Very pleasant hotel.... breakfast was a bit busy but I expect that was because of the summer holiday season. Once I realised the rush I got in early in the morning to avoid the scrum.

Located in a residential area in the city south. It takes 5-10min to a few main shopping or business streets/districts by taxi from the hotel without any traffic. Closed a metro station line 9(walking around 10min from the hotel) Room is compact, clean, quiet. Walk in shower is smart. Disturbingly soft mattress and pillows which had got me a severe back pain that actually badly affected my work during the stay.

The Staff are very nice and accommodating. I love the variety and choices of food. I enjoyed sweet pumpkin soup, and the Korean beef.. I also loved your Bingsu and the green tea ice cream! I really enjoyed my stay. I hope to come back again at Novotel.

I have stayed at this hotel for the 2nd time. Staff is polite and courteous. Breakfast is good but I didn't like the way dishes were kept empty 30 mins prior to closing time. I felt like you were discouraging people by showing limited availability as its closing time. Food at the cafe and Korean restaurant is good. Location of the hotel is great!

I called to inquire about the summer promotion for my company and I was told that only local Koreans can apply. I called back again to book the contracted rate but tried my luck to ask about the summer promotion since it is a new person - it was a success. Why is there a difference in service and knowledge? At the front desk, the tone and enthusiasm of the front desk was just unlike of a 5star hotel like Novotel. I reached about 9-10pm

« First time at the Novotel since I usually stay at the Ibis whenever I am in Seoul but it was a lovely experience! »

We love every movement at Novotel Gangnam. We travel to Seoul this time for our pre-wedding photoshoot. The hotel closes to the studio, as well as my friends house, so We dont have to travel too much to catch up. Room was nice and clean. I love the service as well, staffs were nice and friendly!! Will come back soon for our next trip to Seoul

. I appreciated the in kind room upgrade. . I liked the friendly service of the conserge members But there were some defects .. . Toilet kept doing noise . Bed sheets were not clean (had a blood stain on it)
