« Decent hotel near Lyon Part Dieu rail station »

It is very convenient to reach the hotel by walk from Part Dieu Gare. Good park in the vicinity. Breakfast is superb with a variety of dishes. Air conditioning is pretty good which is important for summer stays in Lyon. Hospitable reception lady Claire was very kind to help us with relocation, iron etc. I recommend this hotel for visiting Lyon.

Not bad. Comfortable rooms. Close to Lyon Part Dieu train station which is important. Air conditioner in one room worked not adequately but it was fixed very fast by a technician.

I have since recently a food intolerance (cow milk) and transmitted the information when booking the hotel on accor website. when I arrived at the hotel on Sunday, they were not aware of that. I am really surprised that for an hotel of this category, there was no soy milk, scrambled eggs are in fact prepackaged and there is not possibility of preparing some without milk and butter, the only cheese available is cow cheese and all yogurt are with lactose....

« Summary= overall nice and comfortable hotel with kind service. »

Reception service was kind and pertinent. Breakfast was rich and good, but what I missed were fresh vegetables for example tomatoes, salad, cucumber. One thing what I wondered were the room service, though we had left "no interrupt" sign on the door knob, still someone had been in the room and cleaned it up plus changed all the towels etc. I think, it would be much more ecological not to change everything everyday at least if customer has put "no sign" on the door. Yes, when booking the room, noticed the fitted carpet, but if anytime any renewal at the hotel, I suggest to change the floor to laminate, wood or something else that it is now :). I'm quite critical when rating something, because everyone/everything can always be improved. In the end, as on the title, I rated overall visit as good and i could gladly suggest your hotel to my friends.

First morning, I did not receive my breakfast in my room. the paper was not collected from my door the night before. the 2nd morning, it came 15 minutes late. the 3rd day, the paper to order breakfast in the room had not been replaced in my room. Had to go to the front desk to request one. Same thing the next day. and I had no room service menu in my room.

The hotel needs an update and the aisle and sometimes rooms smell like people just had smoked a lot on them. Noisy exterior rooms, didn’t allow to rest over night. We where charge for a bar consumption we never did, you should check before guest arrive to make sure who is the responsible .Totally unsatisfactory, this is not the quality the brand used to offer.

I have stayed at your hotel a few times and it has always been ok. This time, however, there are two points: the first is that a shower cap would be welcome. The second is that at about 11 pm on December 2 I requested a wake-up call for 7 am the next morning. It didn't happen and as a result I had a rushed and stressful time getting ready for the day.

A very pleasant place to stay and very convenient for trams, metros and trolleybuses. We made full use of the excellent public transport network to get around the lovely city that is Lyon !1

Central location, tram stops exactly at the hotel, with indoor parking and close to restaurants, park and grocery, etc. It was decent enough for a one night stay but if longer it wouldn't recommend because its outdated. The hotel outside and inside needs to be renovated within the next few years. Several amenities werent working.

« Short but good stay »

The hotel is close to all required transportation (Metro, bus, tramway and railways station). The room was quiet and clean. The breakfast is good (quantity and quality). The eggs can be improved !
