Very nice hotel, just a few steps away from the old town of Nürnberg. Ideal for a short visit We payed a correct price for a city hotel. Only our bathroom was rather small. They serve an excellent breakfast.

Good service, fast check in and check out, rooms cleans , nice service. the location is perfect close to train station and 5 min walk to city center. around the hotel there are a lot of bars, restaurants and cafes.

Good hotel for one or 2 night

This is a good hotel for one or two nights. It was very hot and the aircondition in the rooms works very well. The room was nice and cold, clean and love the shower. The bed matras is very thin and a bit hard. I am not used with this from ibis. Besides that the rooms are also spaciuos and practical. There is a chair with desk. enought space for work. I hope they renovate the rooms asap as many ibis has new interior this one is still missing. Good parking garage and not expensive, close to the wall and 2 min from the central station. I did not take the breakfast as i never like the breakfast from ibis and ibis styles. it's not my first time in this hotel, but i will be back. As price and location is very good . Thanks again Ibis and till next time

The room was very much as expected and was clean and very well looked after. The reception staff were very pleasant and helpful to us. All of our queries were dealt with immediately and in a courteous manner. The hotel is well situated for access to the city centre. YES I WOULD STAY THERE AGAIN.

Excellent location, convenient and clean big room with king size bed. A bit small bathroom, but useable. Excellent breakfest. City center is near, Barfüsser named brewery with great german food and beer near by (5min walking). Wifi for free inside the hotel - 1 password for each day of stay.

This was an annual visit to Nuernberg to see friends and the tram museum. Although a simple hotel it provides all I need for these occasions. The room overlooking the tramway was fine. The catering other than breakfast with a staffed bar and a wider range of snacks.

Everything was fine. The only thing I prefer at Ibis is a manned bar, rather than service from vending machines.

The rooms are pretty basic but clean and private. Well insulated from surrounding rooms and comfortable. You won't find much in the way of extras in the rooms. There is a bed and a bathroom. Thats pretty much it. However, the hotel caters for everything else so if you need a hot drink go down to the lobby or if you need laundry doing, speak to reception. The staff are excellent and always happy to help. The location is fantastic with train access from nearby Hauptbahnhof to virtually anywhere. The old town is in walking distance and is fantastic.

Alway friendly helpful staff even during periods of high stress The rooms are no clutter no nonsense rooms kept clean and well maintained. Excellent location for transport and access to both the Old Town and the modern city. The train station is less than 5 minutes walk away and the tram and U-bahn service even closer. The hotel is modern but very welcoming and with a relaxed lobby/reception area with plenty of seating, computers to use and a well stocked drinks and snacks unit. The rooms are functional - large enough and spotlessly clean with a good shower. The breakfast room on the 1st Floor has an excellent and very well stocked choice of breakfast items - mueslis, cereals, meats, cheeses, fresh fruit, make-your-own waffles, and local jams and breads. very friendly and welcoming staff both on reception and in the breakfast room.

Claudia Meier, my hotel contact throughout this entire experience, deserves all the credit for my wonderful hotel stay. From setting up the reservation a year in advance, working with me to adjust throughout the year, and flawlessly adapting to any changes I needed on the fly, she was a joy to work with. The location of the hotel is ideal (proximity to the train as well as the tourist part of town), the condition of the hotel itself is wonderful, and the service is great. The breakfast is also so awesome! I had such a phenomenal experience that coming back to my hotel to rest and relax was something I genuinely looked forward to during my stay. I went to Nuremberg for a work event so to stay at a hotel so accommodating was key after a long day at the Messe.

We love staying at ibis. You know what to expect and the service is usually great. But this time, unfortunately, we encountered a different experience.We checked in efficiently, and went to the room. When we wanted to leave it after a few minutes, we found it’s difficult to impossible to close the door from the outside.We went down, and told Irina Hild our problem, and her answer was “yes, we are aware of the problem, there are some rooms like that”.We asked if someone can fix it, she said that the maintenance guy isn’t around. So we asked what should we do with the door, Irina answered “I’m not going to fix it myself, right?”.There were three of us and we were surprised by the answer, but we said ok and went touring the city.Now, I’m an Accor platinum member, and I wouldn’t expect that kind of service & answers even if I were a regular guest.Anyway, the room was tiny, even for an ibis, but clean, and the location is amazing, near the train station and the city center.Unfortunately, we will not stay here again.
