As I come every year to this place, I was, this time, completely disappointed.... The beach was completely crowed by Ukrainien at 10.30, and it was not far to be impossible to find a place at the beach. I was really shocked by seeing them walking on the coral reef (I saw this many times every day..).. But this is not the end. I had the same impression as to be in a bad 3 stars camping place: excepted the night with the traditional dances, the animation was so vulgar and with sexuel connotation that I couldn't believe it (for exemple, one night there were at least 20 half naked men on the stage, an other night, some couples were playing at a seduction game on the stage...) Everything is now in ukrainien : the quizz, the karaoke uso... At the beackfast, they take as much as the can : bread, pastry, etc. but when they leave, you can find all the rubbish on the floor or the table and then, every day, the crows are turning around at the restaurant and the beach to find the food...An other problem is the WIFI... You can have 3 connections with the Hilton Fayrouz but not with the Novotel... In 2018 it's inacceptable : in a 5 stars place you should have good connection in all the rooms, at the bar and at the restaurant... I have also to complain about the private loud-speakers...Now, to finish with some good remarks : A special thank's to the people working at the beach, they have always do their best to help to find a seat, thank's also to the security gard near the beach, and also to Roma who has always tried to find a solution at my complains....but if they are no change, I will never come again...

Dear Mr. Fadi, Thank you for taking the time to share your experience with the Novotel Sharm El Sheikh According to your evaluation ratings we could see that not all the services have been provided by a high level. We apologize for not meeting your vacation expectations and for the inconvenience you may have experienced. We passed your comments regarding room cleaning, food and beverage quality to concerned departments in order to take actions and make improvements. Concerning the food: we understand that each food taste is different according to this Executive Chef is asking guest while they are eating in the Restaurant, please do not hesitate to inform about your food preferences while you are in the Resort. As for the Food variety in the main restaurant - there are 7 days rotation menu with special theme nights: International, Seafood, French, Barbeque, Italian and Egyptian cousine twice per week. Regarding the quality of the food we would like to inform you that the hotel is checked on monthly basis by outside local hygiene company which inspect Resorts by international standards: food safety; legionella safety; room check; pool safety check; fire safety issue. Inspection is done according to international standards. According your check-in comments: as a standard check-in time is starting from 14:00, your check-in was made at 13:49 according to our system. We regret to know that you was not feeling comfortable because of hearing the music of the guest speaker they are bringing with them. We wish you had mentioned all the issues to us during your stay so that we could have taken corrective action while you were in house. The facilities and staff are good. Negative issues were; 1.The toilet floor was not cleaned. It strongly smelled of old urine and this made the whole room smell. I complained but the cleaner did not come to clean it as requested. This spoiled our stay. Our departure was at 9pm. Checkout was at 12 noon. We were told there was a holding lounge with air con for our use but this was hosting a conference and we were forced to spent the day in the heat walking the town. We were also told there would be showers. There was a shower for our use but we were provided with no towels. This made our time waiting for our flight highly unpleasant.
