Thank you for your nice hospitality during our stay at IBIS kemayoran. Its my first experience to stay at IBIS kemayoran. I would like to recommend this place bcoz it has big pool and clean. The rest if i may give feed back is about all this particular subject: 1. water heater, when i turn on water tap to the hot one it came very hot and i cant reduce the temperature of it. Perhaps something wrong with the tap. 2. we didnt hv so much on menu for vegan? 3. lift was not work properly. I wish u to have more customer in the future. Rgds, Wulan

I did enjoy my one night stay experience in Ibis Jakarta Kemayoran hotel. The hotel atmosphere and the hospitality of hotel staff is fantastic and highly appreciated. The hotel swimming pool is excellent too. The close proximity of thsi hotel location with other strategic places in North Jakarta and Central Jakarta is one of the reason I always choose this hotel for my stay when I travel to Jakarta.

It was quite nice to stay one-night at Ibis Kemayoran. I found that the telephone cannot be used even though it was connected by telephone-wired. For the service was normally good. What to improve is about facilities such as room and corridor which need to make it modern as the restaurant style on the ground floor.

I did enjoy my overnight stay at Ibis Jakarta Kemayoran hotel. The cleanliness of the hotel and the hospitality of hotel staff is highly appreciated. In addition, the swimming pool is exotic and a good place for me to have an exercise during my leisure time. The close proximity of this hotel to many strategic places in Jakarta is one of the reason I always select this hotel to stay during my business trip in Jakarta.

Nice room, outstanding service, friendly staff, but need more cleaning in some of the section (for example, the small sofa near the bathroom). Overall, best place for staycation and nice experience in this hotel.

I stayed at this hotel for several times, but I felt not welcome in my last stay. I stay two nights from 31 Oct to 2 November but they just credited my accor point 1 night, since I registered to accorplus program to get bonus point when stay minimum 2 nights and because the staff credited only 1 night now I can not claim my bonus point and I tried to contact via phone many times there is no answer, then I email to re… , I told them about this case and asked them to revise my point night but no response, I think they don’t really care with the guset. This is my first bad experience on accor chain. While no staff pay attention to the guest problem there is no hospitality. Please improve your hospitality.
