The hotel is clean, swimming pool ok even if very crowdy. At a Walking distance to Futuroscope entrance. Food pretty good. You will enjoy.very quiet. It means good sleep.location is perfect between motorway exit ans Futuroscope.highly recommended.

We were there for 2 nights and one day at the Futuroscope. The room was ok but it's far from the 4 stars hotel it claims to be and that we are used to. We found one living bed bug on the sofa bed... The first diner was not great according to the price, but we did not complain. Our last year experience in Novotel restaurant in other part of France was much better and that's why we chose this hotel actually. It was a big disappointment to see that the menu changed a lot for the worse... Unless this is a local thing? We had some lunch in other Novotel in Valence and it seemed slightly better, but with same menu... The second evening, I got sick after diner during the whole night (I strongly suspect food poisoning as I was the only one to be sick and to eat the fish). I will spare you the details... Because of this I had to go to hospital the next day with Taxi since I was unable to drive. Also we were forced to stay one more night at our own expense in order to rest a bit before continuing our trip to other part of France. I would have expected the hotel to cover at least this extra night and reimburse the diner. I really wanted to enjoy this stay and have usually a good impression of Novotel, but this last experience put strong shadow for our next trip.

This was our stop over hotel on a trip to the south west of France. The room was spacious and modern and the kids enjoyed the swimming pool very much after a long day of driving. We had pre-booked dinner, but the meals we chose were of disappointing quality. The breakfast however was very good with a Wide selection to choose from.

The room was clean but the furnitues were dirty - the unique chair had several suspicious spots. In the restaurant, when having dinner, you can see people exiting the pool - obviously not all of them top-models - walking between the tables of the restaurant - what a show!

Check in was good - room comfortable. Bathroom clean and functional - as usual no shower cap. Food was really dreadful - breakfast was the worst we have had in a Novotel - usually good. Almost no fruit and eggs were burned. The evening meal was particularly awful.

In general I was happy with this Novotel, my problem is that I was charged 50€ for a 33€ bottle of wine that I took to my room after dinner. Charging me 17€ for me to carry my own wine to my room is frankly rude.

I stayed four nights at this property for a business trip. I found the room nicely done and quiet. The staff was very friendly and most spoke English, which was a great help. The breakfast buffet was very good, and dinner was nice as well. The waiter remembered my preferences, which was a pleasant surprise. the only negative was the amount of parking available. It was completely full most time.

I was very tired after driving from Madrid. When I asked for a room for one night I was immediately offered a superior room to which I agreed. I assumed rightly or wrongly that either the hotel was very full and, therefore, no Classic Rooms available or I was being upgraded after showing my Le Club Accor Hotels membership card. Neither was true. I was the only person in the bar. The dining room was empty. I did not receive any benefits from the card that I am aware of. I agree that I should have asked for a Classic room but I also feel that the hotel should make it perfectly clear what options are available. The offer was not made in order to make me more comfortable: it was made to increase profits. I personally find this attitude immoral and despicable.
