overall was good except a few things. i'm a member of accor group but i had waited for about 40-50 minutes at check in, even though it was at 3.30pm. the reason was there are less employees at that time. breakfast was not really good, there was an overcooked red bean and the colour was turned black,, the porridge was tasteless.

I choose to stay in ibis Jakarta Kemayoran because my previous stay here was nice. Budget hotel with nice swimming pool, it is not big or medium but enough to relaxing me and family. Comfy bed and floor with parquette. Got room with view to the Bungur street was good. And staff in reception are helpfull. Happy to stay.

nice to stay at ibis kemayoran, actually this is not first time stay at this hotel and I think the service standard not consistent, sometime at this hotel as gold member accorplus they prepare fruits and welcomedrink voucher but at this time they don’t offering me anything.. the little things can make some guests felt welcome and delightful especially for loyalty members right.. hopefully hotel management will improve their service standard.. thanks

The check in process was okay and i am attended to on timely manner, the room is however quite old especially on the bathroom, the amenity of the bathroom is very old and you can see there is stain on the bathroom amenity. I tried to visit their restaurant but the food is quite bad and at times there is no one serving unless a few calls were made which is kind of disappointing.

I stayed for 3 nights in early May for business. I was given welcome gift (fruit platter), drink voucher and welcome notes from GM due to my membership status in Le Club Accor Hotel. I was surprised by this recognition and they clearly honor loyal guests. Many thanks to all staff for their service. Unfortunately, water in my sink bathroom was rusty due to maintenance in building piping system. Other than that, it was a very comfortable stay.

It was enough comfort (room, restaurant) to last a few days and had a variety of other facilities (spa, pool, store/mart). For a small hotel it provided the necessary comfort and leisure. The rooms are quite tidy and clean. The service at the front desk are respectful, however at times the hotel may seem empty/understaffed. Overall, this hotel is a good place to stay when on a business trip or want to stay for the night.
