We only stayed for 3 days but all in all it was very pleasant. The restaurant was good but I'd like to see more variety in food for people with food sensitivities such as gluten and dairy. The rooms were clean but the exhaust fan in our bathroom wasn't working

Utilities (i.e. shower, air-conditioning) were in full working order and in-room dining service was good. That's all I ask for after a long day at the office away from home. I did have issues with the WiFi internet dropping out frequently.

FRIDAY NIGHT ONE TOWELL. SATURDAY COME BACK TO HOTEL TO FIND A EMPTY BEER IN THE ROOM. APPARENTLY I DRANK THE BEER AND ANOTHER AND CHOCOLATES WHICH WERE CHARGED TO THE ROOM. MANAGER NOTIFIED AND WOULD HAVE A ANSWER SUNDAY AFTERNOON.RETURNED SUNDAY NO BATH MATT. WAS THE BATHROOM CLEANED ?. NOTIFIED MANAGER SHE WAS NOT CONCERNED A BATH MAT SHE WAS MORE CONCERNED ABOUT THE BEER THAT WAS LEFT THERE AND THE CHARGES SHE TOOK OFF THE BILL FOR ME.MADE US FEEL LIKE SHE WAS DOING US A FAVOUR.ASKED ABOUT THE BEER IN THE ROOM SHE SAID THE CLEANER HAD TAKEN IT FROM A BIN FROM ANOTHER ROOM AND LEFT IT THERE BY MISTAKE NOT ONLY SATURDAY BUT SUNDAY ALSO.THERE WAS NO FOLLOW UP OF THE BEER MATTER BY THE MANAGER. THE CONCERN FROM THE STAFF DID NOT CARE THE BEER FROM SOMEONES ELSES BIN SAT IN MY ROOM FOR TWO DAYS. ALL WE GOT WAS A FEELING WE DRANK AND LEFT IT THERE.THANK YOU FOR THE CHANCE TO REPLY TO THIS I HAVE CANCELLED MY ACCOR FULL MEBERSHIP. NO ONE ELSE WAS IN MY ROOM STAURDAY FROM 9.30AM UNITL 8.30PM SUNDAY 7.30AM UNTIL 6.00PM SUNDAY SO NO THERE WAS NO ONE ELSE IN THE ROOM OTHER THAN THE CLEANERS.THE MANAGER ASSURED US NO ONE CAN ENTER THE ROOM OTHER THAN THE CLEANERS. SO WAS THE BEER DRUNK AND LEFT THERE OR WAS IT FROM THE BIN. THANK YOU GRAHAM D..

Hotel was conveniently located minutes from Central Station and within walking distance of the river walk. Staff were friendly and helpful and room met my needs. Meeting rooms were bright and was great to have windows.

Room was better quality than some in the hotel I've stayed in previously. Perhaps the only thing I noticed, which has been an issue for some time is that some of the TV channels don't work properly (Nicolodean is one I recall). This was the same the last time I stayed about six months prior.

« Comfortable stay for short weekend in Brisbane »

room was good size, beds comfy, bathroom functional. Keys didn't work a few times, checkin was slow and only one person on the desks and other staff around but not asking guests did they need any help. Breakfast buffet was good except for one thing - the scrambled egg was terrible. Would stay again.
