« Ideally located, but very loud. »

Despite the fact that this hotel is very well situated, being very close to the Central Station, it is also very noisy for the very same reason.Rooms are basic, but comfortable.If staying at this hotel ear plugs are a must!

Our room was nice, but there were a lot of dust under the bed and in the ventilation system. There were tree times when a silver fish went across the ceiling.

It was a lovely room & fabulous view however we got 2 single beds pushed together when we had booked a double room. The room was a little cold also, we had the thermostat turned up full but it wouldn't move past 18degrees.

Paid for two 4 person rooms but was put in triple rooms as one of the guests didn't arrive. Three grown men in the tiniest rooms ever. Beds were terrible, small and uncomfortable and the mattress kept slipping off the side.

The staff were really helpful and polite, the hotel was really clean and fresh and the room was perfect for the short while we were there. We arrived back at the hotel 40 minutes after check out time and the staff had no issues with it and again were really polite. The only thing I would pick up on is the amount of lockers. I think there should be more lockers as people tend to have larger bags than small, but overall a lovely experience and would definitely be returning again.

« Stay overall was good »

Our experience was pretty good. We were there over New Years, and we were expecting it to be crazy. The room was on the small side. We are a family of 3 and we had to get creative with suitcases and the room was too warm. The worst thing was on checkout all the lockers were full for luggage so we had to go pay €52 to a luggage drop to wander the city for a few hours. But, other than that the breakfast was good, the hotel staff was nice.
