Noticed during first Shower immediately after check-in that shower didn't have proper water drainage so water just accumulated. Had to remind staff 3 times and more than a day later this was not fixed. Then finally lady at front desk went and fixed it herself.

Otherwise satisfactory but you need to improve your breakfast serving. Only one coffee machine is not enough, no vegetables available, too often empty serving plates, slow.

« Can’t beat the location »

One night stay, late arrival, so didn’t really spend a lot of time at the hotel. Did order dinner late, and got the service I needed even though not all staff were fluent in english. (But you should really consider adding more salt shakers and make sure they are filled. ;-) ) Breakfast was OK, but I missed boiled eggs (the scrambled eggs was a no-go since there was gluten in, and the ’fry your own egg’-option didn’t really work, even though I want to like the idea. The entrance was really hard to find late at night, since no lighted sign etc. and since the outer door was locked for security.

Hi, i would like to appreciate the hotel staff in helping out in every way possible, for a person like me , who had lot to figure out places, in a new country, i am from india . the rooms were comfortable and breakfeast/meals were good. Except for one thing.. everyday the coffee machine did not work for the week i was there ..

Room and front desk were good. We sat down in the lounge area and waited 25 minutes for someone to come to us to ask us if we wanted something to drink. When I ate at the restaurant, it took 10 minutes to get a menu, another 10 for someone to come take my order and another 10 minutes for me to get a glass of wine.

As usual the room are spacious and comfortable, including a wide desk. Executive rooms are even better. The food is classic but nice. And the location, in front of the train station is very convenient. The staff is helpful and kind.

Room was spacious, staff was extremely courtious and helpful. The breakfast was fantastique, and the Croissants are the best we have eaten in Europe [France, Germany, Austria and Italy].

« Satisfied except for the checkout process »

The stay was satisfactory. But I was surprised by the response on request for a copy of the invoice at checkout time. I was only expecting a copy of the invoice not the final settlement, but it took lot of talking to get just a copy which was not good experience especially when I was in a hurry to catch my train. It would be nice if the checkout process is smoother, from my side I tried my best to be effecient by requesting a fast checkout the night before, but it did not turn out to be useful.

Room, hotel was good, however breakfast was poor. No one to greet guests in restaurant, Tables not cleaned after use, leaving no clear place to sit in the whole area, with no clean cutlery available, both days of my stay. Pity because otherwise the stay was good

I have made a mistake and booked the hotel for a wrong date. I found out about the mistake once I arrived at the reception. I tried to cancel the reservation to get at least a partial refund even if it was a non refundable rate (anyway I was there one month earlier than my reservation!), the reception told me they would have asked their manager and let me know by email. I have never received an answer from them, they have totally ignored my request. My reservation is still there (2 rooms for the night between 25 and 26 October).

This was the second time I stayed at this Novotel and the location is extremely convenient since it is about a minute walk to our local office and there are plenty of restaurants within walking distance. The front desk staff are very nice and helpful and the staff at the bar are as well but they seem very busy constantly stepping out to serve the restaurant and the folks in the bar area. It is a smallish hotel but clean and convenient.

Overall good hotel, friendly staff at reception. Room and hallway could do with some renovation. Good, comfortable bed. Parking expensive with 14€. Some issues with the coffee machine at the breakfast buffet.
