I stayed here’s for one night. Great location close to the heart of town, very clean and modern, lovely bar for a pre dinner drink. Very reasonably priced, great for work or pleasure would highly recommend

« Pleasant one night transit »

We checked in for one night transit. Travelling from Noosa and connecting to Tangalooma The lobby is welcoming and check in was fast When we arrived the Pantry was closed but we managed to have a sumptuous late lunch at the bar. The staff on duty did an excellent job and made sure we were comfortable The location is also ideal. Due to time constraint we managed to take a walk by the river We also enjoyed dinner at the Pantry Only one disappointment. We requested morning call the next morning but there was none. Thankfully I had set my own alarm We can't be late because we have to catch the 10am ferry to Tangalooma

The check in staff were pleasant. My original request for twin share was not actioned. The team at the front desk did however change the room upon request. A simple oversight. The vent in the toilet was leaking and drilled on the toilet floor, a potential slip hazard. The toilet bowl had not been cleaned and was evident that someone had previously used it. Made me question the cleanliness of the room overall.

I was a little confused. When checking out I was asked to pay for parking, which was earlier spoken about and was told I would not have to worry about, as we wanted to upgrade and we couldn’t. I was also charged an amount the following day, which I was told there would be no extra cost after I checked out.

Close to the city centre. Quite rooms with a comfortable bed. Bit grubby out the front. No Worstishire sauce available in the restaurant, this is a must for Australia.

All good clean hotel, room service was somewhat wanting? Not so much with list but food very basic and limited condiments on what was presented. Kitchen needs to be a little more flexible in providing a chocolate milk after 10 pm? Not a big ask but important for someone that has just had a 20 hr flight

Very nice staff quite a nice room, bathroom is showing signs of aging in need of renovation. The breakfast needs at least one muesli and preferably two or three it only had a small bowl of Bircher muesli. There was only three cereal choices other hotels I stay at have at two and mainly three types of muesli and all bran. When I went to check out there was only 10% discount applied to my meals I had to ask for the 50% as per your hotels Accor plus paid membership promotion and advertising material, this should not have to be asked for.

« Have stayed before and always had a good experience. »

One small piece of feedback. I was in a 'disabled' room. I don't have any issue with that at all. However, there was no shelf or cupboard or anything in the bathroom I could put my toiletries and make up on. That made it quite difficult to get myself organised in the mornings, due to not having anywhere to put anything. Even disabled people need a shelf or a cupboard!
