welcome good as usual, but was not informed about additional costs I had booked our company Faurecia rate, got the confirmation of the room but had to pay 60€ more, without being informed before.

I needed good value, close enough to public transport and, above all, clean and comfortable. This hotel exceeded my expectations. The staff were friendly and helpful. The room and public areas were good.

This hotel is your standard " star Ibis hotel. Staff is extremely helpful and friendly (not always the case in Paris ;-) ) . All Accor Le Club members where invited to a cocktail with free drinks and fingerfood. Much appreciated !!!

« Had to insist for getting a newly refurbished room »

Overall hotel set-up is good value for money. Unfortunately had to insist severely in order to be proposed a newly refurbished room. A shame for the bigger customer of the hotel! (Faurecia)

The hotel was in a nice area, it was clean and the food was excellent. Overall I was very pleased. The only minor issue I had was with the length of time to check out. There was a long queue.

I found the beauty spot, standard hotel in Paris. Local park near by for a morning run. The hotel is set-up for business. Thus there was a limit choice for breakfast on the weekend.But I was visit family and hope next time we come again

My first night I was woken up by the fire alarm that was going off for over 30 minutes. The (unexperienced) staff didn't give any information. The rest of the stay was OK. Food was good, really friendly staff in the restaurant.

« I lost my credit card in the Madrid's airport and I could not check-in when arriving »

Bed room and breack fast was ok, but I lost my credit card in the Madrid's airport and I could not check-in when arriving. Although I showed my national identity card and I demostrate to have enough cash to pay my reservation, they didn't allow me check-in. I had to leave my suitcase in the luggage room, go to the city center to meet with my boss, who also stayed in the same hotel to ask him to send an email to the hotel confirming that he took charge with his credit card from my reservation. It seems that, being my company a priority customer of the hotel and having cash to pay is not enough. Bad news!!!

To improve the impression the hotel makes, you should communicate to the cleaning personnel that they should not leave the cleaning supply trolleys in the halls all day - there were always large trolleys of laundry and supplies standing around in the halls, making a poor impression. Also, there were old glasses and room service leftovers left standing in the hall for days at a time. The sound insulation of the rooms is poor, disturbing sleep with noise from both outside the windows and from the halls at all hours.

My experience was normal as all previous time. I've to suggest one time at the reception are not well prepared if a client does check-in online. Receptionist was not aware. Breakfast is poor, milk and coffee orrible. I go to IBIS in Nanterre only because its' close to the office. Bye
