« A good business hotel in the Exhibition Centre of Bucharest »

People at check-in were nice and competent. They granted mee a room upgrade due to gold card membership. The hotel is nice and clean, even though it would need som touch of modernisation. Nice and comfortable room. Good breakfast. All in all a very good choice for the price I paid.

Everything was OK, the only thing I didn’t understand, why during check in you need to make pre-authorization of amount more than bill itself. I was ready to pay bill in full. After check out the amount was unblocked by hotel, but bank can unblock it in 1-2 weeks, which is not so convince

This is a general response with my expiriences in previous statys in Pullman Bucharest hotel, not for the last stay. The most dissapointing thing is that any comments I put during the online check-in are not being considered by the hotel. Every time during online check-in I ask to give a room with a view to the Herastrau park and usually I get it only when I ask personally during the check-in in the hotel. So I feel no value from the online check-in. Only once I was offered a room upgrade. All the other times I had to ask myself for the upgrade and never got upgraded. I was upgraded to the Junior Suite though there is no such option on the hotel web site. Other thing which happened during one of the previous stayes (not the last one) is that my minibar was not refilled after the room cleanup, and when I called the reception and asked to refill it they promised to send someone to do it but noone came. Otherwise everything is quite OK.

Service is competent and super friendly. Rooms are in good shape. Location of hotel is great (close to northern part of city and airport). Combination of AC and windows that cannot be opened is not perfect. More healthy breakfast would be appreciated.

every thing was very good beside that I get voucher for welcome drink while in my room there was a letter from the manager I can used it for beer and alcohol but in the bar they said only for soft drink. I went to the front desk who sent me to the bar manager they and than she apologize and said get now another drink but I was disappointed that she didn't bring back the voucher what she needs to do in such case.

Dear Team, The room was ok, however during my stay (2 nights) I wasn't able to have a proper sleep as heating was way too loud and switching it off still ventilation was heard very. « for the past 4 years, my stay at Pullman's has always been of good quality »

The staff and the service is always of good quality. I noticed a few new people carrying out services at the bar and for room service. I had a meal at the restaurant and the food was delicious! The rooms are spacious and clean. The reception staff very helpful.

I use a lot the accor hotel and for once I had to go to another Accord hotel in Paris instead of Bucharest and also I have a gold accor card, there was no willing to support me. I shall never come again
