Room was ok. Kids complained about wifi speeds. Service at the morning breakfast was excellent. I was a bit annoyed that the shuttle service to airport was not running.

« A blissful place to spoil myself »

I loved the view of the ocean, especially from the balcony. Having a spa bath was what I wanted to spoil myself. The room was very clean and had all facilities. Room service was punctual and tasty. The restaurant for breakfast was beautifully serviced. Had all that I wanted available, including the ability to make fresh juice. Front desk staff were very helpful. I enjoyed the whole experience of my stay here.

« Though usually faultless, this visit had a few problems mainly re housekeeping and internet access »

After signing up for 5 days of internet access were unable to use it on more than my IPad. Had thought it covered 3 devices. When checking out, reception were good enough to reimburse me for the $66 I’d paid. On the last day of our stay, returning to our room at about 5pm to find it had not been serviced. Some items were not topped up - room service breakfast order, some toiletries in the bathroom. In the bar area David and Steve deserve special mention - friendly, efficient and just what you’d hope for in good bar staff - remembering names, room numbers and preference for drinks. Reception staff were helpful, efficient and friendly. Room service excellent

Room was dusty and had a bad smell. Dirty shower. Toilet was so awkward. The tvs were blurry on every channel and we asked for help as we got in and it never arrived. Also tried to keep our safety deposit on checkout with the excuse that $100 was charged for one person fo breakfast!!!!

« Staff were lovely but we had to deal with too many issues. »

The room was fairly comfortable and roomy. The amenities were fantastic like the pool area and the breakfast room. We enjoyed our buffet breakfast every morning. Every staff member was polite and wanted to help. Some were especially attentive. Some of the fittings in the room seemed dated or worn. The sofa bed was broken and wasn't made up for us like we requested when we arrived. We ended up with roll out beds brought in, but they were a wonderful replacement anyway that made my children very happy. The airconditioning didn't work for most of the time we were there which we put up with for the first night as it was cooler weather. But then it became unbearable. We on the third day of our stay we had workers in our room trying to fix it. We had to pack everything up as we were going to be moved to another room. Then that was changed as the aircon was fixed. Our final night was so much better. All in all we did enjoy our stay but it didn't blow us away as we thought it would. We are accor members and thought it would be a bit more special than it was. The broken airconditioning was the main reason for our discomfort.
