The booking in system is very primitive and not a good experience at all. This is front of house and should be looked at. The bar was not fully stocked which was very disappointing

I was satisfied with this hotel. I got a very good rate and the room was functional, clean and quiet. The bed was comfortable and I got a good night's sleep. This hotel has a pool which, although I didn't have time to use it on this occasion, is a major bonus. The hotel bar is a pleasant environment and, although the area isn't brimming with attractions, there are two good pubs and a very good Indian restaurant in the village of Sipson (10 mins walk). I was not at all satisfied with the check-in process though. The front desk is little more than a table. The check-in staff didn't really acknowledge me even when I was the next guest in turn. There were three of them at the desk but all seemed to be trying (very slowly) to deal with one other guest. Eventually I was greater with just "Hello" and from then onwards the process was completed within an acceptable time; I can say no more than that, it was underwhelming.

we booked two rooms and the one i was given wasn't perfectly clean. I found black hair on the floor of the bathroom. the rest of the stay was all good. we had an aperitif at the bar and dinner at the restaurant and all was good- Staff and food.

Restful. We were well looked after. Positive and helpful dining and bar service staff who were enjoying their job. Reception and front office staff efficient but some inflexibility affected their service. The room was clean and conveniently furnished with a safe, comfortable bedding and a great desk. The light and airy atrium was lovely. Noise at an acceptable level. Driver/ taxi service very helpful.

Comfortable room with all the facilities one needs for a pleasurable stay. Very friendly and helpful staff in all areas of the hotel. Only down side to our stay was the long wait at check in due to the queue of people, and this was despite doing advanced check in. Hotel really needs to improve the front desk area. Staff were great despite this inconvenience.
