I chose this because it was a really good price and was near a bus route into Verona. Nice room apart from a lack of charging points (only 2). The bus was a 15 min walk away and the area quite industrial. We got soaked coming back from the bus one day and I asked if they had any drying facilities and the answer was no. It would have been better if she had said "No I'm sorry" but it was just "no". 2 hours with a hairdryer later ....apart from that fine.

The staff were extremely nice and helpful. The hall and restaurant working good. Rooms were clean ( I stayed twice, second time the room was a little older than the first but still ok). Very convenient location when traveling by car. Good value for money, one of the best Ibis hotel I stayed at

I find quite distasteful to pay in advance. I must say this seems to be the policy applied by Accor throughout Europe. The property is ok. Breakfast requires improvement, the current choice is just decent.

Ibis Verona is old and under my expection for Ibis standard. I booked two rooms, my niece who stayed in another room could not sleep well because the room was not clean and dusty. The wash basin in the restroom has a lot of scratch which shown how old it is (I think it’s fiber). Hotel is far from center but close to highway, not convenient if you don’t have car.

Could have been better. Had to wait for 10 mins to get the room keys. Breakfast was closed at 9:30 on contrary to 10 am as told during check in.

Do not stay in this awful hotel. Firstly its in the middle of a public car park with factories all around it.I checked in was told there was no resturant management had decided to close all food down from 22.12 until 7.01,the hotel is in the middle of any industrial area no other places around. I was offered frozen food that would be cooked it a microwave. Breakfast not good. Room poor. Do not stay here

Dear Mr. Rodney, thanks for letting us know about your stay, I'm sorry that the closure of our restaurant has caused you so much dissatisfaction. The end of the year is for us a very low period and we take advantage of the low season to make some maintenance works. Our bar is open H/24 and some cold/hot dishes at your choice are served. I wish I could have had from you more information about the buffet Breakfast, "not good" it's too simplistic and it doesn't help me to understand.
