The price is reasonable. The room is very clean and the size is up to standard. There is only a bathtub in the bathroom but no shower tub. There is not enough hooks in the bathroom for hanging clothes as well. Improvement is needed in the lobby concierge, the attendants there calculated the amount of payment wrongly twice during my stay. The first time was during checking in and another time was during checkout. It is unacceptable. There was no bell ball to carry my luggage and open the hotel gate. It is weird in a 5-star hotel. There are numerous bistros and bars in the hotels but it is also weird that the bar closes during saturdays and sundays. I can hardly have a drink at night during my stay.

Had a 27 night buisness trip with my company, check-in was easy, service was amazing, nice and clean rooms. Only sometimes communication with taxi drivers was troublesome. And the rooms are somewhat low in ceiling, which was a bit of a problem in the bathroom for me.

This is my 2nd time staying at Novotel Ambassador. My company has a corporate contract wih this hotel. Very nice clean rooms with all modern amenities. Good breakfast spread. Excellent wifi and amazing staff. Overall a very great experience. This will be my preferred hotel of choice whenever I visit Seoul whether for personal or business purpose.

Breakfast is amazing, rooms are comfortable, bar is well equipped as the gym and the swimming pool. Details can be improved, especially in room cleaning (missed shampoo and some other stuff a couple of times), but service desk fixed up quickly everything
