« Its the fanciest hotel I have ever stayed in ever, although I am a country bumpkin. »

it was great! I don't know much about hotels so I was a bit surprised when it was cleaned for me, and there was a vague smell of cigarettes in my room afterwards which I didn't love, but on the whole it was great! People kept calling me Sir. I'm not a sir, I'm barely a Mr!

Air conditioner didn’t work I reported this to the counter staff . Someone came up and had a look and organised to have it fixed all this within half an hour. Great service.

Has been more than 20 years since last visit. Hotel still in good shape. Lot of flight crews stay there so always a good sign. Location is brilliant... right accross road from beach ... with own walkway.

Good location, Good facilities, Room great size but a little old and tired. Bed very comfortable. Airport openning at 6am was a shock, good alarm. Room 920 toilet space is unbelievably tight for anyone at 100kg.

We arrived early to have the buffet lunch in the restaurant only to find no buffet that day as promised by a staff member on the phone when I made the restaurant booking. Our upgraded room was very comfortable with a great view. We were meant to have champagne delivered to our room late Saturday afternoon and it never came which was very disappointing. Room service food was appalling, however the lady who delivered it was polite and friendly. The restaurant staff were so incredibly busy at Mothers Day breakfast but did an amazing job.

From the moment we got there the staff from the reception, and all of the staff in the restaurant were polite and very helpful, both for dinner and breakfast. We could not fault the food, my wife is gluton intolerant, and she was satisfied with the choices she had, and which the staff helped her with. We have stayed here before and we would gladly come again.

« Disgusting »

What ever you do, do not stay at this property. it is disgusting in every sense of the word. rooms are dirty, very over priced and then when you check out they try to steal from you on you bill. This is despite the bill clearly having a minus sign in front of the disputed charge. I will be pursuing these overcharges further. Definitely not in line with the Accor standard you would expect.
