« Much better than last time »

This trip was much better than my trip in February, however, my request for a specific type of room was ignored by whomever did the mobile check in process. I got a room that was broken up into 2 small rooms and is very claustrophobic. I think it was room 701. I do not like this type of room at all. I was able to change the next day which is very inconvenient and takes up my time. Otherwise the check in people were very nice and helpful. The restaurant service is not so great. There is one girl that was very nice. I think her name was Manderwoo... i am not sure of the spelling but that is how it sounded. The men on service were not very nice, they were very slow and rude. The menu is very limiting and the restaurant should be open on weekends when people for business meetings begin to arrive. The breakfast is not so good. The eggs have not taste and are runny and undercooked. The bacon and sausage is very greasy. The hotel lobby was constantly full of unsupervised screaming children.

« Was not the service I expected from Novotel »

Media connection didnt work, I didnt get feedback until I asked for it. Reception agreed to send someone to fix it but no one came and didnt call back to inform the situation after 3 hours that I asked again at reception they told me it is not possible to fix it, no further info or clear answer.

The rooms were way too hot. We are unable to control the temperature ourselves in the rooms. The front desk said they had put it down to the coldest they could. It woke me up every night. Then I opened the windows but the traffic noise kept me awake. I barely slept. I would never go back unless I absolutely had to.

I have stayed a number of times in this hotel. The charge gets bumped up during the week as there are a number of companies in the area. That’s kind of understandable due to market forces but service dropping is not.. few things this time.. no recognition of my Accor membership and also the temperature of the room seemed to not be controllable which disrupted my sleep

I was offered an express checkout which I took as I had an early start. When checking my emailed invoice later in the day I saw that I had automatically been charged to breakfast which I didn’t have. I wrote to complain immediately and 3 days later still awaiting a response

Very friendly welcome from Aline on front desk who even remembered my name when I checked out. Good fitness room. Room fine but nothing special and actually a little cold. Breakfast good. Evening food offer not very exciting.
