Overall nice confy clean hotel with great customer services Food is ok, good but I used to love literally love the Dinner/Buffet or Menu of the day hey used to have which it's no longer available and now instead they have the standard menu available for all Novotel that seems short and plain and depends a lot on which Chef you got on the day as per my experience in other Novotel, In this case was good. Also I cannot get my head around the "open" reception which the staff can put themselves whatever place they want in the entrance hall, It could be a particular personal taste of mind but it doesn't work for me, it doesn't matter if you're a priority guest or not all depends of when you arrive if they are busy or not which seems unfair in regards of what they advertise for loyal club customers Rooms as usual in Novotel, lovely confy and ckean, good night sleep. Lovely Breakfast, good choice so far the best I found in all Novotels Overall I'm very happy with this hotel, i didn't give "Very Satisfied" because of the Menu in the restaurant which as i say before it relates to all Novotel (pity) basically if you have been in two different Novotels that's it! you know the food in all of them which it shouldn't be as when visiting different Cities you want to know about local prepared food even in a hotel and it took long time waiting for the food and getting the bill. Nice room with baby cot we asked for. Smooth check in. Food ok in restaurant. Pizza was nice but too spicy for child although waiter knew it was for a child. Fries beside club sandwich were cold. Amazing welcome by staff at the buffet in the morning. Very child friendly. Great to see pancake station and glass of prosecco was a lovely touch. Nice food and awesome staff. Would definitely recommend

The hotel staff were friendly, professional and helpful. Facilities were in good condition and available. When asked about an indian restaurant the man at checkin recommended me to a great place just around the corner. This hotel was reasonably priced and close to heathrowe.

Very comfortable room, great cleanliness and very amazing breakfast. The breakfast service was also excellent, with staff being attentive and friendly. The hotel offers easy access to London and local theme parks. The only drawback was the swimming pool being unattended-in our time at the pool (at 9:30 at night) we experienced the loud and boisterous behaviour of children from 2 other families using the pool, 2 people from a different family wearing outdoor walking boots around the poolside, and food and drink being consumed from glass and ceramic plates (which fell to the floor and were discarded). My son found 3 towels at the bottom of the pool which the children had been playing with and discarded, which could have blocked filters if not removed. Furthermore we made a point of removing the orange life belts from 2 children who had been using them as a rubber rings and we replaced them on the hooks in case of emergency (as per their intended purpose). Needless to say this did not make for a relaxing swim. We appreciate the pool is for families and having fun but when there are safety or hygiene concerns either the CCTV needs to be more closely monitored, or there needs to be a pool attendant to monitor the behaviour of guests. One of the reasons we selected this Novotel was because of the pool so this aspect was very disappointing. On sitting in the lounge/bar area we witnessed some pool users making their way across the reception area semi clothed, which was also offensive to observe. It should have been the responsibility of staff in the reception area to direct these people back to the changing rooms to get dressed, however this did not happen. Not as expected for the lobby of a 4 star hotel! Apart from that our stay was convenient and comfortable, just disappointing about the pool.

Needed to have a place to stay before parents were returning to the US after their vacation here. Stayed overnight and left the next morning. Food was good, both breakfast and dinner. Hotel rooms were good and beds were very comfortable which is hard to find in most hotels. Temperature in the room was ok but was good when adjusted. Marianne, Alina, Alaska were great also and very helpful. Marianne is really good and nice I think she deserves some thinking about in terms of her job as she could do more and handled different situations very well.
