« Clean, comfortable and enjoyable stay. »

I had a great nights stay however I am a quiet cautious of the bath/shower set up having had quiet a serious fall in one at another hotel which landed me in hospital with my jaw split open. They are very slippery and out dated for a modern hotel. For safety I would look into updating it to just a shower.

« The stay was pleasant but dealing with staff after for lost property was not. »

We enjoyed our stay. I did have a complaint regarding having to make 4 phone calls for a lost speaker. I understand I left it but I was told it wasn’t there 3 times and on the 4th it had appeared. When I asked about postage I was just told very expensive and it would be better if I picked it up (2 hours). No one contacted us for lost property (why)?

I have stayed there several times before and it was ok. But in my recent stay in room 408, there was bed bugs in the bed, Bit all my legs :( I also noticed that there were quite few flies flying around the cheese area in breakfast venue.

« Good customer service matched with spacious luxury »

The room i stayed in was lovely. Very clean and spacious despite the double beds. Restaurant and breakfast buffet was absolutely amazing. Slight error in being over charged with the original staff member trying to explain that because the meal i purchased online came to 98 and the total in restaurant came to 102 i deserved the extra charge. Handed me over to manager and he was very patient and happy to refund.

The stay was lovely & we do come relatively often, but parking this time for 3 nights was an extra $105 which we feel is a bit much especially being an Accor club member.

Very pleasant stay, however the condition of the breakfast room was disappointing. A lot of tables had not been cleared, coffee machine was leaking over the bench top and the floor around the fresh fruit was extremely sticky. Food variety was good.

Room is ok. However too bright with gaps between door to corridor, too many lights in the room and gaps in curtains. Despite booking and confirming accor membership, no wifi was provided. Staff friendly and ammenities ok.

Room and facilities were great. Coffee in the bar was fantastic, but breakfast burger was not great. Room service (fish and chips) was not appealing but breakfast at the Two Donkies was amazing.

Room fine, reasonable size. Not sure I understand why there are two bath towels, but only one face cloth, and one hand towel. Bed comfortable, clean, etc. View nondescript.

Lobby was smell good and looks great and was inviting. Hallway to room had a bit of smell of mould Room was simple and basic.
