We had one staff that's outright rude and unhelpful. Maybe she can't understand the way Asians speak english or simply does not wish to help, we don't know. However, other staff we encountered are polite and cheerful.

Rooms way to small air conditioning too noisy beds were awful to sleep in and when I went to staff to ask about bed they said all beds are the same and most of the staff are very rude

I can understand you were disappointed in the size of the room if you were expecting a big one. However the air cooling system should off course not make much noise, so my apologies for that. Please do always feel free to ask our staff to do something about the noise, although I also understand that you were not so happy about the assistance from our staff. For which off course my apologies, this is not the kind of service we strive to deliver. Please rest assured I will discuss this with our front of the house manager to prevent future occurrence. « Great stay before the cruise »

This hotel is adjacent the train station with connections to the airport. It is a short taxi to the cruise ships, but the trip around the block is $15 Euros. Rooms are nice and quiet, bar on site, helpful staff.

Terrible. Staffs extremely unhelpful. Whatever we asked is always don’t know. We stayed for 3 nights & after checked out, we can’t even leave our luggage in concierge for an hour. This is always available in other hotel.

It was fine. The only complain that i have is about the room service (food) that closes too early. I tried to order food at 22:30pm and received the info that was to late to order.

this is the second time we have stayed there as we stayed last year also, was plesently suprised to see the new make over they have had, and its looks lovely ,. as always staff very good, freindly, helpful, nothing is to much for them at all, the manager is the same one there as last time and hes such a lovely person, they all are , from the time we got there til we left , check in was not until 2pm, we arrived at 11am, and we were sorted with a room, which was brilliant, highly recommend this hotel.

This is a great place to stay. Location is fab. Right next to central station and an easy walk to Dam square. Rooms were comfortable and staff helpful. I had a lovely view over the city from my room. Breakfast was good with lots of choice!

Nice hotel, no noise at all, everything is perfect except the rooms were little small, but this can be tolerated, the only thing that can not be tolerated is that there is no kettle in the room to make hot drinks

« Great location for a day let room whilst in city »

Great. We had booked the room as was getting off a cruise ship early but flight wasn't until late evening. We could use the room to keep our luggage and valuables safe and to rest during the day, as well as explore some of Amsterdam. Guy on check in was very kind to let us into room early as it was available. Room had air conditioning which was very helpful in hot weather. Room is quite basic, I wouldn't want to stay there for a week but for one or two nights great and location so close to trams and station was wonderful.

« Fantastic support following an injury »

Our stay was unfortunately interrupted by an injury sustained by a member of the group. The hotel staff were exceptionally helpful however and even helped us get my dad home safely. Their assistance when the paramedics attended was fantastic and the loan of a wheelchair during the stay meant that the weekend was not entirely wasted for my dad. They also helped to find suitable taxis and printing necessary documentation without delay. Finally the temporary loan of the wheelchair to enable us to get home was exceptionally helpful - without it we would have had to miss our train and stay extra nights. Very much appreciated. The central location of the hotel made exploring the city with constrained time easy, and was also extremely helpful for the station and doctors.

We enjoyed a wonderful stay for my boyfriends 23rd birthday. The room was adorned with balloons & a voucher for 2 free drinks aswell as a birthday card. Excellent location and lovely staff. We’ll be back to stay again in October
