Of a Novotel Standard except for the breakfast, which was sub-pair and the breakfast tables were dirty. Otherwise nice hotel staff very helpful. Good location in Nama Bay. Rooms clean. stayed on the palm side of the road

The facilities and staff are good. Negative issues were; 1.The toilet floor was not cleaned. It strongly smelled of old urine and this made the whole room smell. I complained but the cleaner did not come to clean it as requested. This spoiled our stay. Our departure was at 9pm. Checkout was at 12 noon. We were told there was a holding lounge with air con for our use but this was hosting a conference and we were forced to spent the day in the heat walking the town. We were also told there would be showers. There was a shower for our use but we were provided with no towels. This made our time waiting for our flight highly unpleasant.

The most important thing for me when i choose any hotel, i will look for the service, starting from the first day when i contact the hotel and specially Mr.Roma from Novote Sharm Al Sheikj (beach side), he try to do everything easier for me and i requested some special requests and he try to do it for me and he did.

Your staff is fantastic, so treat them well so they remain at your hotel The gardeners do a splended job. I love flowers, and the garden looks nice every time I come. The food is good. This time I specially will say thank you to the staff who it consern, for the wonderful fish I got at The Coral and my birthdayparty at AlDente . Cleaning was good as well. I have 2 things I will mention. The pillows in the chairs at the Poolbar, should be changed now. And for me and many others that I saw, we wish a pillow at the back of the chairs as well. And the Net, I guess there is nothing you can do about it? WiFi is terrible

« Overall we were satisfied »

The service was excellent and so was the location of the room. But i would like to criticize the following: 1- the coffee that you make is terrible 2-there are a lot of mosquitoes , couldn’t sleep because of them, i do recommend you hang some mosquito killers every 15 meters at least. 3- the food was not that great especially everything related to the chicken. For me these are minor problems although it would make a lot of difference if they got handled. Thank you very much:)

Everything was perfect! Only one notice - after the cleaning in the second day of our staying only one towel was left into the bathroom. There were three persons in our room ;) I liked that your service was invisible - the room was cleaned properly and before lunch time. It would be nice if wine could be offered in another way during the lunch and dinner time. It is a bit inconvenient to ask for a glass of wine only from a servant. General expression of the staying in your hotel was really pleasant. Service, relation to the guests, attention from the servants, their politeness are strong arguments why I would choose your hotel for staying in Egypt for the next time. I will definitely advise your hotel to my friends too :)
