Me and my hubby always choose Ibis Slipi, we feel like our second home. Near to my sister home (only 5 minutes away), and our favorite mall. Even though I seen many new front office (missed similiar face of front office), but they make us feel welcome. Don't forget our favorite concierge Pak Wawan, always happy to meet him again, his warm welcome and helpful make us feel comfort. Thank you!

Don't want to sound negative on the onset. The staff is polite and efficient. Location for me was convenient considering the business meetings I had to attend. Rooms were clean and attended to. What I personally would have liked to see and experience is the food options and the missing authentic taste I would have preferred. I tried most of the western options available, but was not happy with the dishes doled out to me. Have had better taste available in other Accor hotels.

I am happy stay with you, nice room, nice environment, best area for transit traveling if I want to go to city is near by n if I want to go to airport near by highway but the breakfast still not available for early pick up to airport for example my flight on 08.50AM to Doha, Qatar, I should be ready with breakfast on 04.00AM. And when I log in to my account for booking room always fail but when I finish all payment system will be accept it.

« My stay was good and satisfying »

The room is quite good, but I'm someone who like more lights in the room at night and I didn't feel it was that enough for the lighting in my room. Other thing was The refrige, the room boy said that I should contact the operator to operate it while I didn't do that since I think it should be ready for use and DIY. The service is also good but I felt a bit unhappy while I asked the operator to send me help with scissor to open my wrapped baggage, he was just stood looking at me without offering help when I was struggling to open the baggage with that blunt scissor. Otherwise, the breakfast is great.
