Hotel with very good accommodation and helpful staff. The location does not have restaurants and the tourist center is a little distant. The hotel restaurant has few options, but the waiter served us very well and even set up a special dish for us.

« Nice hotel, but problem with room temperature »

The staff was fantastic. The hotel is beautiful, and the breakfast was delicious. However, I had a problem in my room with the temperature. The regulator didn't seem to work fine, and no matter which temperature I selected, it seemed to release cold air into the room. Room 505. Also, there was a strange smell like gas in the shower when I selected hot water.

« Fine for sleep, not fine for dinner »

I’ve stayed one night. The room was very good, but I had dinner in the restaurant and it was not tasty but the price is similar to the restaurants in the area. I took a magret de canard but it had no taste at all. On top of that, I’ve ordered a cod pie, which I didn’t like at all, it was inmerse in a liquid without any added value. All the foos looked pretty nice, but the taste qas not good at all; specially for a restaurante in Toulouse, where the french cuisine is very nice, soecially the magret de canard

Friendly staff, supportive with any request. Bed and pillows for 150 EUR stay must be comfortable. The unpleasant surprise was when I discovered that Hotel took 200 EUR deposit from my personal credit card account without permission. The money is still not returned at this current moment

Wenn i arrived the reception wa not capable to handle in efficient way the 15 people in the queue. I took almost 45 min to check in. At departure my taxi was leaving 4:30am! However checkout the evening before was not possible „due to the system“...so I had to spent another 15min at the reception at 4:15am
