Arrived at the hotel early in the morning but was able to check in right away. Room cleaned everyday, I did not miss of anything (bathroom things, coffee/tea, minibar). Staff was really helpful and reactive and able to provide great restaurant recommendations. Nothing negative, big thanks to the Novotel staff!

The rooms was perfect, but the commiunication with the staff was impersonal, for example one day we want to eat and they said, we are full went to the next hotell but we are customers to your hotell, they could to say that we must wait and when we asked the bus for the aiport one hour before to be sure they said it depends for the people, so whish was the reason to ask? We wait one and half hour to clean our table to the bar and to take order. The menu to the restorant was very poor.

this hotel really requires reconstruction, its out of trends, not fresh, dark and cold. comparing to my previous experience in Novotel wienna hauptbahnhof is 100 to 1.

The hotel lacked soul. The staff were polite but not friendly. They bar and food staff area were short staffed. The food tasted nice but all you got was a plate with just meat no vegetables or salad. The wall in our room was all dirty like some horrible leak that had not been fixed. The breakfast was excellent.

Everything was good, except the breakfast. We had to wait in a long queue and the breakfast itself was nothing short of chaotic and stressful. There was only one toaster for the whole hotel! However, on the plus side, the following morning, the staff had done something to improve the situation and it was better.

« Not good not bad....another soso hotel by Accor »

I stayed for three days. The good things : fast wifi and free airport shuttle. Nothing special. The elevators so small, you have to turn around your suitcases. I got a suit. Upgrade ,huge but very old and ugly ikea furniture. I liked the metro station feria de madrid just 200 m away. Nothing spectacular al about this hotel. 3 stars maybe, four ? Good joke

5 minutes walk from Madrid fair entrance. 5 minutes walk to underground station . In 29 minutes you arrive downtown. Quiet area, good service, confortable rooms, good breakfast and very professional staff
