« For a short biz trip it was a great stay »

The thing that bother me its there is no universal plug for power and hotel don't have it for loan too. The breakfast variety could be more hot drink should be improved.

The room and services was fine, but i found the room was too dark, I don't think I can even read a book inside. please upgrade the light, a gloomy dark room is not that comforting to stay. thanks.

All was great, hygiene, and facilities. But when i stayed there, there was only one front liner with many guests checking in. Maybe you need more front liners. But even though busy, she still greets me warmly. The room was great, just that i can hear noises from guests next door. It's better if it's sound proof. Aside from the points above, overall is great.

I have to wait pass check in time for my room to be ready. The room is not properly maintain. (Room Floor & Shower room floor). I ate at the restaurant, have to wait for more than 15 min for my order to arrive, even the mineral water take time to arrive. I order room service, there is a a strand of hair in the rice. Other than that, the staff are nice and friendly. Overall, the hotel are ok

I love that next to my hotel room there is a glass window where I can see the view of Jakarta street and building from above. The newly renovated design (with predominantly wooden) also looks nice
