Comfy bed in a quiet room with nice bedding and a good shower - perfect for a short 2 night stay. Well located too as only 15 minutes walk to the Champs de Mars but with a metro station on the doorstep.

The air condition is very noisy the elevator is 30 years old. The room size is very small. The service is below expectations the hotel location is very good and nice. The clearance is very good. Hopefully they will improve their quality

The hotel itself was actually good, but there are so many tiny minor things to improve, then it would be a "real" 4star hotel. The ONE MAJOR thing this hotel got to do is remove the nasty stained carpet from the rooms. No disposable slipper provided, I had to walk around with socks. Water pressure in shower was so poor, might be an issue with paris water system but feelt like I was in a less fortune country. Shower head holder did not stay in place, keept falling down. Bed was rather hard. Corridor could use a refurb. If this hotel fix the carpet and water pressure in the shower I would call it a real 4star hotel, but I would say its a 3,5 - 3,6star hotel at the moment. Hotel staff was friendly and the location was good for a tourist. I also didnt get why I had to fill out a superlong form at checkin when I already did the web checkin.

- Our room was uncomfortably warm, making it difficult to sleep, but on the second night of our stay, the manager brought a fan to our room. This was very appreciated. - I suggest having bottled water available for guests at the front desk 24 hours a day...Even if you need to charge a fee.

The point is that I was not one of your guest. Yesterday, I had already received a mail with a receipt with my correct data (likely coming from a previous trip and not in your hotel). I called your front desk to solve the issue and to prevent future not required interactions. Having received this request of survey, likely the issue has not been solved. I wonder what kind of measures you adopt to protect personal data. I am thinking to talk with my lawyer to verify the possibility of a possible legal action. Best regards

It's a total misunderstanding, Mr Marco M. stayed with us two days ago for one night, he is a regular guest, but it seems you have the same name, and he asked to the reception to credit the point for his stay on his le club accorhotels card. Unfortunatelly the front desk officer had chosen the wrong one in the system, that's why you received the email, of course you will not pay anything for his stay, this guest paid directly at his checkout. There is no information on the car park and I had a problem finding somewhere to park. The staff on the reception desk had no local knowledge and were less than useful which made things more difficult. There’s no real bar or restaurant at the hotel which was disappointing. To top it off the view of the Eiffel Tower which is advertised with a photo on the website is complete nonsense and the room was missold to me. Over all I found the stay at your hotel stressful.

Hotel was very good. Placed right by the metro, and the check-in staff had kindly upgraded me (for my birthday). Didn't spend too much time in the hotel, but the room was comfy - and very quiet. Was disapointed that the free drink was only for one person, as most hotels seem to give us free drinks to match the number of room occupants (normally from 2 to 4). Breakfast was very good, although no member of staff explained anything to us we just sat at a table and helped ourself. Overall a very good hotel, but could do with a few improvements as mentioned above

I was really pleasure to have 3nights since the asaian receptionist performed really well as a hotellier when she treated guests as well as me. Because of her, we could have more comfortable staying your hotel. But only thing that I felt REALLY uncomfortable was that the man(Receptionist wearing glassess) was kind of rude. When i asked him to change my room, he was kepting telling us that ‘if you gonna change this room, we can not sell it’. He can never ever say that to guest. Should be trained.

It was one of the worst experience. When I check-in, they did not know that I am a gold member with Accor (even I did my reservation through Accor App.). No previlages were by going for any Accor chain. In addition, no room sevice were in the hotel at night (even water)! Plus treatment for reciption people were not good with me. I will not repeat neither recommend the place to any of my friends or family.

I really liked the location of the hotel; not so touristy, with lots of restaurants and shops. That was nice. The hotel was clean and new-looking. We also saw the Eiffel tower from our window - that was really nice! However, there was one ridicilous thing. We always request two covers (the thing you sleep under; cover in US English and blanket in UK English) in each hotel we visit. So we have double-bed, which typically has one big cover for the couple to share. Well it doesn't work with us; we want two covers. We always, always get these. (For comparison, we've had 9 travels this year, amountin to about 1,5 months.) But not in this hotel. The front desk simply said that there is none. This hotel has excatly the amount of covers that there are beds...................... Maybe you get the point. And anyway, it's very rare to have 100% booking capasity filled in any hotel at any time. Maybe just borrow one dedicated cover from one available room? But "non". So there we were. We did survive of course, but we didn't really enjoy it. Might seem minor - isn't for us. This led to us never again usign a Mercure hotel again; we'd rather take our good amount of money elsewhere, where the hotel has been able to purchase maybe just 10 more covers than there are beds. (I guess it was worse how we were not aided at all, rather than the missing cover.) Also, we signed in on Friday and the first visit of the maid was on Monday. Not a problem as such, we're clean people, but still.
