The carpets were very dirty in the corridors and needed a good Hoover. The breakfast was very limited. No muesli or dried fruits. I thought it was expensive for what you got.

The room we booked turned out to be tiny, so we upgraded to the "suite" for double the price. The room was clean enough with bare bones amenities. The towels were threadbare. The shower is really small. Both TVs were flickering on and off, with only 2-3 channels functioning. The swimming pool was dirty and the changing room tiny. Our biggest issue with the complete lack of customer service at the hotel. We declined having our room serviced due to one of us not feeling well and not wanting to be disturbed during the day, then tried to have our tea/coffee replenished unsuccessfully. Asked multiple times and still left the following morning with no tea. Paying 300 GBP per night, would have expected to at least have the basic amenities in the room. Called "0" or the "reception" multiple times, but could not get anyone to answer. Walked downstairs in person, asked for some tea bags/milk/sugar - really should not be a big deal, were assured it was not a problem, and still nothing was done. Otherwise, the hotel has a modern feel, although a little strange to not have the reception desk at all, with everyone milling about, trying to catch the eye of the next available employee. Wish the hotel had a little shop to buy water, milk, simple essentials. We understand the hotel caters for travelers, flying in and out of Heathrow, so people come at different times, yet there is nothing to buy/find if you are thirsty or hungry after hours. The 24 room service does not work. Thanks!

I would say the hotel is ok for a one-night stop, on your way to Heathrow airport. No more. We stayed for 4 nights and were dissatisfied. 1) The bathroom had a terrible smell, despite the efforts made by housekeeping to flush it with bleach. 2) The flush on the toilet was very weak and didn't work efficiently at all. 3) One morning at the buffet, we were informed there were no chefs in the kitchen so we couldn't order any warm food - we could only eat what was put on the buffet. It seemed like the staff try their best to accommodate the requests from the guests, they were all very friendly to us. But the building is quite dated (although refurbished) so I can't really blame the staff on the shortcomings we experienced.

everything ok except for the parking charges, my wife paid £111 for the room and breakfast but then was charged £12 for the parking !!! when I stay with you in April which I have done for a couple of years I get a room and the parking for 6 days for about the same price ???

We stayed here because we had our flight the following morning. The location is great. Thanks to online check-in, we immediately received our room key. The room was clean and comfortable for three of us. There was a good selection of food and drink for breakfast. We loved self-baking pancakes very much. Check out was quick, too.

Check-in and check-out were rapid and efficient, the room was big and well-equipped, breakfast was good. The restaurant, where I had an evening meal was not up to the same high standard. The staff were few and inexperienced, service was slow and erratic. The food was good when it finally came, but under these circumstances the price was too high.

Great service, I was surprised by the check-in style, no reception desk, everything electronic, really nice. The room was spacious and clean. Just the stand alone toilet was weird, tight and dark, giving the impression of dirty. Toilet paper would fall from the holder each time you touch it.

Despite an upgrade to executive room, room was not clean (stains on the sofa, including one brown - real dirty), Nespresso machine not working properly (has to press several time the on switch to fill the cup supplied), noise in corridor. Check-in was taking about 15 mn, with only one customer in the line but having some problem. Several attendants from the hotel passed but no one asked to the customers waiting. That was using the online check-in (separate desk for Accor members was empty...). Invoice received by mail not showing the car park fee, despite it was charged on my credit card. I asked twice by e-mail, with no answer yet. I rang the hotel twice and no one picks up the phone after 2 minutes. Breakfast is very good but could be improved with a larger fresh food offer. Personnel is nice and attentive.

Check in was absolutely horrendous. Key card entry problems. We were told to wait 5 mins, then another 5 mins. This kept being repeated until we had waited for over one hour to obtain entry to a room and able to shower and sleep. We asked to speak to a senior manager but we were ignored. We demanded another room and eventually this was made available Apathetic poorly trained staff many of whom have limited understanding of English. With exception of one very helpful young lady at check out time. Lack of hot breakfast food, plates and long waiting times for these is unacceptable. Not everyone is a dog lover, allowing animals to stay in bedrooms is totally unacceptable. You should make people aware of this unhygienic practice and we are amazed that health authorities allow this. Some people have allergies to animal fur etc let alone the spread of diseases and fleas. We constantly itched during our stay. There is no excuse for not making this practice well known at booking time. Had we known we would never have booked this hotel. Anybody wanting to stay with dogs should check in at their local RSPCA shelter not a hotel. We thought Novotel were better than this. Insufficient shampoo and shower gel for two people, also bathroom tiles had heavy black mould deposits. Your housekeeping needs to be more rigorously inspected and maintained. This stay was part of our 48th wedding anniversary trip back to UK and Europe. We had a most horrible experience and felt very uncomfortable during our stay at this hotel. The hotel is very convenience, but the service should be better, there is a shortage of staff thus that makes the service very bad, the staff though really try their best i cannot blame them, the Management should look into the services as this is a transit hotel and very busy at all times

When I rang your hotel to check I was assured that the shuttle transport went to Terminal 4. It was one of the main reasons I chose your hotel. To be told that this information was incorrect on arrival was extremely frustrating and annoying. Please remedy this and communicate this clearly to your guests. The room itself was clean and enjoyable and the staff - apart from the error with the shuttle- were efficient and helpful.
