I stayed at this hotel for several times, but I felt not welcome in my last stay. I stay two nights from 31 Oct to 2 November but they just credited my accor point 1 night, since I registered to accorplus program to get bonus point when stay minimum 2 nights and because the staff credited only 1 night now I can not claim my bonus point and I tried to contact via phone many times there is no answer, then I email to re… , I told them about this case and asked them to revise my point night but no response, I think they don’t really care with the guset. This is my first bad experience on accor chain. While no staff pay attention to the guest problem there is no hospitality. Please improve your hospitality.

Check-in personnel didn't meet our expectation, we asked for non-smoking room and he said there is no more, lately he said that we were lucky there was last room. So, it means useless you have free text area at your reservation website if there is no person reading it and addressing it to the branch. Later, he asked for payment without checking if I have paid or not, it's very rude the way he asked, just like I could not afford the hotel.

First time enter 602 room hotel, my wife and my children surprised. We together said "Wow, this is very nice room with Monas views." I still remember that moments we didn't want out of the room, except bought water and snacks. I think one day, me and family will back to Ibis Kemayoran again. Success for Ibis Kemayoran.

Did not really know if nearby had restaurants within walking distance. The food at the inhouse restaurant was a little below average. Night time, in the room, heard a lot of loud horns from the traffic / train.

Overall an enjoyable stay. Staff all very friendly and helpful. Rooms clean and comfortable. My only feedback was there was not many vegetarian or fresh fruit options at breakfast.

Changed rooms and even then I had to request for an air con tech who discovered the filters were clogged dirty . This was after I complained about a stuffy warm room from day 1. Secondly food at cafe needs improvement and they should allow guests to sign to room.
