« Unsatisfactory rooms with no desk accompanied with poorly prepared food and substandard breakfast. »

The shower taps were loose and kept coming off and dripping all night. The bed left me itching for days. My room service meal was to come with toast but instead was just warm bread. The lack of a desk to do work was annoying.

Very comfortable bed and clean room with friendly and helpful staff. Food and drinks were available either in the lounge or as room service. I was especially happy with the help we got putting the bags into the transfer vehicle and the fact it was a free service beginning very early in the morning.

given the cost- and the assumption that this a "business" hotel there was not a desk or work area in the room and the only outlets to charge devices except in the bathroom! No ice machines available No coffee in the lobby in the morning

The hotel did not live up to my expectations after staying at other Pullman hotels. It seems tired and in need if refurbishment and upgrade and an executive lounge added. The high quality courtesy bus from/to airport was efficient and appreciated

It's a good place to stay, but with our flight we got to hotel at 10 am and wished we could have checked in at that time rather than 2 pm. Also wish there were more food options at and around the hotel. but otherwise a good hotel

« By far the best hotel in Madrid Airport area »

I believe it is by far the best option in the Madrid Airport area. All the other hotels are locked in the middle of industrial nowhere -- whilst Pullman/ Novotel is just across the road from the Juan Carlos park - which is vast and great for walks. The hotel itself is well balanced -- room size, bed comforts etc.are really good. The breakfast is excellent and the staff is very helpful. As a summer destination in Madrid it is the smartest option -- bearing in mind the affordable pricing and easy reach of the city.

Arrived very late and was offered an upgrade by friendly staff. Room is great and new, easy access to Internet. First time using this brand, will definitely use again. Much better experience than with Novotel.

« Great hotel but a little far from everything »

Its a nice hotel with a great bed and good bathroom. The breakfirst is good and worth the money. We where 2 adults and 2 kids age 10 and 8. Good pools but many people shared the pools. Especially after 4 PM.

This is a 2/3-star hotel claiming to be a 4-star. Positives: reliable AP shuttle, shiny spacious reception area, good wifi, good breakfast and its staff, good AC. Negatives: outdated rooms: My room had a broken lock and no chain, old TV with bad pic and sound, one bed cover type that leaves you no options. The pool area and its staff a big joke: no parasols (what you see in pics is not what you get), bad cs in the pool cafeteria, pools shared with the adjacent Novotel no respect for announced working hours. Reception staff do not recognize loyal clients. I got this on a good deal so no regret here but a warning if you are planning to pay top € for it thinking that you are paying for a 4-star.

« Sound proof is not very good and staff in bar area are not very attentive »

The sound proof in room is quite bad. As it's quite noisy inside the room, can hear noisy from swimming pool and corridor clearly. Staff in the bar area is not very attentive. Have some issue in the parking area but the duty manager handle it with professional.
