« Good locastion and good hotel »

I had another satisfying and comfortable 2 nights stay at the Ibis Jakarta Arcadia recently. Couldn't ask for more for the price I paid. The Hotel is well located to many restaurants all well within walking distance. The room I had was comfortable , quiet and I had a very relaxing and peaceful sleep. I would like to say well done to the management and team at Ibis Jakarta Arcadia.

Room a bit old fashion especially bathroom but well maintained, bed was comfortable, very quiet room and staffs are polite from security, reception, room attendant and restaurant greeter. Tried the breakfast, as expected for 90k/pax. However nowadays electrical socket in room was important and i can’t find any. Overal it was a good one. Thank you Accor

« "Home" Away from Home (for Many Years) »

Always felt welcomed by every single one of the staff members over the past years. Having to travel between continents (and cities) several times a year, it always helped to come back to a welcoming "home" away from home. This includes everyone without exception; from the security officer outside the hotel, the reception desk, up to the restaurant staff members. After many years staying at the hotel, everyone also seemed to know my need for double shot espresso, how I'd like egg to be cooked for breakfast, and super cold beer for the evening. The attentive and helpful staff members certainly make the hotel very welcoming and special. After a hot, humid and busy day out in Jakarta, it's always good to go back to this nice and welcoming "home". Thank you.

Hotel room is comfortable. Hotel staff is friendly. No fridge in the room which is inconvenience when we want to have chill drink. Ask for ice from staff and was told only have a glass of ice available.

It was taking more than half an hour for to check out because the housekeeping didn't post my laundry bill, so I have to wait for them to look for the list and posted. I have paid for my stay in advance so that the check out process will go faster. This has cause me my time and makes me very late for my meeting. This is truly a disappointing stay for me, if there are other options, I dont think I will stay here in the near future

« My exciting stay in bis Arcadia »

I was surprised with the warm welcome given by the Ibis Arcadia Hotel. I checked in early (before check-in time), but the receptionist staff helped me to find a ready room and she just asked me to wait for not more than five minutes and-here we go-a ready room key is given to me, so that I could enjoy my room earlier. A few minutes later a hotel staff knocked my door and sent fruit and cakes with a welcome greeting letter from the GM. It was very touchy. Thanks and my appreciation to all staff of the Ibis Arcadia Hotel.

Book 4rooms and only one room with fridge. Air conditioning not cold and noisy. No hand towels provided. Need to request . Cleaners don't replenish toilet roll, even though the roll are low . Breakfast is so so. Room service is very fast.

The location is close to several fun things and plenty of food. The lobby is clean and nice. The staff is helpful. The breakfast was really delicious with a lot of options. The room was less than expected for an Ibis stay. There were hardly any electrical plugs and the restroom looked dated and old.

« Excellent Hotel and Good Location. »

I checked into the hotel on the 13th August and stayed for 3 nights. The room allocated to me was excellent , comfortable , clean and very quiet . I slept very well throughout the duration of my stay. The staff were excellent , well mannered and always smiling. The hotel is situated in a good location with many shops and restaurant nearby well within walking distance. Importantly also it was very easy to catch a taxi for travels to all my appointments in the morning.

This was our second visit at Ibis Arcadia. By far, it was satisfying yet slightly differs than our first visit. We got the same floor, this time we were in 606. The room had a view to the side parking lot (I think..) with twin bed. Here's the difference: in this room there's no hairdryer (too bad), the kettle wasn't as good as the one in another room (603, our previous room). Also, we only got one key card.. Other than that, our staycation at Ibis Arcadia was still amazing, we managed to escape a moment from our hectic daily routine as well. Oh I almost forgot, the securities were also nice, they greet me with smile. Hopefully Ibis Arcadia always gives best services and we will definitely stay in Ibis Arcadia again next time.
