Recently refurbished, guest rooms at Mercure Brisbane offer a range of accommodation options to suit all guest requirements, including Superior, Privilege and Deluxe options. During the refurbishment, Mercure and WMK Architecture collaborated to create awarm yet modern space filled with bright colour, which is both inviting and comfortable. The work of local artist Kelly Fielding was also incorporated into the room design, which includes her range of headboards designed to resemble the Brisbane River.

« Good hotel but a bit tired »

The hotel room was very nice but the area outside the room, stairways etc needs refreshing in keeping with the other areas that have been updated. A drinking glass to drink water from in the room is important - don't want to drink from a wine glass. A small pod coffee machine in the room would be welcome in preference to instant coffee making products. Staff were very friendly and the conference room met the need of the workshop.

Very friendly staff, clean and tidy with a nice restaurant. Room comfortable but disliked the step up into the bathroom, the ramp could be a trip hazard. Great location for the CBD and Southside.

We have stayed here before and enjoy the rooms and location. I ordered a bottle of bubbles in my reservation on arrival that didn't eventuate but that would be my only criticism. Everything else was great.

Second time here in 12 months. I don't look elsewhere. The staff are always friendly and helpful, the rooms are super clean and comfortable, the bar, restaurant are great (as is the food) and the pool is lovely. I won't stay anywhere else in Brisbane.

Generally OK. However the room was so badly lit that we could not read our book at nights. The front desk said that this was "ambience". Stronger globes would help with "ambience"?

Experience was pretty good all round friendly staff, helpful, rooms are comfortable for the most part. Only a couple of points of not so good are the plastic chairs with the table in the more bigger rooms. They are so uncomfortable, also the water going outside in the bathroom when using the shower is a issue, but its quite the same in a few other Accor Hotels.

We had a great stay. We were there with our granddaughter for her 10th birthday....arrived in the room to balloons, chocolates, card and number 10 badge from the staff!!! it was a wonderful surprise and we appreciated it so much.
