The pillow smells not good and somewhat dusty, so i asked the employee came and changed the pillow case. But it still smells not good, i think the problem is in the pillow. Either hotel management need to wash the pillow on a regular basis or change it all together.

The staff has responded very well when i decide to sudden check-in cause i was in the nearby area, my room was being prepared for less than 10minutes. The accorplus preferred guest desk is always empty, it would be very nice if preferred member could use that desk like in any other accorhotels.

Drainage in the shower was bad, flooding after shower There was no bath mat in the shower, housekeeping staff said no more available. So for the rest of my stay in the hotel (3 days) the room was not provided with bath mat.

Booked a junior suite room and it was big, with a bath tub and two toilets (separate room). The room was old but clean. The service was good. Except one time in the morning maybe the system was error and someone opened the door to clean up. But closed it directly after they realized that the guests is still inside. Food was good.
