Room was clean and neat. Air con was abit noisy, could be repaired. When we used the toilet, the bad smell will occure in the toilet. Wifi speed was excellent.

The room and service was nice - the room a 7 out of 10, and service an 8 or 9 out of 10. IBIS provide a solid good moderately priced hotel stay so my stay met that bar. The breakfast is better than most in Jakarta, but could use a little upgrading.

Overall is good. Nice room,clean and friendly staff. I came at 1 a.m. cause my flight delayed, very tired and sleepy. Honestly I wanna try the breakfast menu but I'm late to wake up. So I dunno for comment about the food.

« Nice stay at the usual good level of Ibis »

Easy to find (if you are an experienced traveler) from Jakarta Airport with the newly introduced train and a short drive with a taxi. Takes about 90 minutes. The hotel is in the heart of the city with all the landmarks within walking or short drive distance. We asked for another room because of the next door overnight building and it was done right away. Extremely polite and helpful staff, good breakfast!

Front desk was good. Room was OK. Though book for 2 Adults, only given one set of toothbrush, not sure why. Wanted to borrow umbrella. Was given the spoilt one which is without IBIS logo even the IBIS umbrella is available.

The Hotel is very nice, the staff were really friendly and good breakfast ! There are a lot of street foods at night just right around the corner of the hotel to the right. The room was clean but there was a problem with the power outlet because i can only charge one at a time due to lack of power outlet in that room. And also the room is quite small but well organised.

« A serene oasis within a delightfully chaotic urban jungle »

I stayed at ibis Jakarta Arcadia for 3 nights, travelling for business. Everything was completely in order and perfectly comfortable. The front-desk staff are charming, efficient + truly great ambassadors for l'esprit d'Accorhotels. Even the security guard was very helpful to recommend somewhere nearby where I could buy portable headphones which I had lost somewhere in my travel from Bali to Jakarta. 100% sure I will stay here again.
