Good rooms, clean, nice view. Overall I am satisfied staying at this hotel. The only thing need to improve is about the toiletries. My soap is ran out while I take shower so better check again the tank of the liquid soap (to: housekeeping team). But that is not a big problem for us.

The Heartist Talent of ibis Jakarta Slipi was succeed to make a Golden Moment of my staycation. Welcoming upon check in by Vita & Yudha while my ID card was left at the counter, which securely kept at front desk that I can take whenever I'm passing thru reception. The 15 minute satisfaction guarantee is still in the blood of their service standard. Roy from Housekeeping and Tubagus from restaurant fullfiled my request in additional toothbrush and ice cube. Upon the departure been handle by Anggun who assist me to complete my data profile . All of the front desk colleague is very friendly such as Rina, Selfi, & Amanda. Those people was greet me genuinely. That was the moment of truth of my short staycation which is entirely memorable.
