« A room with a view and food aplenty. »

Wonderful! A beautiful room with a lovely view and a comfy bed. The buffet breakfast was superb. conference room was large and we were able to hear the speakers well. Was quite cold in there on Thursday 9th but better on the Friday. A fire alarm went off and rang continuously for over 5 minutes and I felt awful for the speaker whose presentation was irreversibly interrupted and fizzled as a result.

« My lights didn't turn off in my room, I had to be moved I had about 15 phone calls from the desk whilst I was trying to sleep. »

The conference facilities are very good but the rooms are dated and starting to smell. I had to be moved from my room due to an electrical failure and the second room I was put in smelt like it had damp carpet. The food is always amazing at the restaurant and the staff are very friendly.

The rooms are dingy, dirty, gloomy and almost eerie. There’s a stench of old unused buildings across the hotel. I checked out within 30 minutes of checking in.

Very clean, comfortable and good service, did wonder why there was no robes or slipper scuffs in room, and the view was amazing, my daughter and I was there on a saturday and thought it would have been lovely to have a little entertainment out in the courtyard, but we would certainly stay there again and recomended your Motel. I have stayed in a lot of 5 star hotels, but ai believe this is by far the best place I have ever stayed in. Initially had problems finding the place and getting parking, but after calling reception who easily guided us-it went smooth. Felt a hit worried finding the entry door at the parking area, but the moment you get to the hospital areas, everywhere smelt magestic-smells like heaven! Reception was nice and checkin was quick and easy. The rooms wer HUGE and well equipped, a bit rundown but still beautiful. you could tell they used expensive furnishings and furnitures and etc. We had dinner and breakfast at the Baygarden- and it was delicious with plenty of choices. The service was very good. everyone was helpful and nice and smiling at all times. Celebrated anniversary with my partner and they gave us a free cake and desert. :) We never left the hotel and wanted to stay longer. We alao had the chance to go to the bar and had drinks there. The pool and fitness gym was nice. Overall lovely lovely experience! Cant wait to come back again. Just a little tip- would be helpful to have free bottled water for guests in the room.

It was okay. I know the hotel is getting ready for a refurb and the rooms really need it. Cheap fixes would help in the meantime eg. toilet seat needs to be replaced.
