I was helped a lot when I came to Madrid 23th may and my original hotel reservation was cancelled by the hotel due to late arrival and my reservation having made with Visa electron card. From Airport Terminal Pullman hotel reseception I was helped to get the list of hotels and phone numbers and Novotel was reasonable and helpfull when I told my situation about 21:00 from the airport. You saved my staying in Madrid and then joined the Accord Hotel club for future needs as well. Receptionist helped me gently.

From the moment I was introduced to Senor 'CHEMA' -NOVOTEL Front Desk Manager by Senor Enrique COLOMA PULLMAN Front Desk Manager, my stay at the NOVOTEL was memorable. Senor 'CHEMA' was exceedingly helpful, Senor 'PATINO' made excellent cocktails [Nota: The PULLMAN could probably double/triple its bar sales if Senor 'PATINO' was transfered to the PULLMAN-I have experienced both the NOVOTEL and PULLMAN Bars], Senora Maria makes an excellent breakfast 'manager', Senora ENZA - Reception has a special welcoming smile and attitude, and, made special efforts to please and assist me during my stay, Senor 'SAYED'-late night Reception made an excellent impression when he receptionned the AEROFLOT crew-efficient and rapid; my sole and favorite airline for my flights to MOSCOW, plus when speaking to me about the NOVOTEL. I should add that at neither time during my stay at the NOVOTEL could I use any of the other NOVOTEL facilities, including the restaurant, since I was in SPAIN and PORTUGAL for a twenty thousand kilometres plus (20.000 km+) RENFE and CP train journeys which meant I left the NOVOTEL [and PULLMAN] at 07.00 am each day before returning at midnight during my train trips from/to MADRID.

« Quick overnight stay, no time to really enjoy hotel. »

The one drawback was the curtain or shade on window did not come all the way down so had the outside lights shining in room. Also the smoke alarm kept blinking constantly, seemed like a beacon in the room.

It's a comfortable hotel near the business centre of Campo de Las Naciones, conveniently located at a 10 minute drive from the airport. The hotel has a bar, restaurant and all the facilities a business traveller may need such as wifi. The breakfast is rich and varied.

My booking request asked for a quiet room on a high floor. I got a room on floor 1, next to where they were renovating a room so I had drilling, grinding and hammering constantly until 7pm. The shower LOOKED good but the water pressure was so poor it took ages to shower. The rain outside was harder!

« A different experience but still very good. »

We usually stay at the Pullman when arriving in Madrid after a longhaul flight, but it was full so we booked at Novotel. We were tired so having a room ready early was most welcome, although it was noisy due to work outside. Reception were most helpful and changed our room and although not as nice as the first room, it was quiet so we were able to sleep. Everyone was helpful and breakfast buffet good, so our stay was much better than anticipated. Thankyou.
