The room was comfortable and afforded the amenities I expect. However, the lady at the front desk was very unfriendly and attempted to engage me in an argument. Is it appropriate for an employee to complain to me about her long day?

Great hotel, easy to find from the main train station, only about a 5 min walk.Reception staff were very friendly and helpful. Check in was quick.The rooms are not big, but as a single traveller it was more than adequate. The room was very clean and quiet given I was facing the main road. I would definitely recommend and stay here again.

The hotel is very nice, clean and so centered, easy to reach the public transportation and also a car parking is available. The rooms are also enough equipped. The only problem is that there is a ventilation hood that works from 9 Am till 7 Pm in the room, it’s so loud and noisy, it wasn’t comfortable to rest in the room unless after it stops at night.

« Very good...clean...and near to centrum. »

Very good. The room was clean and the bed very good. Nice to stay close to Hauptbahnhof and easy to use U-bahn. The staff at the hotel was very nice and friendly. The only thing that was missing in the room was a small cooler to be able to cool your drinks.

The location is perfect. However, the room is really cold. There is no heater. The reception told me that it took 24 hours to turn on the heater. It did not work finally. I stayed there for 3 days. It was really really cold. If this could be solved immediately. it would be better.

Usual high Ibis standards, very close to the Hauptbahnhof transport hub and the Altstadt. Surprisingly quiet location on a busy road but we were at the rear. Breakfast was excellent. Staff were all pleasant and cheerful.
