I loved that they realised it was my second time at pullman and put a note and small lavanda present in my room. The rest of the service was just perfect, room very clean, breakfast good. Room service brought my food a little bit cold but the quality was good. Would repeat once again pullman if I have to go back to Bucharest.

Good until I tried to sleep. The service lift in front of my room was so loud and went all night. I could not sleep.

Parking is expensive and not included in the room price. Overall ok, good breakfast, good sleep, good coffe for breakfast. Outside amenteties could be more maintained and cleand on a regular bases. Tha lack of it starts to show.

Great stay, nice hotel, good and sympatic. The meat of steak restaurant was great. Big room, with nice view on Bucharest. Car park just in front of the hotel, easy access to airport, 10 minutes by car.

Dissapointed with invoicing before the end of a stay because of VAT change (31.10 to 1.11.2018). For a difference of ca 5 EUR totally spoilt the image of a customer friendly hotel... Next time another place.
