I am an Accor platinum member and have stayed in many 4 stars hotel around the world. I do not feel this hotel sufficient facilities to warrant a 4 star rating. There is no restaurant, no gym, no bar, no swimming pool no sitting area for the guests. On top of all this the hotel was completely surrounded by scaffolding to the extend where we had difficulty finding the entrance to the hotel. Our bebroom window was obliterated by scaffolding. ;woks started around 8.30am. We were not made aware of this prior to booking. Facilities in the room was poor. Paper cups for drinking. No cups or glasses were available.Toiletries limited. The reception staff were very good and tried there very best under difficult circumstances. This is more like a 1 to 2 star hotel.

Everything was good with the exception of breakfast. Should have more staff supporting as were several tables not cleaned and customers waiting for a free table. As the size can't be changed, staff numbers should be adjusted.

The hotel's location is excellent. The staff were professional, friendly and attentive. Our stay was comfortable. We booked an advance-room only (no food) tariff but were charged for 16 breakfasts in error (for 4 people, 2 nights). This small invoicing issue was rectified after some time and a number of emails exchanged between central Accor client services and the hotel itself.

Room was ok,though Toiletries need to be requested not provided inside the Guestroom. Common Space too small which is why Hotel guest line up to Reception due to limited seats while waiting for their turn. However the Receptionist are helpful and accomodating.

We were quite disappointed with the hotel. It is hardly an Ibis with a Mercure brand and a high price for the quality delivered. All facilities quite tight, insufficient number of employees, therefore service level is low in spite of the efforts of some employeees. Breakfast poor and many times with items missing (including simple things as butter!). No restaurant, no bar. Reception area very tiny.

I did not enjoy my stay at this hotel at all. The only bright spot was the very nice staff. Starting with the exterior, surrounded by construction that made walking around the hotel difficult, the experience was not good. Elevator is tiny, hallways were dark and dingy, and my actual room #205 was so small and dark, and appeared not to be quite clean. It was so small that the bed took up almost the entire room. I felt claustrophobic and hated going back there at night.

« From bad to worth »

During the check in I noticed the elevator was once again not working Then works outside the hotel from 7 AM onwards but no mention while booking the website or no one told me at the checking (facade was having works) check out was wrong again as breakfast was added but never took any still waiting for my invoice (more than 72 hours) I am a gold member

Usually is fine but your receptioniste forgot to mention there s some work in the building next door and I have a privilege room 514 next to. The terrasse was cover with a sheet so we couldn t use it and at 830 am builders start their job with hammers. Not a good experience when you are in a privilege room. The receptioniste should have told us there s some work going on next door. When you coming in a hotel you are thinking everything is taking off your hands.

The room was fine but the hotel lacked certain facilities like an iron and ironing board to be used in the room. There is one room available but it is not practical to iron a weeks worth or shirts in such a small room with no aircon. Such things should be available for use in the room like every other hotel. Also, I went to order room service once night only to be told "It shuts at 10PM" even though the menu quite clearly says midnight. Apparently this was the third party companies fault. The hotel was under renovation at the front and there was no pre-warning to the guests of this. The hotel is fine for holiday trips but is not suitable for business travel due to what I mentioned above.
