Nice views. Easy access to beach. Staff were pleasant but a bit end of season. One of the morning waitresses was nicer than the others who were slightly world weary. Cleaning staff were friendly and efficient. We thought the restaurant menu was limited and over priced until we went out and found it comparable to nearby facilities.

Nice welcome in the hotel, The room are really simple, no bathroom just a curtain between the bed and the shower No lift to go to your room when you have to go to the 2 floor whit your always too heavy suitcase The floor of the hall way in front your room is tile which means lots of noise. So yes I was disappointed to visit your hotel.

Les hôtels Ibis sont désireux de vous offrir la meilleure qualité de service pour vos séjours ; par conséquent, votre avis est très précieux. Notre établissement ne dispose pas d'ascenseur. Nous sommes navrés que vous n'ayez pas eu cette information avant votre arrivée. Notre service réservation vous aurait alors attribué avec plaisir une chambre en rez-de-jardin afin de rendre votre séjour plus confortable. Nous regrettons également que nos nouvelles chambres, entièrement rénovées en ce début d'année, n'aient pas été entièrement à votre goût. Concernant le rapport qualité prix de votre séjour, nous souhaitions mettre en avant que le prix de votre chambre (72.20€ la nuit sur une période de haute saison) comprend également des prestations et services annexes comme un accès piscine, hammam et accès direct à la plage par le jardin de l'hôtel. « A perfect imperfect stay »

The location of this IBIS is incredible and, hopefully, nothing can change that. You can go down in a robe to the sea and swim out onto slowly progressing depths of water, ones that children and elders can appreciate above all else. Having been refreshed and somewhat remodeled, the rooms are clean but not private (nowhere to hide your stuff...your clothes looking straight at you) and the shower, only hidden by a curtain ( what if you make noises?) does not even have something to hold on too. In other words, the rooms may be great for twenty something year olds, but not for the majority of the guest who average over 45. Most will not be so critical because of the location and view but, as a guest coming back year after year, I think I should.

Excellent stay in this hotel. Value for money is very good. Rooms have been renovated. Cleaning staff was very efficient, room was spotless every day. Waiting staff was extremely friendly as well. Meals were quite good and prices reasonable for the south of France. Sunbeds are available for hotel guests and next to the beach. I have seen no control during the day for the parking and sun beds access, pretty sure some people might not be from the hotel.

« Great place just on the sea side »

Very nice and calm place right on the beach. This is a perfect place for beach holiday, as you have sea side right next to your door. Also there is a quite good restaurant with small menu, but delicious food. We had a room with garden view, so it was nice to spend some time on the balcony. Also it seems like all rooms were recently renovated. There is a SPA with swimming pool and sunbath area, but be ready and bring swimming suits (no swimming shorts).

I am customer of Thalassa Hotel since many years but this time the balance between quality of the room against it's cost was very poor. It is not possible to ay almost 200 Euro a day for a room like N.20 where the space is low and the bathroom facilities are not accceptable..

« Blissful time at the relaxing Ibis in Capte with WONDERFUL spa treatments! »

Fiammetta who did my facial at the spa, and my helpful lady who did " enveloppement d'algue " were TOP NOTCH! The pool was great! Hammam great. The staff and atmosphere in the hotel were really nice, the atmosphere totally relaxing.

Loved the thalassotherapy, with extremely friendly staff. Very clean Comfortable room, even though it would need some refurbishment Good food, flexible in the way you can enjoy the half-board. very friendly staff. I miss vegetarian options in the menu though and moire seasonal fruits at breakfast

The room was a little small but however the bed was so comfortable it made up for it. Wish we could have stayed longer to enjoy the beach, pool, hamman etc. Great area. Staff lovely.

« Great location but generally the hotel was a disappointment »

Receptionist wasn't very friendly on first arrival, then we were given Room 11 a long way from reception which opened directly into the car park. The room was quite small with only room for one suitcase to be open on a luggage holder, and only one chair, but there was a second, unnecessary single bed in the room taking up space.which could have been better utilised. We were there purely for a beach-side hotel stay, not for Thalassotherapy, but the literature about Thalassotherapy was only in French which we don't understand so we still don't know anything about available treatments or what their benefits might be. In the bathroom the only toiletries provided were two tubes of liquid soap - much more is usually provided in 3-Star hotels, especially costing Euro 140 per night not including breakfast. The over-bath shower required one to stand in the bath, the surface of which was quite slippery so a mat should be provided. Apart from the power-point in the bathroom the only other power-point at which phones/computers could be charged was near the floor by the front door, whic couldn't be opened if a plug was in place. You need to significantly improve facilities for guests generally, especially those not there for Thalassotherapy.

« The three of us were Very comfortable. »

We showed up late and discouraged by other accommodations that didn't work out and fell into the enormously comfortable beds, the best we've slept in in our month in France! We stayed three nights, were happy with the dining, but never fully utilized the thallasotherapy facilities. Dress rules were confusing.
