Very clean, friendly and functional hotel. Convenient as so close to autostrada junction - easy to find even without satnav! Added bonus of option for secure underground parking for 5 Euros. Very good restaurant with excellent evening menu - I recommend the chef's special canneloni. Good breakfast choice.

Good for one night sleep...if you choose a double bed! Single beds are so small that a man can hardly sleep!

Room and bed looks completely different to the pictures. Breakfast was terrible. Eggs at 7:15am already finished. Much to expensive for what Ibis is offering here.

Valentina was particularly helpful, as is usual when I stay at Ibis Verona. The staff is kind, and nothing is "over the top" just competent and straightforward. The hotel , and Accor, should be proud of such a staff!

Better breakfast choices

Like most Ibis and Mercure hotels that we have visited, the staff were very helpful and friendly. For some reason breakfast seemed better at this hotel than other Ibis hotels. Location is not that convenient for the train station or city centre.

Breckfast could be better, it was very poor with no vegetables. So if you are vegeterian there is almost nothing to eat. Breckfast was not cheap for this stay, and it was a little disapointing.

A terrible experience

Very bad stay. I actually ask reimbursement for this stay. Old furniture, wall that are not isolated (i can follow discussions of the 2 neighbor rooms, unacceptable status of bathroom sink (black of dirty, I have pictures, looks like a bad camper sink), bad quality of bed, bad smell in the room, terrible neon color lights (looks like to be in a morgue). Moreover, I asked for child bed, he has 2 years old. I have been provided with a cart for dirty sheets ( i have pictures of it).

I decided to give this hotel another chance and off was the right choice. I made a mistake in making my reservation (booked the next day instead of my actual arrival date), but the lady at the reception (who happened to the same person who stubbornly refused to credit my points during my first stay) was very nice, friendly and helpful I offered to make the booking via APP, she told me she we going to amend. The room was like the first one, but both lifts were working this time! I had dinner there, a mice burger with fruit salad. Slept well, reasonable breakfast, not too rich but enough for taste. All in all, I changed my mind andcwouldcreturn. The problem us the location and the shortage of public transportation, but I guess the hotel works mainly with companies in the nearby.

Ideally located - providing you are traveling by car. A bit of a kind of scruffy neighborhood. Really friendly staff. If you want go for a run: to the Arena and return is about 10 km level run. You can run most of the distance on kind of less trafficked roads. The main road does not have sidewalks all the way.

The usual Ibis experience - good in most respects. However I hadn't realised (checked) the location which is some way from the city centre. 0ne hours walk or a 15euro taxi ride. The location is in the centre of a business park/industrial estate. However the hotel delivered on all aspects.

Large and luminous rooms with comfortable bed. Lack of coffee/tea amenities and frigobar. Small, simple bathroom, limited toiletries offered. White, clean, soft towels. We chose small breakfast which included a croissant +coffee +juice. But for the same price, you get better food quality in a bar along the street. Recommended for business trip, but not much for holidays. Cheap prices, free car parking, no Gym, no pool. Big shopping center, cafe and restaurants 5minutes by car. Freeway exit 2 minutes away. Verona center 15 min by car.

Hotel position is very good. Hotel reception is very good and clean. Staff is good. Room is good but bathroom hygiene is bad. Water drain in washbasin didn't work and other bathroom was not clean as expected. It was very old and I think it is not possible to clean but it should be clean. I use always IBIS hotel in Europe if possible and my general experience is that they are clean but this time I have a new experience - it is not always.

Comfortable room. Good shower. Nice restaurant which was reasonably priced. Out of central Verona, but easy for the motorways. Only one coffe machine in the morning was not enough.
