« Good staff, hotel is old and needs reconstruction »

It was a pleasant stay, Pool is very nice, restaurant and bar aswell. Breakfast buffet is perfect. But the rooms are old and needs new furniture, carpet and walls. We stayed at 4th floor and there was reconstruction of roof and a scaffold outside our balcony. One day at the end of stay after a heavy rain, there was water in our room (on the wall and on the floor). We were offered to change room if the rain starts again.

« Enjoyable stay, except for the restaurant »

Our room was nice and the view was great. Location is wonderful. When we dined at the hotel restaurant, however, there was a band playing in the adjacent banquet area (both outdoors) and it was extremely loud and the play was very amateurish. The food was very tasty and well presented, but the music ruined our dinner. Also, we ordered two glasses of wine, but 10 minutes passed and they didn't come, so we reminded the waiter. Another 10 minutes passed, they still didn't come (we almost finished eating), so we reminded the waiter again, and they finally came. As we were afraid of, he put three pairs (six glasses) on our bill! He took out one pair, but refused to take the second pair, off the bill, for some unknown reason (he didn't say anything, just refused). Finally, the manager came and corrected the bill. Not a very fun experience.

« The hotel needs a refresh and the personnel need to be trained »

The hotel is nice but: * so many things needs to be fixed as the power plugs or switchs in the room, several issues in the bathrooms * barman does not know a thing about the proper dosage for a cocktail or even a planteur * some personnel need to be more kind to the customers

A classical Mercure hotel with all what it means: neither bad nor good surprises. The hotel a large swimming pool. View from the rooms on the city and the ocean is nice. The hotel is convenient to reach Saint-Denis airport. Overall, welcoming staff. Easy parking. Service at the restaurant was courteous, but (too) slow. Some room renovation, especially for the bathrooms should be planned.

I have noticed that you not only provide the expected service, you go beyond the expectation with the objective to satisfy your client. The room is clean and very spacious with all the necessary amenities. The food is good and I really appreciate the varieties of your breakfast. The welcome drink allows the client to know the bar service better and it also allows the client to counteract with others easily. The service is good with smiling staff ready to serve the client. I really recommend this hotel for all group ages. Everyone will feel happy and comfortable.

I am a regular business customer of Le Creolia and I am usually very satisfied. The level of service is overall good as well as the food served in the restaurant, both breakfast and dinner. I also like very much the opportunity to use a very good swimming pool. Beds are very comfortable and the rooms usually sound proof. On the improvement areas: I would like to see the food menu in the evening changing from times to times and bathrooms are of a low quality compared to the rest of the room.

Restaurant very good. Shuttle service to town and airport very good. Prestige room good but being on the first floor at the side, no sea view when sat down on balcony hence did not use balcony. Staff overworked so sometimes difficult to be served at bar. All staff very friendly.

Good evening to everyone! Nice view from our room just need some improvements service is very bad,Especially to the young woman at the reception.Thank you to the restaurant service because all the staff because they are very nice, But at the bar also it is a man who does not know how to do his job even a cocktail he can not do it . Sorry but you asked me about my staying at The your hotel I was not satisfied! And Please do not forget also to put a toothbrush.... Thank you and see you soon again.

The staff is excellent, the hotel rooms need upgrading, the breakfast was short of food and we had to request continuously for more foods that ran out, the wifi connection was very poor and kept cutting out. The pool is lovely and the location close to the airport is ideal, the bath plug had to be anchored with a piece of plastic it was difficult filling the bath, the balcony had a burned fat or sewage smell. Luckily we had 2 balconies.
