I was impressed with the size of the room, bed was excellent. the bathroom was a great size but so much potential could have impacted the small bath/shower space ... not sure how my 78yo mother would cope getting in and out of the bath. Room service was an hour wait which was disappointing and although my room was tidy on return each day, the floor was never vacuumed.

Embarrassingly I cant recall the name of your staff but he has been very helpful in introducing this hotel and its nearby premises to us and has saved us lots of effort to search around. He has also help us booking a local tour for the Dreamworld over the phone for 14Feb (booking ref 395919/reservation number 245631). Though I cant remember his name, but i believe that he may be an African. Please help extend my appreciation to his help and effort. Cheers!

The hotel was welcomming and the staff friendly. Found the restaraunt staff excellent , however the meal was not up to the usual standard. The chicken dish we both ordered was undercooked. I understand on the evening we were accommodated was very busy due to a flight delay.

I have stayed at Novotel Brisbane a few times recently and am especially impressed by the helpful, efficient and friendly staff. Of special mention are Courtney at front desk, and Cindy (and the lovely gentleman who used to work at the Pullman) in the restaurant.

« Good service and pleasant stay. »

Hotel was clean and staff was friendly. Only issue was having dinner at Pantry Restaurant on my 2nd night of stay. Was given table in middle of restaurant. Requested a side table for privacy and was declined. Saw other non-booked customers moved to side table on request after me.

Front of house staff here are your best asset. Whilst holding a high level of professionalism they are also very down to earth people. Your Sydney hotels could learn a lot from these guys. Conference meals were the only issue of the stay.

Comfortable hotel with very friendly and helpful staff. Our only criticisms are|: 1. Stupid lighting system in the bedrooms with the light by the door being on all night unless the master switch was switched off. Because of the location of the master switch it meant that the occupant of one of the beds did not have access to it & therefore couldn't get to it without groping around the room in the dark which in turn means that if they want to sit and read in the middle of the night they can't. 2. No drawer/shelf storage for clothes. There was ample space within the rooms to accommodate a chest of drawers. 3. Found the air con downstairs in the foyer/bar/restaurant area was a bit too cold

Our room was spacious and comfortable. Staff were most helpful and friendly. We sent our compliments to the chef for the quality of the evening meals which we enjoyed. The buffet breakfast was quiet and relaxed in the dining room, plenty of good quality fresh food.
