« Comfortable, clean and great location »

The hotel is in a great location; very central and close to everything we needed. The room was kept at a great temperature and the beds and pillows were extremely comfortable, which is highly unusual for hotels.

Friendly staff, beautiful clean room, nice and quiet and great location. The only thing I can mention is we waited a while for the valet to bring our car up when we checked out. It was a 20min wait.

We came to Auckland for my ENT/audiology check. We came in the morning, we've spent half of the day in hospitals and clinics, and we went to the hotel to check-in. It was already 4 pm I think. We were exhausted. I had done the online check-in. Which made process go smoothly. The lady at the reception was very helpful, she had a nice French accent. They keys were ready. we had been given an upper level room which is always a plus. I laid down in bed. I was so tired, and I didn't even bother to close the curtains. I'm so glad I did not. Because when the sun set, I realised how amazing our view was. I was able to Skytower with its light from the bed. Little by little Auckland was covered in lights. It was magical moment. The next day, I discovered another nice surprise. In the bathroom, we had two mirrors with 90 degree angles. So you get a ''true mirror'', there is an angle where you get to see yourself the way everybody sees. In a normal mirror, you get mirror image. Right is left. With two mirrors positioned that way, you get to see your true self. Right is right. (True mirrors are used for meditation and by artists.) A very thoughtful touch. And of course the location of the hotel is unrivaled.

cleaning did not happen on first day automatically despite me being out from 8:30 to 4pm. A man's card worked on my door - he made a mistake but still his keycard worked on my door. Where my room also contributed to a lot of noise as I was directly in front of lift.

I booked this via my accor app after been cancelled twice on 2 Booking.com reservations. ( Apartments not with you ) I had no real idea of location or anything just needed accommodation as in Ak for Pink. We arrived in Ak on a late flight but i had already checked in via email - the minute we walked through the door I was blown away - beautiful surroundings - fresh flowers & the friendliest young man welcoming us - Our room was immaculate & bonus view of Sky Tower which my granddaughter thought I'd arranged - haha - although late the bar on level 13 was still open and extremely welcoming which made us relax and start to enjoy our break. The coffee and pastries downstairs was brilliant - Spark arena was a stones throw away & when leaving the Sky bus was at the door. Your staff were amazing - friendly - helpful & talkative - I can honestly say I will not be looking anywhere else when I return to AK - Thank-you so much for a fabulous stay :-)
