to this it was hard to sleep as I am used to living in a very quiet home environment and as it grabbed your attention you waited for it etc.

Hotel was good staff friendly,helpful and room was clean even if a little small good apart from - up selling to a room with a view upon arrival - give me that option when I book - parking was expensive and not convenient - had to self park and couldn't leave car in parking after hotel stay - hard to check in and leave car almost blocking driveway

« Great position, friendly staff but Hobbit sized accommodation »

The staff were efficient and friendly, the position convenient for the Sydney Conference centre but the rooms cramped = 2 combined would be about right. Watch your elbows in the tiny shower and in 2018 every shower should have a mixer tap - in a cramped shower one freezes or burns in making the adjustment. Breakfast was OK but with an efficient warming system and warm plates the hot food would be hot not tepid. Over priced even for Sydney!

« Okay room.. terrible customer service »

From the time we queued up to check in to receiving our room keys was 25 minutes. The staff member was rude, abrasive and unpleasant. The room was nothing special but the view was lovely. Check out was just as slow as check in with an equally disgraceful customer service experience. We will not return.

Difficulties to open the room...every time I tried to open always 2 tries. Bad temperature cool or hot but never good temperature. Furniture in bad state. In general bad stay due to the bad condition of the room

Although our visit was very short, the hotel is ideally located for the Darling Harbour area with lots to see and do. The staff were attentive and very helpful. I would like to especially thank Amali for her assistance in resolving an (external) issue and forwarding on some important documents to our home in Western Australia.

I was a bit disappointed at first because the computer was down and we were unable to check in. But one of your staff gave us a voucher so we could have a cup of coffee and we felt a lot better after that.

I've stayed in better cheap motels. When you pay good money you expect better then what I got. Not even 2 wine glasses, I would have them in a roadside motel. The shower wasn't even what i would consider clean. I stayed there as a treat for me and my partner and we both were very disappointed. $355 may not be much on your scale but it was a lot for me and the most i have ever paid. Wont be happening again.

The pillows in the room are absolutely terrible. They are way to soft. May as well not have one at all. Couldn't park at the hotel and then at state of $59 a night to park your car is highway robbery

The kettle had a fault that we discovered too late. The inside had melted and we’d already used it to make a cup if tea. We were given 2 coffees for the inconvenience of the kettle and the coffees that were made for us were horrible and we weren’t able to drink them.
