Could have been better. Had to wait for 10 mins to get the room keys. Breakfast was closed at 9:30 on contrary to 10 am as told during check in.

I'm sorry for the wrong information given about the Breakfast time, although you still managed to eat breakfast. « Frozen food only avalible in an Italy hotel »

Do not stay in this awful hotel. Firstly its in the middle of a public car park with factories all around it.I checked in was told there was no resturant management had decided to close all food down from 22.12 until 7.01,the hotel is in the middle of any industrial area no other places around. I was offered frozen food that would be cooked it a microwave. Breakfast not good. Room poor. Do not stay here

Dear Mr. Rodney, thanks for letting us know about your stay, I'm sorry that the closure of our restaurant has caused you so much dissatisfaction. The end of the year is for us a very low period and we take advantage of the low season to make some maintenance works. Our bar is open H/24 and some cold/hot dishes at your choice are served. I wish I could have had from you more information about the buffet Breakfast, "not good" it's too simplistic and it doesn't help me to understand. « Excellent value in Verona »

This hotel is not in the center of town but it is very convenient to the A4 highway (just off Verona Sus exit) and from there to the A22, etc. It is also just 15 minutes from the center of town and it has free outdoor parking (indoor parking is E 4/day). I find it very convenient to stay in this hotel and drive into town (paid parking is available in many locations around Verona).

We have arrived on Sunday evening and it took us a while before we have understood that only during the week days some of the bus lines can be used. During the holidays only two buses stop closer - 92 and 98. Anyway the hotel is not with that bad location. Staff was very polite and helpful. Room was clean and small - typical for Ibis. One thing that could be done is to have more programs in English language because I think we could watch only one. A lot of foreign tourists are passing - we saw two buses on the parking and i really doubt that any of them speak Italian.

« Perfect reasonably priced business hotel »

This hotel is a no frills but very well managed hotel near Italy's A4 highway and very close to Verona's downtown. It has parking, wifi, fine breakfast and very attentive staff. Overall, a very convenient place to stay if you have a car and don't want to spend a lot of money for a luxury hotel in Verona.

Everywhere clean and in a good location just off the motorway. Hotel in need of a refurb. It has the old style 'poppy' carpets in the corridor! Had a frustrating experience in the restaurant. The staff seemed more concerned in fiddling around on the computer than serving customers

« Excellent staff but access to public transport from hotel is bad...there needs to be a shuttle bus! »

Very helpful staff. However I was asked to pay extra as I had inadvertently not selected 2 people for the room. This is irritating ..and expensive..as it is very easy to miss this when booking.Ibis used to charge for the room not per person..why has this changed? It also needs to be MUCH clearer on the website as I feel I have been tricked into paying extra by the design of the website. The Ibis Verona has been built next to a motorway exit (!) and no provision has been made to make life easier for those relying on public transport. The bus is not easy to find and is not easy to access either...it also stops early in the evening..last 61 bus is at 1956. I suggest some sort of shuttle arrangement for guests using public transport..this could also encourage new customers. So, thanks very much to the staff at the hotel...but not to your website designer So!

Rates in Ibis are different all over the world and there might also be always a difference for the second person that you have to select when you look for a room, I understand the mistake it can happened, the difference it was only € 7.50 per day Bed&Breakfast as you had a special rate. Normally the cost for Breakfast is € 8.50 person. We asked many times to the bus company to have a bus stop in front of the hotel but up to now no one gave us an answer. Our 2 night stay was fine. Comfortable room, decent bathroom all A’s you would have expect. Lack of fridge in room is a downside. It’s a big place and is prob due for a renovation-been painted recently but needs proper freshen up. Dinner in the restaurant was a bit hit & miss tho breakfast had a good selection
