I had been at this hotel before and my stay was according to my expectations. Nice and helpful staff, the hotel is ageing a bit, something that is notorious mainly in the rooms. Good breakfast

Much higher standard than some Ibis hotels, the refurbishments being rolled out are very welcome. Usually stay at the Novahotel in Lascar but will instead use this hotel if the standard is maintained.

Having stayed in many Ibis this one was by far the coolest, cleanest and modern one. Perfect for an overnight stay while on the road. Very friendly staff. Pity the restaurant was closed.

« Nice overnight »

Very nice welcome when we finally got parked up. My only comment on arrival is that it was difficult to find the entrance because of the McDonald's restaurant next door. On arrival we were greeted cordially even with my non existent French . Our room was very clean and tidy if a little small. As an Englishman my only complaint is the lack of tea/coffee making equipment. I like to have a nice Cupar when I need it in my room. Because we had our two little dogs with us we had our meals outside underneath hanging canopies which to be honest was very pleasant. The meal in the evening was ok but I did expect beef in fillet mignon and ended up with pork loin. A little disappointing but otherwise ok. The car car parking was secure behind closed gates which was reassuring as we had a top box on the car with various valuables in. We would stay here again when travelling to the euro tunnel from Spain.

« Awful night »

Receipt was great, the room nice and clean. Unfortunately there was a group of young people sharing my floor (first floor). They occupied several rooms and visited themselves until 11pm (very noisily, speaking loud in the corridor and slamming all the doors). The noise stopped around 11pm ... to start again at 3am (they were just getting back from a trip altogether ...). Despite notification, nothing has been done ... I didn't put a score of "0" to my overall feeling just because breakfast was really great.

« Won't be staying here again! »

The room key didn't work on TWO occasions, causing great inconvenience. Also, the room was tiny and also had no coffee or tea making facilities. Our room was close to the lift and it was very noisy late in the evening, waking me. I will not be staying here again.
