« Very good customer service but I have some concerns about my credit card charges »

When I checked in I told the gentleman at the desk that I reserved the room online but I used the wrong credit card and that I needed to change the my business credit card. He said that he took care of the refund and charged the business card instead. Now I see the room has been charged to the original credit card which is not what I want. Can you please help me with this?

Room is not cleaned properly. Bathroom has a big problem with melt.. I told that to maid and she did not care about that.

It was just what we needed. Breakfast was quite expensive for what it was, I would recommend a cheaper breakfast option be included. Hotel rooms were clean and just perfect for what we needed.

« Worse Mercure I have ever stayed!! »

The staff was very helpful and polite. However the Mercure Angiono cannot be rated like a 4 star hotel. We had a privilege room which was very small and it also looked quite old. The photos on the web site make it look much more polished and new. There is not even a bar to have a drink! And as a welcome drink the only availability is water, coke or beer. We stayed in many other mercure and the level was much higher. Unfortunately we will not recommend this hotel to anybody, its not worth Eur 150 a night.

« Overall, for staying one night it’s okay, but for more, not really. »

The room was nothing special, small, clean, but the bathroom door could not be closed and the walls clearly needed some work. The shower is uncomfortable as all the water gets out and the floor gets wet. Though it was really nice to have a balcony as the view was quite pleasant. The bed was comfortable, it had one pillow and a duvet. The room had three plugs. For the wifi, I think giving your guest a small pieces of paper with a password is not the best idea as the paper is lost almost immediately between suitcases, room cards,personal documents and the payment documents from the check-in. Great breakfast, a lot of choice, the staff is also polite and friendly.

Stayed seven nights in a quiet room. Appreciated great service from housekeeping staff and reception staff were helpful. Only had breakfast one day - it was just OK and not good value at 15e. There isn't a restaurant or bar in the hotel, but there are plenty of options nearby. (The listing information on TripAdvisor is wrong.)

Everything great except for 2 things. WiFi was terrible. And bar was closed. Room was a little noisy as well but I got used to it.

Great location and staff are very Friendly. Room and hotel facilities are very poor especially given it's a mecure. There is no restaurant and were advised to use the vending machine for snacks which didn't have a great selection at all

When I travel alone, I always make a point of ensuring that there is a nice outdoor seating area to enjoy in the late afternoon/evening. I was, therefore, extremely disappointed to learn that the "Terrace with views of the castle" that you advertise on your website with an evening picture and tables set for dinner, is actually closed all day and evening and is only open for breakfast. This meant that I had to venture outwith the hotel in the evening in a city with which I was unfamiliar and was only visiting for an afternoon/evening.

This hotel needs refurbisching. The location is very central, at the port, between the old city and the chique area of the yacht club and the SEA promenade. Parking next door.

« Breakfast on the terrace was beautiful! »

The staff was helpful, we were able to leave our luggage after check out so we could explore the city before heading to Capri. Breakfast on the terrace was very nice and our room was nice and the terrace was an added bonus! Would highly recommend this hotel and plan on a staying there again
