Onece again I was loyal to your hotel and you fail again with a customer service, on last occasion you promised to send me 2000pt for the poor customer service and full refund of my hotel that fail at the end and only got full refund. This time again same situation where you do not reply to customer emails and communication are broken, it’s sad that I have to return to your hotel to pick up the deposit I left with you and your staff not either bother inform me of the circumstances and reply to one short email. You had a chance to improve this failure and you promised me that this will change - but it not. It’s my last stay at your hotel.

I have stayed in Novotel’s and am always very impressed with the facilities and rooms considering the price. However this hotel lacked cleanliness, I found a used towel in between the sofa bed hairs on the toilet and bedding for the spare pillows had stains on it. I was disappointed with this as I also found the pool changing rooms to be filthy.

I have stayed here many times before and everytime the stays get a little less great, this time the lift was broken, we where on the top floor, no apologies where given, no help offered etc. The whole experience was less than personable and the rooms are so basic I could stay in a number of hotels in Heathrow that are either cheaper and a little more modern.

This was probably the easiest hotel visit I have ever had. Check-in was a matter of giving my name to the host who was waiting at the door, room cards were prepared and done really quick . Friendly, helpful and efficient staff.

The hotel rooms are surprisingly quite, as apposed to others near Heathrow. The hotel is comfortable, but needs up dating to call it self a 4 star. Parking at £12 for residents is expensive given the standard of hotel. You are truly held to ransom, as no alternative parking is available.

« Not as good as others »

As a loyal member i have stayed at many accor hotels but this one needs a bit of help in service. We checked in and all seemed gd. We then went into the small dark lift which does make some noice. The rooms were noght and quiet. The problem was when we came to eat they wanted us to pay and not charge back to our room as the guy had not taken a deposit. I wanted it on my room so i grt the points well that was a big thing. The guy came over three or four times until we sorted it out. Overall good and would stay,again but just need to sort out checkin.

« I’ve stayed there at least 20 times. »

The desk less reception really doesn’t work. Having your employees stand for their whole shift makes them tired and cranky. I sat in the reception area and watched people walk in that had never been there before and were confused as to where to check-in, that doesn’t leave a good impression. When checking in, the employee uses a phone to do that just seems odd. Predictability is comfort especially at an airport hotel when the likelihood is that someone has just stepped off of an international flight. Of the two elevators that service the hotel the left one has been out of commission for the last 6 months. This is untenable. The one that is operating gives a nasty electric shock sometimes when you push the button to call the elevator from the lobby, something to look into. The restaurant is always good and the waitstaff is great but usually too few of them to around.

Arrived quite late. Hotel was very full but room was fine. I wasn't given my welcome drink voucher which was unusual so I had to request it. I have stayed many times so not sure why it wasn't picked up.

Very disappointed with my stay as soon as I arrived there was multiple staines on my pillow of which I have photo evidence. Staff were not very helpful and only offered to refund my parking
