The room is clean, comfortable, and good for stay. The breakfast is good, but needs a cleaner in breakfast time. the service of the staff is also good but you need to speed up the check in & out process. Especially on the check in process, the staff is kind but for us that already book by advance, it takes quite long to wait the check in process. We've got 2 babies, and it's kinda uncomfortable if we have to wait.

I realise that the hotel does not cater for European guests, I rarely understood the staff and they rarely understood me. I was very frustrated. The hotel is too crowded for facilities - no space at breakfast for instance

The room was clean and quite cozy for business trip, the staffs are friendly. Unfortunately, I ordered gado-gado for dinner, it was bad...the egg's smelly and the sauce was tasteless. I've dial #3 twice and told the restaurant to take out the plate but they didn't do my request.

Can it not be possible for loyal customer like me to be able to sign the bill for restaurant food? When I checked in on 10th April, I have to pay immediately for the one night stay and all other expenses, I will not be able to sign. I have to settle it by credit card or cash.

Since last year, I stay many times at Ibis Slipi as because of location. but after stay many times, most of staff has recognize me and polite most of the time during my stay, i always have 1 or 2 meals at restaurant using discount Accor Plus. But seem the menu was still the same. Understand most of Ibis has standard menu, but for example Tongseng Kambing, I think Ibis Tamarin is the best. Overall for the restaurant menu either order at restaurant or room service, in term of taste and variety, Ibis Tamarin is better. I hope Ibis Slipi will also improve. some of front liner and restaurant staff are nice and helpfull ( such As Aditya )

Everything is goods beside smelly Bed Linen dan Pillow (Bau Matahari) This problem of smelly bed linen & pillow happened several times every time i stayed in IBIS Slipi Hotel I think there is a problem with the dryer after the bed linen are washed Please fix this problem.
