Friendly persons at the reception. Good service Unfortunately cold water for the shower, not interesting in the winter season.

« Almost Good, but a bit expensive for general level of services and breakfast. »

Similar hotels (sames stars and/or level) are cheaper elsewhere or in Milan. Poor breakfast, and juice drinks not good taste (probably expired). People at reception not speaking English.

« Not happy with stay at IBIS - convenient location was the only plus »

the hotel is in a convenient location so I tried it. I will most likely not stay there again. there was construction during the day and LOUD drilling sound outside my room. front desk did not have toothpaste, so I tried the machine and it was empty. no coffee in room. restaurant had very few choices and often ran out of items. room is TINY.

Some of our party in more modern rooms some in very basic with bad smell in bathroom. However all was very clean and general hotel was spotless. Would definitely stay again.

Restaurant and reception were clearly understaffed. In the restaurant we had trouble placing an order and when we did it was not delivered. Also I was required to pay a deposit to use the iron. I am unlikely to steal an iron and objected to this procedure. The manager who dealt with my complaint was condescending and insulting

Everything was fine, BUT, and EXCEPT « the Human Factor » They left me twice in front of the parking entry !!! Even after I called to inform them, they left me for another 30 minutes And when I entered, I found the guy « EATING » !!!

« Okay room, bad towels »

The room and the breakfast was okay to the rate. The only thing I would like ibis to really improve on is the quality of their towels. In towels contained so much fluff that it was over all of my body and hair after showering. This is the same for all the towels I tried during the stay - please get some better towels.

This hotel is your standard " star Ibis hotel. Staff is extremely helpful and friendly (not always the case in Paris ;-) ) . All Accor Le Club members where invited to a cocktail with free drinks and fingerfood. Much appreciated !!!

« Had to insist for getting a newly refurbished room »

Overall hotel set-up is good value for money. Unfortunately had to insist severely in order to be proposed a newly refurbished room. A shame for the bigger customer of the hotel! (Faurecia)

The hotel was in a nice area, it was clean and the food was excellent. Overall I was very pleased. The only minor issue I had was with the length of time to check out. There was a long queue.
