Staff really helpful from arrival and throughout - great customer service. Gym a little small but other than that can’t fault it at all. Bed very comfortable and room very spacious. Didn’t eat dinner at the restaurant but did check out the bar - the views are amazing.

Was very impressed with my stay, rooms were very nice and comfortable. Being given some free drinks was an unexpected surprise. The staff were so helpful and friendly. When i am back in AUckland i will be actively booking this hotel.

I had a late check in, I told the staff my name and was immediately greeted with "Welcome back" - I appreciate the personal touch. When I got to my room there was a welcome card too. The following day house keeping had left a note for me saying "Hope you had a great day". The room was tidy and looked fresh.

We had a excellant stay. The room was very comfortable and the dinning excellant. The only improvement could be the breakfast. The cooked food was slow to come. We had to wait 30 minutes for a omelette.

Room was pleasant. Good bathroom. Bed was excellent. Breakfast restaurant was horribly cold though - I think you have an issue there with the air conditioning/drafts which you'll need to fix before its even colder!

Just used our complimentary 1 night stay with our accor card. Great service. Loved the service in the restaurant and front desk, exceptional. There was a piece of chewing gum on the wall in our room though so gross - room service need to look high and low for anything. Was just above head height. Love how the restaurant is on the top floor for all to enjoy the view. Love the accor free drink and we enjoy 2 bowls of waffle fries! so good, yum with sour cream and the t sauce was delicious too. In the book it said breakfast was until 10.30am but we got there and it was open until 11am on Sunday - lucky for us - but maybe update your book. Great facilities but didn't use all of them. Night menu is an awesome idea - we got the brownie messy sundae ....SOOO GOOD! Wasn't impressed that the waitress starting clearing the table before my husband had finished eating though that's bad. But other than that - awesome staff and very professional. Reception let us leave our bags there after check out and then come back and use a room to get changed and iron my husbands shirt for a wedding we were off to and gave us access to the bathroom on level 5 which was lovely of you. Great service. Thanks heaps for our stay - we will be back

Excellent service from very friendly Staff. Only problem was air con could not be lowered to cool room. Friends staying in room on the other side of the hotel had same problem. Otherwise room was very comfortable
